Experiencia fantástica: This dentist is far above any dentist in NWA. Started going to him when I cracked a tooth over 4th of July holiday a few years ago. No dentist in the area would return my call or help. They came in the next day. Fixed my tooth and we were off to see our child graduate from boot camp. Since then I have nothing but great things to say about him and his office!!

Experiencia negativa: What a scam of a company. They are requiring me to come up with damn near $2,000 to get my teeth fixed and refused to run not 1 but 2 insurances FIRST.
We were glad we were able to meet you and diagnose your pain the other day when you had an immediate concern. Dr Gubler had a very pleasant interaction with you during your visit; however, we understand it is difficult sometimes to deal with insurance challenges. We are sorry to hear that you felt frustrated with your experience when learning about what insurance will and won’t pay for, as well as our estimate of your potential out-of-pocket costs. Even having dual insurance does not guarantee that all treatment will be fully covered, and patients may still have co-pays. We understand this may come as a surprise to many, that such coverage may still leave an out-standing balance. Our goal is always to help our patients understand their coverage and treatment options as clearly as possible before treatment begins. We do not shy away from taking time to explain the process and our estimates with our patients. At Lifetime Dental, we strive to treat everyone with respect and kindness and the utmost integrity. We again are sorry that your first visit with us did not meet your expectations.
Experiencia negativa: Not happy here and left after many years. Customer service has declined, wait times are ridiculous and I don’t feel I’ve gotten honest answers about insurance coverage recently. Often times I’ve been left with untrained teenagers to assist and provide tasks. Not what I pay for. Professional prices should be for professional services. Make your own decision but we’ve moved on. The glory days are gone. My concerns have been sent to staff via a text and a response was recieved.

We implemented changes yesterday, during our staff meeting, so we can better serve our patients.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very picky when it comes to dental work. We have moved a lot and have seen a lot of different dentists through the years; some that do great work and some that I have regretted taking my family to. Lifetime Dental has been hands-down THE BEST dental experience my kids and I have had. Everyone has been genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Dr. Gubler is very experienced and knowledgeable, as well as kind, patient, soft-spoken, and does not push unnecessary procedures. Their whole office is very clean. They have high tech equipment and have been flexible within our appointments based on the needs of the patient, like letting our 3yr old be held by her daddy during an exam. They are flexible and supremely patient centered. With Amy and the rest of the front desk staff for check in and check out, Sam with the treatment cost and coordination, Dr. Gubler, Stephanie, Ava, and everyone else working as a team in the treatment areas, we feel very welcome, well taken care of, and never rushed. We feel like we chose the right place for the dental needs of our whole family with Lifetime Dental. I needed 2 teeth extracted, cleaned out, and bone grafts to put implants in later. I put it off for a long time and had multiple consults at different dentists, but never felt safe having it done anywhere, until Dr. Gubler and Stephanie. They were an amazing team! It was a big procedure and I felt very well taken care of. They were so kind, gentle, and kept me well-informed before, during, and after the procedure. Dr. Gubler is experienced and gentle with a very steady hand. I could barely feel the numbing needle and he made a big procedure feel not so bad. Stephanie is also very knowledgeable and experienced. She has a keen attention to sanitation, which I greatly appreciate, and, while still being professional, has an easy-going personality like we've been friends forever, which is very comforting. I'm healing really fast, am getting my energy back after fighting years-long infections in those teeth, and am so happy with the work they did. I wanted a longer than usual healing time for my bone grafts, so, Stephanie made me teeth retainers, in-house, to help my teeth stay put until I get the implants. Ava has been incredible with my 3yr old! Her patience seems never-ending and she knows how to communicate well with and work well with little ones. Each time she has worked with my little one, she has taken her time to bring my combative toddler repeatedly yelling "no" to a calm, happy, engaged, and willing dental patient. That is a rare skill, especially in a dental office. For parents wanting another option, rather than iv sedating your little one for drill and fill, talk with Dr. Gubler. He has less invasive options for some situations. I wanted a 2nd opinion for some dental concerns with my teen child that a different dentist wanted to do exploratory dental work for. Dr. Gubler knew right away what the issue was after looking at the digital x-rays they took in-house. No unnecessary drilling here. He has the calm confidence of a very experienced professional. He is also open to discussing and exploring all options. Our experience at Lifetime Dental with Dr. Gubler and his team has been just the high-tech, knowledgeable, advanced care we have been looking for, with a very kind, caring, and welcoming doctor and staff.

Experiencia negativa: This place isn't what it used to be I'll leave it at that. I had an 11:00 appointment. Showed up early for paperwork etc. Got xrayed and seen by a doctor to just sit over 40mins to not even have my cleaning started. Super friendly staff but they need to respect people's time.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter accidently chipped off half of her front adult tooth. Dr. Gubler made accommodations to get us right in and did beautiful work. He takes his time and is detail oriented. Her new tooth looks the same as it did before the chip. We couldn't be happier! Dr. Gubler has great bedside manner and made sure she felt at ease and comfortable through the whole process. His staff is so nice and friendly as well. All around a top notch experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a senior and I have experienced a variety of dentists in my lifetime so I am skeptical. This is my first trip to Dr. Gorman’s office. It was a delight to see all the friendly faces and knowledgeable staff. All seemed to work together very well. Mouth pain during dentistry is an issue with me. I had an exam and a cleaning. Virtually painless ( not the norm for me), I even relaxed! I look forward to my next visit without dread.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to LifeTime Dental since it was established. I can’t say enough complimentary things about this practice. The staff is fantastic. You walk in and Amy, Connie and Sam are there to welcome you with smiles. The hygienists put you at ease and somehow manage to provide a gentle yet thorough exam and cleaning. I never have to wait more than 10 minutes after I check in for my appointment. I see Dr. Gubler and trust him completely. He has managed my gum disease, bone loss , placed an implant and veneers. He can do it all! I recommend this practice for anyone. I’m so lucky to have their services. ☺️

Experiencia fantástica: Ena made me comfortable in the dentist’s chair with two blankets and a water before getting me numbed up for my fillings to be put in. I had only met Dr. Hill when he checked my teeth following my cleaning earlier in the week. Dr. Hill was gentle, considerate of my comfort, and was kind enough to explain one of the instruments he was using to harden my fillings without my even asking him. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gubler is extremely good dentist. My family and I have been seen him for more than 10 years. Recently I had a bad tooth ach and called his office, I was provided a quick appointment and he went through the issue very thoroughly and fixed the problem. He is very thorough, kind, knowledgeable, honest, and professional. His staff is extremely polite and professional just like him. I have plenty of dentists within 3 mile radius but I travel about 25 miles to see him every time just because I trust him completely

Experiencia fantástica: We met with Dr. Gorman this week and absolutely loved her. I was looking for an airway dentist for my 7 year old. I've noticed some things about his bite that concern me, as well as some mouth breathing habits. Dr. Gorman is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, and up-to-date on current best practice. I was so impressed. She is kind and takes her time with mamas and kids. We are looking forward to working on our son's palate/bite/breathing; I feel confident it will help him now and far into his future.

Experiencia fantástica: Overall experience was excellent. Lifetime dental gives you constant updates for your next appointment. As soon as you walk in the door, they greet you very warmly, and make you feel like your family. Lifetime, dental provides toothbrushes and mouthwash that you can use before seeing the hygienist. They have several hygienist, and all of them are very thorough in their job and keep you distracted as they’re working. X-rays are digital and you can see the results immediately. The dentists are very personal, and they take the time to explain any questions that you have. The staff, the hygienist, and the dentist all take time to make sure that you are comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: Professional staff, my hygienist was awesome! They were willing to answer any questions I had and help me feel informed about my dental care. Had experiences in other offices where I felt like they were just waiting for me to get another cavity without spending the time to help me or tell me how I could prevent them besides coming in for a cleaning. Different experience here! I feel like they want me to be able to care of my teeth and that they really want to prevent me from spending a fortune on work when it’s bad. Would definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Lifetime dental and Dr Trent Gubler are awesome. I have had many great experiences from bridge work to emergencirs as well as regular preventative treatment. The office and staff are so welcoming and helpful, but super well organized and pro! During exams they are constantly checking on you to make sure you are comfortable, relaxed, pain free. Really quite amazing in contrast to what seems standard at my last 4 dental groups. And Dr Gubler is by far the nicest, genuine, down to earth doctor I have even known. But really good at his profession too. I actually look forward to my dental appointments. One last note, I was walking to meet my wife at a near by park after my bridge had been repaired ( great job on that too btw) and one of the staff (Grace) stopped to offer me a ride! Quite an amazing group!

Experiencia fantástica: My friends a hygienist in the NWA area, so when we moved back I asked her for offices that came highly recommended and we’re good with kids. This was her recommendation even though she herself doesn’t work here. My kids look forward to coming to their regular check ups and have only had positive experiences here. They let them check out the chairs, play with some of the tools, talk them through everything that’s going to happen. They go above and beyond. They also don’t push unnecessary procedures or extras like a lot of the flashy dentists in the area have done in the past. If you want your teeth whitened they’ll do it for you, but they don’t push that on you. Dr. Gubler is who we usually see, but the others in the practice seem great too.
