Main Street Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Love the staff and doctors here. I highly recommend coming here

Experiencia negativa: Mimi the bill collector keeps saying I owe them money but I have a copy of the contract and the contract clearly states that my insurance will pay all the bills and I have the insurance receipts I owe nothing.

Experiencia fantástica: They were very good with me because I don't like to go to the dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Main Street Dental is awesome and makes the dreaded visit extremely pleasant. Dr. Patel, staff, and front desk are kind and easy to work with. I'll definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and all her staff at Main Street Dental are absolutely outstanding! Highly skilled qualified dentist, hygienists, assistants and office personnel. They treat each patient with respect and kindness. Luckily a friend recommended this office, now we recommend this office. Two thumbs up and five stars for this dental team!

Experiencia fantástica: Had a cleaning nice job Kiesha

Experiencia positiva: Always get in on time, staff is friendly and gentle.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist I have ever been too. They make the entire process painless and peaceful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a fear of dentist's since I was a little girl. I love the care and understanding that I receive at Main Street Dental. I have had both Dr Patel and Dr Colson. The staff is caring and understanding. They have payment options and tell you up front what the cost is going to be to you! I will never go to another dentist again. Thank you Main Street Dental for providing quality care and caring for your patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve gone through a few dental offices. Being in the military you end up moving from place to place. And I’ve got to admit, this is one of the best ones I’ve experienced! My wife loves coming here as well! She actually knows most of the staff on a first name basis!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a bad experience here ever. Super great staff and clean facility!

Experiencia fantástica: Main Street Dental… I mean what’s not to love? I never used to look forward to going to the Dentist, but now I don’t even stress. Bonus: Never had cleaner teeth!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my two young girls for a routine check and cleaning. My oldest was very nervous. The staff was incredibly patient and kind to the girls and even though my oldest didn't go through the whole cleaning, they made it so comfortable and not a big deal. She ended up coming back a week or so later and did an amazing job. Thanks so much for making my girls feel so at ease!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend and avoid this practice at all costs. They do not practice in the best interest of the patient in the slightest and I had an awful experience. I went there for years while Dr. Burke was there and he was the absolute best. After he left, the new dentist wouldn’t give in on wanting me to replace my crown that I had no issues with. They really pushed the issue because of their “technology” and because I was doubled insured. Long story short - they completely messed up my tooth and mouth. It was an awful shape, food gets stuck all the time, & they tried to overcharge me after saying it was only $50 then sent me a $500 bill in the mail. After going to two other dentists they both described the crown as “concerning” and reassured me that private practices with this “new technology” push people to get replacements even when they don’t need them to meet a quota. I am sad and shocked that we cannot trust our medical system. I now am having to get an implant for the entire tooth because I can finally afford to get the crown fixed but unfortunately it’s too late due to decay and other build up from food getting back there over the last couple of years despite proper care of flossing, brushing, etc. save yourself and go to a practice that prioritizes the care of the patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and staff went above and beyond to find and resolve my cracked tooth. My previous local Dentist put forth a small fraction of the effort, after 2 attempts, that Dr. Patel did to uncover the problem and resolve it correctly. I wish I had made this change much sooner. The pain I’ve had for months is gone! I highly recommend Main Street Dental.

Experiencia positiva: Staff is always kind and courteous!! Willing to schedule around my crazy schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Mainstreet Dental! The best dentist experience I’ve had in years! My little is starting the dental journey and they have been nothing but amazing. They don’t rush the process, introduce everything slowly, and treat each session gently. Cool prizes for being good and nice take-home lots for kiddos. My little said “I love the dentist!” I’m SO glad we started with MSD. I personally hadn’t been to the dentist in years and they were very thorough to make sure the health of my teeth and gums were where they needed to be. I had a couple of fillings done and the process was so quick and painless that I cancelled my second session and just did it altogether because we had time. Very gentle handed and patient if you need a break. I also had to bring my kids along to my appointment and the whole staff was INCREDIBLY nice and patient with us. The doctor is intelligent, kind and truly cares about your health and experience. She really takes the time to address questions and make sure you have a pleasant experience. I honestly can’t say enough things and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for making the dentist such a good experience for my family!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and competent staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean facility. Calming music and atmosphere. Staff was friendly and treated me, expedited everything fast and efficient. I’ve got some anxiety about going to the dentist but I left feeling calm and educated about what’s going on in my mouth. I highly recommend and I intend to return again in 6 months.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't thank the staff at Main Street Dental enough. Keisha was the dental hygienist who took care of me today and she was amazing. They are very thorough with the examination and work together to figure out the best way to treat your dental issues. They discovered the pain in my jaw is due to grinding my teeth. I had no clue I did this. Every single person you come across in this place is friendly and helpful and they make you feel welcome . The dental hygienist needed some help with one of the dental machines, another hygienist came right in and helped with a smile on her face. You can tell that the ladies work well together and solve problems as a team. Dr Patel is absolutely wonderful, as well as stunning. She lights up the room when she enters! She went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. If you're looking for a dental office, this is the one! Thanks again Main Street Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so nice they all make me feel welcome there friendly and easy to talk to

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I transferred my information and charts from my old dental office to Main Street Dental. I am always nervous when I meet new people but they made me feel right at home. My first time using this Dentist and was very happy with her and her team. Candaesa was so sweet and very easy to talk to. They welcomed me into their very beautiful facility and talked me through everything in detail. I feel that I learned more from the one visit with them, than I had from my other dental office that I transferred from in Overland Park. I will be for sure to continue to use them for all my cleaning needs :) Very happy customer! Keep up great work, and the warm hospitality!

We talk, we laugh & we appreciate you very much!!

Experiencia fantástica: We have used Main Street Dental for over 20 years and greatly appreciate the care provided by Dr Burks and now Dr Patel. They go above and beyond to serve their Patients needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Great office! I have had nothing but good experiences here so far with my regular 6 month cleanings.

Experiencia positiva: Office staff was incredibly nice but I made an emergency appointment specifically for my daughter for cavity. Essentially I went and paid for visit for them to confirm cavity and then tell me they typically refer to pediatric dentist... should have led with that while scheduling a pediatric cavity appt. I could have saved money and time off of work and started at pediatric dentist. So while I think it's probably a good place I'm a little frustrated

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is always clean and professional as well as everybody being nice and pleasant to deal with.

Experiencia fantástica: So glad I switched! The ambience of the place is very modern and welcoming!

Experiencia fantástica: The people are friendly, efficient, and informative. Explained everything so I wasn't nervous. I left there feeling good about the visit.

Experiencia fantástica: They are always so nice and quick and don’t try to push anything and truly ask you how you are doing. 100% recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly people who know what they are doing.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing! Friendly and accommodating. Being retired from the dental field, everything about this office is perfect. Keisha is wonderful and friendly. If you are looking for a new dental home, look no further.. Give them a call. A very satisfied patient. LB

The atmosphere is very upbeat and caring. This is a extremely well run dental clinic and I feel that I’m in great hands as a client here! I’d highly recommend Main Street Dental in Ottawa, Kansas! Dan Kelley

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Patel has seamlessly continued the practice I’ve been comfortable with for 16 years. My visit felt just like being at home. My hygienist was efficient and personable, and the level of care was outstanding. I highly recommend Main Street Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: Main Street dental was amazing. From the moment I walked into the front door and greeted by the receptionist’s staff, so kind and caring. I was escorted to the dental room by the dental assistant. Where she took good care of me and explain the crown removal process and replacing the crown. Then Dr. Patel came in and said , it will take about 10 minutes and then We will make your crown in house. Wow! Impressed I was. When she did the impressions, it wasn’t that gooey stuff that runs down your throat and sticks all over your teeth. It was the newest and greatest digital scan of each tooth for making my new crown. Wow impressed again. Dr. Patel and her dental assistants and staff are the kindest and sweetest. Even my Hygienist’s came in and said, Hi. It took 1 hr from start to finish for my crown to be completed. I was able to eat and drink immediately after. I highly recommend Main Street Dental for all your dental needs. Again ,Thank you, Dr. Patel and staff. Patti Branine

Experiencia fantástica: First dental appointment in over 10 years and so I was a bit worried about being chastised for my absence; however, everyone at Main Street Dental was absolutely amazing. They were warm and welcoming and did not mention even one time that I should be going or what I should have been doing just talked to me about oral health and when doing the exam they explained what everything meant and were very informative and helpful. I cannot wait to go back in 6 months for my next cleaning. Would absolutely recommend this awesome office.
