Silva Family Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: Staff are all very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re reading this review it means you’re curious about going here. Just do it. You won’t regret it. I cannot recommend Silva Family Dentistry enough. 100/10 I have had awful experiences with previous dentists ant other practices including poor bedside manners and long wait times past initial appointments. Silva Family Dentistry is the polar opposite. Dr. Shawn and all the staff are so welcoming and understanding even with my anxiety surrounding dentists. They explain all my options and allow me to make the decision I deem best for me. I’ve brought my 2 year old in twice and he loved it both times. He continues to ask to go back.

Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars Dr. Silva is making my smile great again

Experiencia fantástica: This office is AMAZING! Last week I called the office Wednesday morning with an extremely painful tooth. I told the staff I was supposed to be on a plane that afternoon and may have to cancel my conference due to the pain. In spite of the fact that Dr. Silva and several of the key staff members were out with Covid, they STILL managed to get me in within a couple hours. Short-staffed, they brought me in, assessed my problem, addressed my concerns, and prescribed the medication to begin to eliminate the infection and control my pain. I was able to go to get to my conference and survive it! I called upon my return to say I still needed help. They gave me an appointment in 4 hours to see Dr. Silva! Amazing! Marcia, Laurindia, Robyn and Amanda, you are all a wonderful asset to Silva Family Dentistry. I heartily recommend this office to anyone and everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience. Been going here for a number of years, they got me in when I had a dental emergency and no one else had time to see me. Entire staff is great. You know from the moment you walk in that everyone genuinely cares about you. They all take the time to educate you and make you a partner in your health. Couldn't be happier with the service and education I found with my partner in my dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: Good afternoon, I had my first visit today and it was AMAZING! Jenna and the doctor work like a hand in a glove. I learned more at that visit about my mouth in the many years of dental care and procedures. I appreciate their thoroughness and willingness to explain visuals of my mouth. I have already recommended your office to my daughter. Thank you all, and I look forward to meeting with Dr. Silva to explore options on how to improve my oral health. GREAT TEAM!!! Thank you, Nancy J. Charles.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and understanding of those who have anxiety going to the dentist. I really appreciated their patience with me.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent in every way

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone at this office has a smile and is very happy. Very Professional. Very clean. Dr. Silva is very smart, educated.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm 72. Lived in all the New England States ... and California, and been to a LOT of dentists. Silva Dentistry is the best of them all. Sean Silva is highly skilled at not only taking care of my mouth, but HIGHLY adept at explaining why things are as they are - a skill not common in the dental field. Two thumbs up.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Silva and his team were amazing today. I came in with concerns about a tooth but because of other health concerns it would be difficult to work on the tooth. They were very patient and understanding and worked with me to help me be comfortable and listened to me about my other health issues.

Experiencia fantástica: Christine and Dr. Silva are personable, thorough and professional. As a retired dental assistant, I feel confident that they meet high standards in protocol and sterilization. I would highly recommend this office!

Experiencia positiva: Wonderful, gentle hygienist.

Experiencia fantástica: Very informative with good explanation of what my issue was and the options that were available to me to manage my issue

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Silva and his team really are the gold standard. They're kind, meet you wherever you are on your oral health journey, and take a whole-patient approach. What struck me most about being a patient is how detailed and holistic my care plan has been. Through the process, I've learned a lot about my oral health overall, not just my teeth. Things like the shape of my mouth and how it might affect my breathing, or how the shape of my bite might affect where my tongue sits in my mouth. My latest appointment made the biggest impression of all and is the reason I'm writing this review. I was nervous to go to my last appointment because life had made tending to my teeth very difficult and for the first time in my life, I was embarrassed. Shawn and Christine Silva both understood where I was coming from, offered help, and worked with me to get back on track. That's it. No judgements, just compassion and lending a hand. I am thankful to be their patient. They are genuinely good humans who care very much.

Experiencia fantástica: excellent

Experiencia fantástica: amazing team and cannot recommend them enough so excited to finish my dental journey with this staff

Experiencia fantástica: Been going for ages--great folks. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: As a person who is very uncomfortable in a dentist chair, I must say Everyone here helped with my fears. I had a very professional comprehensive examination, and they addressed all my questions well. I am very happy with all the care I received and know all my future care will be great.

Experiencia fantástica: So you probably don’t enjoy going to the dentist. Really who does? Well maybe you been going to the wrong dentist. I know I have been. Luckily my wife’s dentist took me as a patient. Sport injuries and just bad genetics have made visiting dentists more than just a casual hobby. Sean and Christine are so knowledgeable and talented I have complete faith in their abilities. Over 10 years I have been in less pain, have better breathing, and my teeth looked better. Sean is always there to listen to your concerns. He works with your schedule so that you can make arrangements to meet your needs. Christine (always with a smile) and the rest of the staff are there for the normal dentistry needs. So on my fifth dentist I finally found my dentist. If you don’t choose Silva Dentistry I hope you can find one as good. I know I’m happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Silva Family cares about their patients. From personal experience - I don’t like going to the dentist - actually have a reaction (panic attacks, etc). If you are like me - please consider coming here. Don’t sacrifice your health for your fear - the Silva family will go above and beyond to comfort and care for you and their end goal is YOUR health. They very legitimately care about their patients.
