Dr. Rahul R. Amin, DDS

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new resident to Michigan. My husband & I were due for a 6 mo cleaning. I spoke with Terri & the availability for a hygiene appointment was a long time away. I explained we were retired & could fill any last minute cancellation. As luck would have it, almost simultaneously, I was having discomfort in a tooth. Within a week Terri contacted me & I had my teeth cleaned & Dr. Amin discovered the problem with my tooth & gave me a referral. I would highly recommend the Dental Office of Schmidt & Amin . The office is efficient, & the staff is friendly & skilled. Dr. Amin carefully explained what he believed was causing my tooth discomfort & recommended I seek help at a specialist Joan Male I worked in the dental industry for over 21 years & would not hesitate to recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I really shouldn't give a great review, because I want to gatekeep the great staff and drs and keep them all to myself *muahahaha* BUT I can't, they deserve good recognition. They make you feel comfortable and heard, they will engage back and forth with you and your inquiries too, not just say "no" and be done with it. I really like everyone at this clinic and secretly wish they'd make a TikTok account and post shenanigans. Let's hope!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my teeth cleaned today by Jen, she is so good at her job, she never hurts when she cleans . The whole office staff is so friendly , the new office is so gorgeous. Both Dentists Dr Schmidt, and Dr Ahmin are awesome never had any pain at any of my appointments. I even changed my Husband to the dental office

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been to the dentist since mine retired 10 years ago. Gentle dental was GREAT!!! They didn’t judge me for not going but I am so glad I found them. I believe we were meant to be

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to these dentists and their wonderful hygienists since I was 3 years old, I’m 25 now and have received nothing but the up-most care, and kindness from everyone working here. Their knowledge and professionalism has ensured my teeth are incredibly healthy. In 2015 I was in a softball accident that caused me to lose some teeth and they jumped into action to take me as a last minute appointment to save the rest of my teeth. I’ve moved from Brooklyn since then and still make the trip for my 6 month cleanings because of how amazing this dental team is.

Experiencia fantástica: It's been a long time since I've been to a dentist....I had a great experience here and I wish I had found this place sooner!!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Amin and the entire team at Schmitt & Amin DDS, P.C. in Brooklyn, MI! I just had a cavity repaired today, and they were able to get me in quickly, which I truly appreciated. The procedure was incredibly gentle and fast - not something you usually expect with dental work! The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. The staff, techs, and assistants are always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I’ve seen both dentists at this practice, and the level of care is consistently excellent every time. If you’re looking for a top-rated dentist in Brooklyn, MI who is professional, gentle, and efficient, I highly recommend the entire practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this dentist office since 1995. Jen is my person who I have my cleaning done. She is a good person who cares for her patients. Easy to talk to with a great personality. Dr. Schmitt and Dr. Amin, thank you for all you do and keeping your dentistry in Brooklyn. I love the new building.

Experiencia fantástica: They are friendly and very helpful. Wonderful dentist office.

Experiencia fantástica: The best service and staff. I recommend for everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: We've been going to them for many years. And have recommended them to friends. Professional, but down to earth as well. Also they don't do work that doesn't need to be done just for profit! In the past that wasn't the case before we started going to them.

Experiencia fantástica: super efficient, friendly office staff in a very well run office...

Experiencia fantástica: Had a chipped tooth, and stopped bye the office for help. I received an immediate appointment and my problem was remediated within minutes. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas

I might add that the receptionist were very friendly and I felt like I was home.

Experiencia fantástica: We’ve been using Gentle Dentistry since we moved here in the mid 90’s. They’ve always been great. Dr. Amin and Dr. Schmidt give the best shots. These guys really are gentle Never had a bad cleaning experience. Staff is great.

Experiencia fantástica: Visit with the doctor was a bit brief. My former dentist used to always do a preventative oral cancer exam which I think is important and was missing from this visit. So I’d give that as a suggestion. Otherwise, great experience. My hygienist did a great and thorough job and was super kind. I look forward to continuing our care here.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental office, I would recommend highly.

Experiencia fantástica: Incredible care and gentleness for our daughter. Thankful for this place. :)

Experiencia fantástica: Katherine is phenomenal, gentle, caring, professional, an all around fantastic dental tech and I'm thrilled to be going back to her next time!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited Gentle Dental at 418 N Main St, Brooklyn, MI 49230, after needing to find a new dentist at 63, as my previous ones had all retired. From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, the staff at Gentle Dental made this one of the most welcoming and pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had. The entire team—from the front desk to the dental hygienists and technicians—treated me with such warmth and kindness that it felt like I was part of their family. The receptionist who handled my call was patient and cheerful, making the scheduling process effortless and answering all my questions with care. The dental hygienists and technicians were equally remarkable, each one professional yet genuinely friendly, ensuring I felt comfortable and valued throughout my visit. Their teamwork and camaraderie created an inviting, family-like atmosphere that turned a routine dental appointment into something truly special. Every staff member I interacted with went above and beyond, taking the time to explain procedures clearly and checking in with me to ensure I was at ease. As someone paying out of pocket, I also appreciated their transparency about costs, which felt more than fair for the exceptional care I received. The office itself is clean and modern, but it’s the staff’s warmth and dedication that truly set Gentle Dental apart. I can’t recommend Dr. Schmitt and the team at Gentle Dental enough! If you’re looking for a dental practice where the Doctor and staff treats you like family and delivers outstanding care, this is the place to go. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had great experiences every time I’ve visited this dental office. The dentist is professional, kind, and always takes the time to explain what’s going on. I really appreciate that he gives me options instead of just telling me what I have to do. The whole team is friendly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and helpful staff, great service and overall wonderful experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for many years. Always caring & professional. They make you feel at ease & comfortable along with their work which is exceptional. The entire team at the office is pleasant. Highly recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to this office for many many years when they were on Marshall St and moved to Main. I have seen office and staff change over but Dr Mike and Dr Amin as well as the whole staff are wonderful and very welcoming. I highly recommend this office if you are looking to relocate or just starting a dental routine.

Experiencia fantástica: My family has gone here for many years and have always been happy with the care received.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m new to this office and am impressed with the quality of care. Jordan cleaned my teeth today and did a great job. Dr. Amin is very personable, as was Terri at the front desk and others. The only issue is that they are booked out through the winter for my next cleaning, and couldn’t book me until February. I guess that attests to the quality of their work!

Experiencia fantástica: As always…this office provided exceptional, timely service. I called today with an issue I encountered over the weekend and they were able to see me the same day. Not only that, but they quickly got me back to my room and the Dr. attended to my need right away. The assistant was very kind and sweet as well. This office continues to exceed expectations. Because of their care and concern I will remain a loyal customer.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Drs. Schmitt and Amin for approximately 15 years. Jen is my usual hygienist. I have had EXCELLENT care consistently through the years. They worked with me when I had a couple of years with no dental insurance. When I moved approx 40 miles away, I tried a different dentist closer to home, but immediately went back. They have always treated me with the utmost respect. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to get your teeth worked on. The only problem I have is the parking lot is too small.

Experiencia fantástica: The Doc is awesome. And their check in girls are the best. Highly recommended

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. They are very knowledgeable and do great work.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a very comfortable office. Great doctors and very nice staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about this office is amazing! They are so friendly and they really care. My wife goes there, she takes my son there and convinced me to go there and I am not disappointed. I was nervous for my first cleaning in like 8 years, especially when they said it would have to be done in four separate visits because of the all the tartar. But they made sure I was comfortable, felt no pain and ended up getting it done in two visits. I can't brag enough about how amazing this place is and how friendly the entire staff is. Thank you to the whole office for making me feel at ease and comfortable the entire time!

Experiencia fantástica: This office is well organized, kind, professional and clean. Both Dentists are knowledgeable and easy to work with. My hygienist, Jen, does excellent work and is compassionate to my needs. Highly recommend this office. It's September 2024 and I feel the same now about Dr. Schmitt and Dr. Amin's office. Jen is still my hygienist and she's still wonderful!!
