Covatto Family Dentistry

Experiencia fantástica: We love Dr. Covatto. All of the staff, from booking, to assistants, dental hygienists, and the Drs are so kind and personable. Every experience is pleasant. I’ve never left in pain or discomfort. There is never a push to get dental work done unless absolutely necessary. (As opposed to many other places that it’s clear they just want my money and fast).

Experiencia fantástica: Best dentist ever!

Experiencia negativa: Called for appt got scheduled than canceled kept getting hung up on....

Experiencia fantástica: My special needs sister needed to be seen urgently for broken front teeth and the other dentist couldn’t see her for weeks. She had an exposed root and we were worried about her being in pain. The team did everything to get her in the next day, and handled her with such care. The fix was so seamless you couldn’t even tell anything had ever happened. Would recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I moved back to the area in 2022 and Dr. Covatto was the 3rd dentist I've seen. I've finally found my dentist! All of the staff were very friendly. My hygienist was excellent and walked me through what she was doing. Dr. Covatto explained my treatment plan in detail to me. And the young lady who handles billing and insurance explained in detail what my insurance will cover, then my responsibility. This team took care of me today, and I couldn't be happier!!

Experiencia negativa: Over 2yrs I paid for 4 implant post. Bot because of a mistake I am still waiting to get an app. To get the fourth post. This is one of many mistakes that happen since we started back in 2022. 900$ for dentures I could not where. Because of mistakes by the office. Those dentures I had to buy and where for cosmetic look, now have black mold or some black mess in between the top layer. Still no app.

Experiencia fantástica: Great folks, very nice, high tech and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend if you want care and compassion and not to be treated like a number.

Experiencia negativa: Not good for dentures.

Experiencia fantástica: The best experience I’ve ever had with a dentist office. I wasn’t even an established patient yet but had an issue and they got me in quickly and took great care of me. Honestly very thankful for this office!

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to the ladies and gentlemen here, they got me in and gave me pricing and let me know what's wrong and what needs done without just starting and billing! They was willing to work with me and I'll def be back to get my permanent fronts! Thanks again everyone! Upfront dentist here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Covatto is the best! My boyfriend and I drive out of town to ensure we get the best care. We’ve been his patients for over 16 years. Wonderful staff. Dr. Covatto is honest, kind, has patience and very knowledgeable. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars! Thanks Dr. Covatto and many thanks to his staff.

Experiencia negativa: Very unhappy. We've been patients for years. My daughter fell ill and I had to cancel her appt. When attempting to reschedule they had no appt available until January 2024. They didn't even offer to put us on a cancelation list which I've done before. Found a new dentist that has availability.

Experiencia fantástica: By far the best dentist I’ve ever been to in that dr Covatto is kind and considerate of his services His office staff exceeds and takes care of your needs

Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough about this office. They are simply wonderful, best dentist and staff I’ve ever seen.

Experiencia negativa: Where to start….I had a 10:40 first time appt. I showed up 30 minutes early because I knew I had paper work to fill out because no matter how many times they texted me a link to fill them out, I can’t/won’t type/fill out paper work on my phone. I also made sure to tell them ahead of time that I forgot my wallet - totally my mistake. First, they tried to cancel my appt. because the online paper work wasn’t filled out. Once they figured out how early I was, then it was because they require payment before they do the work. They are worried about their precious $345. I own my own business. I understand people make mistakes. I usually work out a way to get paid. I have them leave their phone or keys or something. I understand people make mistakes. It wasn’t even those issues that made me write this. Is was the attitude. I’ll take my business else where.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Dentist! Great Staff! Great Manager! Smiling brighter!

Experiencia fantástica: New patient, excellent experience. All staff top notch and friendly. They do everything to cut down on discomfort, both physical and financial, by only recommending necessary work and not trying to do more than is needed. Very happy and recommend this office.

Experiencia fantástica: Everything went smoothly & quickly. All good

Experiencia fantástica: I had the greatest pleasure of meeting Doctor Covatto and Staff today. I have been to countless Dentist’s and they have ruined my teeth with a lack of knowledge and even compassion but pure. Ignorance and the rude treatment was a disgrace. Today I walked out of Doctor Cavotto’s with pure joy knowing how much his team and he cares and understands how much it means to me that I be able too smile again. I’m excited and I’m humbled for how well I was spoken to and he understands with my autoimmune disease what is safe for me and what isn’t and to me that speaks volumes. Thank y’all for the kindness and for the promise of a beautiful smile to come very soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Covatto and his staff deserve 10 stars! My family are not currently his patients, yet when I called to get help for my son's worsening oral concerns, they welcomed us and provided immediate, compassionate and thorough care. He also provided 3D imaging and got us in right away to see an Endodontist. I recommend Dr. Covatto and staff! And we will be making the switch to join his team.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Covatto and his team are the kindest and most professional care my children and I have ever experienced. I'll drive hours just to see them. We've been clients for a few years now and have tried several dentists over the years due to relocating numerous times for work. They go the extra mile to find the problem and fix it right. Ive had some self created problems that required some work and have never felt anything but comfort. They give dentistry a top notch name. My little 4 year old girl even goes back and has never needed me with her... always smiles.

He is very focused on your satisfaction with all of the work done under his care. Very glad that I found him when my insurance was no longer accepted at my old dentist who I had for 20 years.
