Experiencia fantástica: Had a wonderful experience at Smile Doctors Orthodontics. As a 63 year old woman, who hasn’t worn a retainer in a good 10 years, they made the process very easy. No longer do you have to use the yucky putty molds!! They use a device that scans your teeth to get an impression. I was absolutely thrilled about this! Dr. Kar was awesome and very kind! I can see why they have hundreds of 5-star reviews!! The staff is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend this practice!!

They take the time to really get to know him. They explain everything he needs to do and are so willing to help if we ever need to work in an appointment for a broken bracket etc. Dr Williams is very knowledgeable, personable and has made this a positive experience for my son. The advice I received from my dentist was, “ask around and find an Orthodontist your friends and family LOVE! Not just an ok experience, an EXCEPTIONAL experience”. I asked around and Dr Williams was who I heard was the BEST. I am so glad we went with Smile Dr by Williams Orthodontics!!

Experiencia fantástica: WAHOO!! This morning I showed up as a first time patient in need of help. One of my front teeth broke this morning and I looked terrible.. I showed up unannounced to see if they could help me sometime this week and that staff made arrangements to get it taken care of on the spot. The staff made me feel like I was a regular, and helped me feel less anxious about missing half a tooth. Dr Kar was quick to get me settled down and comfortable, then got my smile back to normal! I will be a lifelong customer from now on!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been working with Smile Doctors for a year, and I am currently on my last set of trays to revise my bite. I’m so happy with the results and my experience. I have several friends who have chosen to use their dentist for Invisalign, and they regret not going with an orthodontist instead because their family dentist was unable to do more with buttons/ rubber bands to actually work on the bite as well as straightening teeth faster. I’ve seen both doctors and had a wonderful experience with each of them. The staff at Smile Doctors is helpful and friendly. I never have to wait long, and the appointments are quick! I had braces as a kid, so I expected this experience to be similar- painful and time consuming. It’s been minimally uncomfortable to shift my teeth with Invisalign, and the app/ technology they use is impressively user friendly. Payment plans were also affordable. I highly recommend using Smile Doctors. Totally worth it. I love my smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I am still working on my invisalign treatment. I am 60 years old and needed an adjustment because my bite was not matching. I never had orthodontic treatment before. I had four kids whom all had braces and this is the EASIEST and most pleasant office experience. My kids had several orthodontists and it was miserable. If I had a child today who needed ortho care, I would go here. Quiet, calm, gentle, fun, KNOWLEDGABLE.... Good equipment, seems to be up to the modern ways of ortho treatment. Really, you have to go to the office so many times.... when its chaotic, all the pain gets multiplied. The experiecnce ends up traumatic. I am treated like I treat someone coming into my home. I want to invite one of my adult kids over to my appointment and tell them that I wish their ortho experiences were like this.

Dr. Sweeney was very knowledgeable and personable. Andie was my first “technician”. She was perfect! This “senior” Invisalign patient has a lot of anxiety about this new way of aligning teeth. Andie did a great job calming my fears and getting me started in the process. After wearing braces TWICE in my life, this process is very radical to me. 5 stars for everyone I met in the practice!

I’m on week 1 of Invisilign Express (kids, wear your retainers so you don’t have to do this again as an adult), and it’s an adjustment, but I know I’m in good hands. Finished Week 15 and went back for my check up. The staff is so incredibly friendly and nice. I’ll have just a few more trays left to refine, but I’m close to done and amazed at how much I love my smile!

Karyn, the person who gets you set up and does the financials is amazing. Even tho it is 40 mins to get there from my house in Talking Rock, I absolutely would go no where else. I'm using the Invisalign system as I have an implant (65 yrs old) and it is going wonderfully. I'm picky about who provides my care, and they are simply amazing!
