Experiencia negativa: Not sure where the 5 Star reviews are coming from but this is the absolute worst dentist I have ever had. First, I had a crown put on and a cavity filled. Both teeth are still extremely sensitive to temperature 6 months later. After mentioning it to Leute, his only response was that it seems fine and everyone heals differently. I've had many cavities filled in my lifetime, and have never had one be sensitive for more than 24 hours. Second, I just received my insurance statement which says they only cover metal caps, and Leute gave me a tooth colored cap without telling me I had an option. I would have never taken something that wasn't covered by my insurance. He doesn't care about his patients and is a complete con artist. DO NOT GO HERE!

Dr. Leute takes the time to explain what needs to be done and why. He is gentle when work needs to be done. That makes me happy due to my problem with needles. They have always been on time with my appointments. Good place to go!

I noticed that my tooth was tender and expressed my concerns... turned out that the tooth behind had a cavity and the tooth with the crown had a abscess and cavity... Dr. Leute and his team sprung into action and had me in a chair within 30min... knowing that I don't do well in the dental chair Dr. LEUTE and his team did all they could to make me comfortable... all fixed up and good as new within 2hours... I would not trust anyone else or anywhere else to give me the great care and kindness that this office gives... Every visit is a great experience and that's saying something coming from someone who doesn't deal well with the dentist at all... I am so thankful for Dr. Leute and his team... Experiencia negativa: Absolutely terrible experience. Very unprofessional, misinforming and will be contacting BBB. Still bleeding months later. Have been calling and calling with no resolution. I was supposed to hear from doctor within "two weeks" it has now been over three months. Looks terrible after thousands of dollars and Dr saying I have last say. I have been lied to over and over by not only the Dr but as well as the receptionists.

She was very understanding and got me in for a consultation quickly. I met with Dr. Leute and then went in to have a crown done. Dr Leute and Pam worked so well together, made me feel calm, and had me me out the door in less than two hours. (No temporary, it was done!) I was just in for my first cleaning with Hannah and a check up. Hannah was wonderful too! Very thorough, lots of information to share and she made me so comfortable, totally painless. Experiencia fantástica: After a few years of failing to get my regular cleanings and checks at the dentist, I moved to the Port Washington area and decided I had to make an appointment. Because it had been a few years since my last cleaning, I was embarrassed and weary of going in. However, when I called the office, I was greeted with such enthusiasm and warmth, I felt more at ease. When I arrived at my appointment, everyone was helpful and smiling and I felt like I was in and out in no time! The wonderful dental hygienist, Erin, explained every step to me and was so knowledgeable, I knew I was in good hands and am very much appreciative of that. Wonderful work, and am glad I found them! My smile is bigger than ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Put a potato chip in my mouth, couple of chews, and an old crown fell off. It was late Wednesday morning and I called Dr. Leute's office. They got me in right away. It was a very old crown, but instead of trying to make a fast buck, Dr. Leute was able to glue it back on and said it should hold for a while. This is how it is with him. He looks first to save your teeth instead of jumping into implants, crowns, etc. It is so nice to know that my teeth are my own and not fake. The best part of seeing Dr. Leute and his staff is that someone is always on the other end of the phone when you have to call - no matter the day of the week, weekend, or even during a pandemic. He is there for you. He and his team are friendly and, more importantly, very good at what they do, right down to making you feel comfortable before even the scariest procedure. They understand your fears and work with you to make you as comfortable as possible without being judging. I love this dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to a periodontist by my regular dentist for a deep dental cleaning for periodontal disease. I was very nervous & had anxiety regarding the advanced dental cleaning that I needed to have done. The office staff, Dr & hygienist were all very caring & all of them communicated very well during my first initial consultation. A month later (today) I went back for my deep dental gum cleaning & Erin, their hygienist was absolutely terrific, the best hygienist I have ever had. Change is hard especially when you've had the same dentist for over 15 years but I have been won over and will be switching to Dr Leute's office permanently from this point on. Now, a day later, I have no more pain or discomfort. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Leute is a true professional. On my most recent visit, I went in with a broken tooth. This resulted in root canals being performed on that tooth and the one in front of it, followed by posts and crowns. Sounds like a nightmare, right? I experienced no pain. NONE. Further, the crowns were manufactured there while I waited (about 30 minutes.) This was done through laser cad cam imaging and CNC tooling. Yep, robots. The new crowns look just like my old teeth, with perfect color matching. Post-op was also painless. If you're looking for a discount dentist, look elsewhere. If you want it done painlessly in a pleasant, state of the art environment with the right result the first time, Josh is you guy. His support staff deserves mention here too. They are great.
