Experiencia fantástica: Always take great care of me. Great Dental Office in Muncie

Experiencia positiva: I absolutely love this office. Staff is friendly and efficient, and my dental care has been top notch for the past 10+ years. Dr. Nowakowski’s work is impeccable, as is Jill, one of the hygienists. That noted, our family much prefers Jill to the other hygienist. The detail and care she takes while scaling and polishing is significantly more detailed and systematic, and my teeth feel much different when she has taken care of me over the other hygienist (who is very kind but just not as good, in my opinion.)

Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy with the qualityof treatment I receive.

Experiencia fantástica: Recommend to everyone. Staff is kind, professional, genuine and professional! I love everything about this dentist office! So glad I made the switch!

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist I ever had. Makes sure he is not overbooked. Therefore, he takes his time to explain what is going on, how to fix it, is conscious of cost, and has his staff check if it is covered by your insurance, before he does it, so that you can make an informed decision. The entire staff is professional, positive and experienced. You want it done right the first time, go here!

It was fascinating, and I saw that it didn’t REPLACE the dentist’s skills, it allowed him to fully utilize all his knowledge and potential. A great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Great care. Friendly staff and providers.

Experiencia fantástica: The receptionist, dental technician, and the Dentist were all very friendly and courteous. They took their time and made me feel very comfortable . Dr. Nowakowski discussed what needs to be done and set up an appointment to get started. They also gave me estimate of what the cost will be.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist in Muncie

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Now and his staff couldn't possibly be any kinder, welcoming, professional, and thorough. I have been coming to his office for countless years to have all of my dental work done. As many people, going to the dentist's office has never been my favorite thing to do, but from the first glimpse of Angie, the warm always smiling receptionist, you are made to feel so welcome, and special. I couldn't be any happier with my dental hygienist, Val, whose warm personality makes you feel at ease immediately. I always look forward to seeing, and catching up with Val. And then comes Dr. Now, whose calm and pleasant demeanor leaves you with the trust you want to have with your dentist. Dr. Now is cool, and he loves music!

The dentist and his assistant Honey are very thorough in explaining what they are doing and what the next step will be in your dental care. Highly recommended if you are looking for a family friendly environment that will give great dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: The dental hygienist,Jill, is so gentle! She shares what she is doing . She explained what A-I does in dental work and with the photos of my teeth. When my dentist, Dr. Nowakowski, came into the room she showed him my x-rays. He made some comments related to my teeth. He's a very smart man and quite nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Valerie is the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Their dental hygienist is the best! Her touch is gentle and she does an excellent job!

Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with my initial consult at Innovative Dental Care of Muncie. Every member of their team with whom I interacted was professional, friendly, and took the time to ensure my questions were fully answered. Extremely pleased & would not hesitate to recommend this office to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently switched to Dr. Nowakowski after a poor experience with another office in town. The whole staff was very friendly and dedicated to caring for each individual. I never felt rushed at any point, despite them being quite busy. Dr. Nowakowski was incredible--he was gentle, took his time, and explained everything to me in a thorough, yet approachable way. He identified faintly cracked tooth that had been causing me pain for 2+ years (which my previous dentist had shrugged off as worn enamel.) They worked with me to create a treatment plan on the spot, calling and scheduling an appointment with a specialist while I was in the room. It's clear that he cares about his patients and I'm already so glad I switched. I mean this sincerely: it was one of the best experiences that I've had in any medical office.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great experience! Been going to Dr No since around 1988.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasure seeing your office. Professional and courteous experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr noakowski's incredibly knowledgeable kind doesn't waste your time and only performs procedures that are necessary.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Nowakowski is so knowledgeable and helpful. My family always has a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment towards my new smile last week and I am looking forward to our continued work on my teeth. They are great to work with.
