Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place... Tuesday I had an emergency broken tooth.. soo painful.. I needed a new Dentist. I called Demotte at 8:30 AM and they got me in at 11 AM. Dr. Haney and assistant Sandra were great! Got meds and having root canal and crown in 2 weeks. Everybody from front desk to back are very polite, caring and professional. Im in my 60's and never thought I'd ever find a great Dental place... Very, very Happy!!!!

I was told I needed a root canal and crown, but after some drilling it was found I only needed the crown. First time having that type of dental work done and they made sure to explain everything they were doing. Throughout the appointment they let me know I was doing great and how everything was going. Experiencia positiva: Odd visit today... We have had good experiences over-all but today I brought my son in to been evaluated after his last round of invisiline trays. We were waiting 45 mins in the dental chair waiting for Dr. Moody. He never came in someone came in and said Dr. Says if everything is good then you can go, his last trays are his retainers wear them at night. This after they had called me to reschedule because the original day we were scheduled Dr. Moody was not there and the Dr.s dont see each other patients so he ended up missing school for a new appt and then was not seen by the Dr. anyway. It was odd and unprofessional in my opinion to just not see us at all. I could have been told over the phone what we were told in office and could have kept the first appt and not had my son miss school if thats all they were going to do for us...

Dr. Reyad was professional, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my anxiety about the procedure. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was very clean and organized. During the root canal, they made sure I was comfortable and numb the whole time, and the crown fit perfectly afterward. I was honestly surprised at how little discomfort I had during and after the procedure. If you need dental work done, especially something major like a root canal or crown, I would definitely recommend Moody Dental and Dr. Reyad at the DeMotte location.

They are extreamly caring and let my children know everything they were doing before starting, made sure they felt safe and comfortable, they talked to them like the were people also and allowed me to stay with them as they were terrified! I can't thank this dentist office enough for all the care and understanding they have! Both of my children can now comfortably go in and not cry or panic. They also got us in for an appointment within the same week of calling! 10/10 recommend this place. All staff are very friendly and family oriented!

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The dental assistants were attentive and made me feel comfortable right away. My initial appointment with Dr. Laila Salman exceeded expectations. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she was extremely caring, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and put together a thoughtful plan for my dental care moving forward. What really stands out is her enthusiasm and confidence, she truly knows her craft and it shows. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, which made me feel confident I was in the right hands. I’ll absolutely be continuing my care here and would highly recommend Dr. Salman and the entire office to anyone in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I've now been through several appointments with different children and can confidently say this is the BEST dental office I've ever been to. The people at the front desk are incredibly kind and helpful, in person and over the phone. We've had no trouble getting appointments scheduled and not having to wait weeks to be seen. We are never left waiting in the lobby. In fact, we've been there early, and they came and got the kids early, and we have been on our way home much sooner than expected. They're quick, yet thorough with their exams and cleaning, and that even applies to the work they've done fixing our kids teeth as well. All the staff have been so patient, and even my 3 year old was comfortable and looking forward to going back even though she had quite a bit of work done. A couple of my kids have dental anxiety, and they were SO relieved after their appointments. I don't think they will be struggling with it anymore! Truly can't say enough good things about this office.

He had 2 but left making 6 new friend's. His dentist was great as well he did not push him to do anything he did not want to do. Both of us had problems and they are taking care of them. No one there trys to make you just spend unnecessary money. They tell you what your best option or options are they also tell you what you could do. But they all recommend the best thing overall that's something I was very pleased with. Along with how good they are with kid's I told almost everyone I know with kid's Moody Dental is the place they should go they all have little kid's.

Experiencia negativa: After my daughter’s visit today, I won’t be going back here. I will find somewhere else. We were there for a 6mth check up last year. I waited until this year to do the fillings needed. I also need a bridge for my daughter. My daughter went recently to do the fillings, she needed to make a second appointment. They called and confirmed saying I needed to pay, last appointment She also paid. I guess they only charge what they do that day, no big deal. I then ask for an updated estimate on the bridge as I have new insurance and it appears to pay more. She places me on hold and says it’ll be 2100 without insurance… ok, I know that. I’m asking for an estimate WITH my new insurance. But it’s cool, they pestered her to schedule for that appointment during her last visit, if they don’t want the money that’s not my problem, I’ll go elsewhere. Now my daughter is at her last and final visit and she needs Two notes for school and the receptionist keeps asking her if there’s anything else.. My daughter Keeps saying doctors notes and she huffing and puffing about it. I won’t be back, I’ll take my children to dentist that want to answer questions and are happy to accommodate school notes.

X-rays were actually a smooth process. Main ones are done in the chair you’ll be getting your cleaning at & the other X-rays is done in a spacious room. Didn’t feel harassed in any way as some places want to charge you for fluoride, a goodie bag and unnecessary add ons. Not here. No surprise charges. Definitely recommend. Let me just start by saying: the office is spotless, the staff is incredibly polite, and everything runs like a well-oiled machine. I was cool as a cucumber during my routine procedure — zero pain, totally relaxed, living the best life I could... in a dental chair... And then… my body said, “Absolutely not.” For reasons still unknown, I decided gravity was optional and fainted mid-procedure. Did I feel stressed? No. Did anything hurt? Also no. Did my body stage a dramatic protest anyway? Yes. Yes it did!!!! - But here’s where the real 5-star Reviesw is Deserved! Dr. Soliman moved with the speed and precision of someone who has absolutely seen it all. Calm. Collected. Reassuring. She made the whole situation feel completely manageable. And can we talk about her laugh? It’s contagious in the best way. The kind of laugh that instantly makes you feel at ease. Meanwhile, her staff went into full superhero mode. Not only were they swift and professional, but they literally raided their own lunches to give me a protein shake to perk me up! Who does that?! The entire team has amazing personalities — warm, funny, and genuinely kind. Even in the middle of my unexpected wave of unconsciousness they made me feel safe, cared for, and not the slightest bit silly. However, the female dentist that did the Numbing shot today did a wonderful job. She was gentle, slow consistently, making sure that everything on my end was OK.
