Annapolis Smiles

Experiencia fantástica: The best place for dental care. Dr. Duane is so caring. The staff goes out of their way to make your experience pleasant. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Archer is probably one of the best dentists ive ever had and definitely the best dentist ive had in the past couple of years. He definitely knows what he is doing and made years of toothache disappear. He even adjusted my crown countless times until it felt comfortable enough for me. The care provided from Dr. Archer and the staff is top teir, they really seem to care and the place is very clean!!!

Experiencia negativa: Did they fire the previous team when they switched? I was looking forward to my routine dental cleaning with Sandy and upon arrival nobody notified me it was a different hygienist. We received no notification or anything of the recent changes and it was quite disappointing. Previously it used to feel welcoming and friendly, but now i feel like just a number. Highly disappointed in the lack of transparency with their new team, I miss the old crew and how they treated us as patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dentist and great staff

Experiencia negativa: Annapolis Smiles used to be a great dentist office that I was a customer of for many many years. Recently they changed hands, and the quality has changed dramatically. It used to be a clean and hygienic place, but the chairs and rooms looked filthy at my recent cleaning. All my favorite staff left, and now it is a shell of the place it once was. Bummed to be on the look out for another dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in with a chipped tooth and as always, Dr. Archer and his great team took care of everything perfectly. I was a patient of Annapolis Smiles before Dr. Archer’s arrival. It was good then. It’s great now.

Experiencia fantástica: I felt very comfortable and we'll taken care of while having 3 small cavities filled recently.Dr. Archer is wonderful.

Experiencia negativa: Had been going to this dentist for 20 years. Booked in for clean and check up. Completed some x rays, (which have turned out to be no use) and ran out of time for clean. Charged a lot for this visit. I have changed dentists.

Experiencia fantástica: The best in providing service. The staff are very helpful and good looking Thanks Everyone!specially Christine Boone who is very kind happy.

Experiencia fantástica: The service was great

Experiencia negativa: Had a great experience here until they sent my husband to collections over a $40 bill we never even received . No phone call or anything. And then proceeded to cancel my entire families appointments with no notice when I had an upcoming one scheduled to take care of pain I’ve been having.

Experiencia fantástica: I’d like to thank the staff and the new dentist, dr Archer, for getting my son today for an emergency appointment. He returned home happy, and stated he felt comfortable and would return to them for further dental work.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Duane Archer is AWESOME! I called Annapolis Smiles because I was in immense pain from a rear molar. They got me in right away, and Dr. Archer did an emergency pulponomy followed by a root canal. Then the temp crown was too high and he came in after hours to fix it. His bedside manner is impeccable, he is focused, friendly, and extremely talented. I cannot recommend Dr. Archer enough. He is the BEST dentist I have ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. archer was very calm, caring and extremely thorough. I was surprised to have a doctor do my prophylaxis.

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough and friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Just went to Annapolis Smiles for my bi annual check up/cleaning and met the new doctor. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the new doctor Dr. Duane Archer. He was so warm, welcoming and made me feel like he had been my dentist for years. Nidia was my hygienist. I was so excited to see that she had returned back to the office and she did an amazing job just like she had in the past. My teeth have never felt so clean. I’m so excited to tell my friends to go to this practice. You won’t regret it!!!

Experiencia negativa: I had the worst cleaning experience I’ve ever had there and won’t be returning. They are understaffed and have just one hygienist and one dentist currently, with the dentist doing a lot of the cleanings. He was clearly much more accustomed to his patients being unconscious. It was very awkward to talk to him, he didn’t listen, it was very rough and the cleaning was messy (it was bloody, and water and saliva kept spilling onto me), and painful. Afterward the assistant said “oh yeah, he’s been getting a lot of complaints.” Would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a dental cleaning and Nidia did the cleaning. I could not have gotten a better, more thorough cleaning than I did from Nidia. She explained what she was doing, gave me feedback on what she found, and better ways to keep my teeth and gums in great shape!! I have had other dental cleanings done by other hygienists, and no one beats the quality cleaning I recd from Nidia!! Thanks, Ann Hugel

Experiencia fantástica: Super professional

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and professional care.

Experiencia positiva: There have been some changes at this office and things are too new for me to give a very thorough review. I do miss my old friends. My regular hygienist, Sandy, is on leave so I am looking forward to meeting Giselle. Dr. Frazier has left the practice. I just met Dr. Shahmoradi for the first time. He seemed pleasant and careful. I had chipped a crown and all that was necessary was smoothing the rough edges. The crown may break again but we will consider a replacement crown at that time.

Experiencia positiva: Disappointed that Dr's Finley and Frazier have left practice. Dental assistant Gisele was rough in cleaning this time.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone from the office staff and the hygienist is always helpful and friendly. My teeth always feel clean when I leave. I appreciate the suggestions for caring for my mouth too.

Experiencia fantástica: So caring and sweet! Very caring and helpful! We will be long term clients!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and professional

Experiencia fantástica: I called when the office opened and they got me in that morning. The staff and the Dr are always so kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable!

Experiencia fantástica: Disappointed

Experiencia fantástica: Great service

Experiencia fantástica: Ina did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth as always!

Experiencia fantástica: As always, my experience at Annapolis Smiles was great. All COVID protocols are in place and comforting. The staff is upbeat and knowledgeable and my cleaning with Ina was quite pleasant and thorough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Frazier and her staff are top notch. A great dentist, and a polite, professional staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Your smile is precious beyond words. Think of your value and with the sparkle of the diamond think of that Shine Bright Like a Diamond advice from RiRi; see that value and come here. Namaste :0)

Experiencia fantástica: This is the dentist office you will want to chose after researching options and asking others for referrals. That’s what I did, choosing Annapolis Smiles as our family dentist despite living 20 miles away in Howard County, MD. It is an excellent dental practice, including the dentists and all staff. The entire team is caring and personable, it is easy to reach a live person by phone or to text to make appointments, and the dental services they provide are truly exceptional. It is hard to judge the quality of dental work you receive, but if you ask a dental specialty provider who sees lots of work by area dentists (e.g., an endodontist, periodontist, orthodontist, etc.) they will tell you that Annapolis Smiles is excellent, and they are correct!

Experiencia fantástica: Christine is wonderful!!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, personable, efficient staff and service. I don’t dread dental appointments anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in yesterday for my six month cleaning and a check up. As always, the office was running on time. I love my hygienist. She always has the best advice and gives a thorough cleaning. Another great experience at Annapolis smiles!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional, polite and generous with time in the extream. Mikaela Frazier, DMD is talented provider. Recommend without hesitation

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Frazier is communicative and I have a lot of confidence in her. Sandra is an amazing hygienist - very gentle and also communicative. Office is clean and comfortable. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice that really cares about their patients!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Elite professionalism, caring, technology and operating practices. By far the best dental practice I've ever visited!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Perez and her team are fantastic! I recently had some dental work done and Dr. Perez was very nice, professional, and most importantly gentile. She is amazing, and I would recommend anyone in the area to get your dental work with her at the practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Just got a cap. The temporary and the permanent were installed pain free. Been going here for over 20 years. It’s a great place.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful facility conveniently located off Ritchie highway. Very clean and tidy - team was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions.

Experiencia fantástica: Easy process to schedule an appointment and register as a new patient!

Experiencia fantástica: I was 100% satisfied and will continue to return every 6 months!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing team!

Experiencia fantástica: Had my quarterly dental cleaning today with Christine. As always the entire staff was amazing. If you have any concerns with Covid-19, rest assured, Dr Finlay and associates has it all covered. I felt extremely safe. This office always goes above and beyond. I have been a practicing dentist for over 25 years. I am familiar with most practices in the Annapolis and surrounding areas. I choose to have my dental treatment at Dr Finlay and Associates for many reasons, but I will focus on a couple for review purposes. First of all, the quality of dentistry and costumer service is exceptional. This is true, not only relative to the Annapolis area, but the entire United States. Secondly, Dr. Finlay, Dr Anderson and the staff are amazing. They are so friendly and so efficient at what they do, it is a pleasure to watch them work....like a well oiled machine. I could go on, but simply said, 5 stars is not enough! Had my quarterly dental cleaning today with Christine. As always the entire staff was amazing. If you have any concerns with Covid-19, rest assured, Dr Finlay and associates has it all covered. I felt extremely safe.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a good experience from start to finish. They take time to get to know you, and provide outstaning service. I would highly recomend them. gsj

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a great experience at Annapolis Smiles!

Experiencia fantástica: None better!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Finlay is beyond excellent. He has taken care of my teeth for 38 years and I will be forever grateful for his professionalism and care.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Annapolis Smiles for years for teeth cleanings, dental implants, and more. In all my experiences, they have all done such a great and detailed job and all are such nice staff. I highly recommend Annapolis Smiles.

Experiencia fantástica: Ina is always my hygienist and always does a great job.

Experiencia positiva: I have always received great service from Annapolis Smiles. My concern is their new generic billing. The email below has no reference to the dental hygienist I saw but rather the doctor I am assigned to and haven’t met. I called the office about this to no avail - person did not get it. Given AI and security issues, could you please add the company’s name to the initial communication? Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly and gave me a detailed explanation of the issues I was having with my teeth and the options available to me. I felt at ease the entire time.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Annapolis Smiles for a consultation with Dr. Finlay. I found him to be compassionate, and he spent a lot of time talking with me, answering my questions, and going over my initial photos. The entire staff was extremely personable and kind. I never felt rushed during my visit, and I left feeling positive.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice staff and great dental practice

Experiencia fantástica: The appointment was on time and Ina provided an excellent cleaning. Checking out and making my next appointment was easy.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Frazier is absolutely amazing! She is knowledgeable, super friendly, and honest about treatments needed. I’ve never had to wait beyond my appointment time; they are all so efficient! My entire family goes here and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Always top notch service.

Experiencia fantástica: I was greeted immediately upon entering and Christine did a great job as usual

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Annapolis Smiles for minor restorative work. Doctor Frazier performed a thorough evaluation and developed a treatment plan which was explained to me in great detail. The front office staff scheduled all the necessary appointments even before the treatment began. Doctor Frazier gave me a painless shot (best shot ever) and then proceeded with the two fillings explaining every step she took. Now my treatment is complete and my teeth look and feel better than ever, I would recommend Annapolis Smiles and doctor Frazier to anybody looking for world class dentistry without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and a beautiful office! Very thorough and I feel comfortable and confident with the plan we layed out to get my teeth fixed up!

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and professional staff, and the dentistry is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: spent a fortune here on my teeth absolutely the most skilled dentist i have ever encountered second is not even close if you have the money worth every cent scott finley sets the standard for excellence in cosmetic dentistry

Experiencia negativa: Friendly staff is the only positive trait of this business.

Experiencia fantástica: Good staff

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here for nearly 30 years. When my front teeth grew in fused together as a child (leading to very challenging intertwined roots underneath and an odd appearance) no dentist could figure out how to save my teeth. Dr. Finlay’s practice put together a comprehensive multi stage treatment plan utilizing his expertise as well as the expertise of other dental specialists in the area. I’ve had really beautiful teeth now for over 25 years because of their care and I continue to get compliments on my smile every single week. The practice has excellent operating standards, runs on time, retains their team, is progressive with cosmetic and restorative treatments and serves as a teaching practice for newer dentists. Will never go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Great service as usual, Sandy is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: Most professional dentistry office I've ever been in. Fantastic.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is great. Always a pleasure to chat with her.

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and extremely detailed oriented. My smile is bright and fresh.

Experiencia fantástica: Love Dr Finlay’s crew in Arnold Station! Everyone is so professional, friendly, and great!

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional

Experiencia fantástica: The best you can ask for ! Friendly, knowledgeable and punctual!

Experiencia fantástica: Always willing to help the patient. Super service and support.

Experiencia fantástica: Truly the best dentist I’ve been to. I recently chipped my front tooth and they were able to see me next day and fix it on the spot! Very friendly staff & clean offices

Experiencia fantástica: As always, on time, friendly and professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: So skeptical of Dentists, they are honest and do not do unnecessary work.

Experiencia fantástica: Annapolis Smiles makes even going to the dentist an outstanding experience. Incredible staff and service every time I go.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great first appointment today at Annapolis Smiles. The staff and Dr. Kimberly Walls are terrific and were very attentive. I am excited to have found a great new dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a technically difficult (actually close to impossible) corrective procedure. Dr.Finaly took it on. He exceeded all possibilities and expectations. Even though I am but a lay person, even I understood the exceptional hands and skills that I was put in. My gratitude to this incredible practice and my luck that I am a patient!

Experiencia fantástica: I was seen promptly. I was informed of each procedure. I had an excellent experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Annapolis Smiles has provided incredible service from the first time I scheduled an appointment. All of the staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve also undergone orthodontic treatment via the Invisalign program as guided by their dental professionals. The entire process has been a breeze from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Annapolis Smiles enough, they might even get you to look forward to your yearly cleaning.

Experiencia fantástica: Whether simple or complex dental care, Dr. Finlay has the answer and skill, along with a great staff. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming here since 1995. Great staff, professional environment and technically gifted dentistry. Scott is highly trustworthy and Sandy always does a great job keeping my mouth clean and healthy.
