Dr. Scott Ferguson is the absolute best!! His Associates are so friendly and make you feel so comfortable, just a great place to go for your dental needs

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. The whole staff is wonderful. Wendy and Cheryl are the best at the checkout desk. Dr Brettschneider is a great addition. Love the office.

Experiencia negativa: The office staff are the rudest most condescending people I have ever had an encounter with. The new dentist that has taken over doesn't even do basic dental work and has to send out referrals for everything, and then they book appointments without your knowledge. Why would a filling be booked as a crown? Shouldn't you have the patients consent before pre authorization for insurance? I'm not a lawyer but I do believe this is insurance fraud. It's a shame that this is what the office is turned into with Dr Ferguson not even practicing. I also feel sorry for Wendy having to work in this toxic environment. I would pull out my own tooth before ever stepping foot in that office ever again.

Experiencia positiva: Love getting my teeth clean. But this time the water pic didn't work. So had manual scrapping only and no water flossing that helps get a deeper clean. Hope it's fixed for my next visit!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient here for years and love it! Everyone is very friendly and professional. I feel that the whole staff genuinely care about their patients and their overall well being. I frequently tell people what a great office it is and I highly recommend the dentists, hygienists and billing specialists! To anyone looking, this is the place to take care of your dental needs. They are all a credit to their professions!

Experiencia fantástica: My first time visiting this dentist and they were amazing! Excellent staff!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I give Dr Ferguson & staff a definite 5 stars! So glad I waited to see him. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. Gr Ferguson was & is the best dentist i have ever went to in my 60 yrs. Thank you so much!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at this practice for 20+ years and am now bringing my child. Always great care & customer service!

Experiencia negativa: They have “emergency services available” when you google them. There is really nothing available. My mom called because she was in excruciating pain and they offered her an appointment two months in the future and said there was nothing else they could do. So, their emergency services available isn’t actually a thing.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, I was quite satisfied. Good conversation and a breeze in the chair!

Experiencia fantástica: Always appropriate with meetings time and the front staff are always so good.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Dr. Ferguson since he established his practice. The entire staff has been exceptional. I have never been anything other than 100 percent satisfied with my care. The entire staff is friendly and a pleasure to interact with.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff! You walk in the door and they know who you are. Tonya does a very thorough job cleaning your teeth and is very gentle. Dr Ferguson is also very thorough and so pleasant to talk to. So happy I found this dental office and would highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist and staff!! Wish I could give 100 stars! From the moment I called to entering the front door to the excellent service from the dentist, assistant, hygienist, to the amazing front desk receptionist to the knowledgeable billing department this practice is very well together! Dr Ferguson, and Dr. Bretschneider are awesome dentist and have a very knowledgeable team! THANK YOU FOR THE EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly & professional. Went over all options for me. Great people.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to doctor Ferguson for over 15 years. My adult family, and their children see him too. We love him. He is very caring and does a great job. It will be a sad day when he decides to retire. Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: Greatest staff ever! Met Dr. Brettschneider for the first time today and as wonderful as Dr. Ferguson! Always look forward to seeing everyone

Experiencia fantástica: Every person that I came in contact with or spoke to was truly amazing. What an excellent practice. Thank you Dr. Surgeon. It was a joy.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to this office is always a very pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly and top notch!

Experiencia negativa: Lied on the phone when I booked my appointment. Money grab!!!! Manager is snotty!!! Dentist believes he can take his time to come back to room!!! Has no consideration for patients that fear the dentist!!!! Worst experience ever!!!!!! If I could give a lower review I would do so.

Experiencia fantástica: Let me tell you, THIS OFFICE IS AMAZING. WHAT A GEM. This community is blessed to have such an excellent office so far from the cities. Everyone there is delightful to work with. My mother has alzheimers and I do not live with her, which could pose issues with appts. Everyone in this office works willingly w patients and patients families as a team to get needs met. My mother loves her dentist, but the staff OTHER MEDICAL OFFICES NEED TO BE TRAINED BY THESE PPL. God bless you ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I always love my cleaning by Amanda Boyd. She does a great job at not only cleaning my teeth but she is also gentle and so caring. Dr. Brettschneider is friendly and gives clear information when he does the check up. The front desk is always so welcoming as well. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for over 20 years! The place is also tidy and spotless clean. The staff is so friendly, too!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, everyone is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Dr, Ferguson to anyone interested in looking for a great dentist and a great staff!

Experiencia fantástica: ALWAYS…the the best, from receptionist to dental hygienist to Dr Ferguson.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ferguson treats me like family. Always has time to listen. For the last 60 years I had a phobia with dentists. Not anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Brettschneider is the best. He replaced a bridge that had fallen out in just a few minutes with an incredibly friendly chair side manner. Office staff was friendly and welcoming. Best experience I’ve EVER had with a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Been a patient for more than 10 years. Excellent office staff! Amanda, the dental hygienist, is exceptional!! I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist in our community.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this office and staff! Everyone is so friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. They always seem genuinely concerned and wanting to get to the root of the problem. (No pun intended)lol ;) I highly recommend this office and staff, you can’t go wrong!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment I walked in I was greeted with cheerfulness and courteousy by all the staff. Great first impression. I felt Dr.Brettscheider was cheerful and genuine as well. I'm looking forward to return visits.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing dentist. Receptionist was super nice, got back with minimal wait time. I’ve only had my consultation so far, but for the first time a dentist actually addressed the problems I put on the intake forms. Dentist was knowledge, respectful, and informative. Overall great experience
