Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this office! I started back in 2011 needing a lot of work. Dr. Teale and his team worked with me over the years to bring back a healthy mouth and smile. I'm very thankful for their compassion and hard work. The day after a root canal, Dr. Teale called me personally to check and make sure I was doing ok. That says a lot, meaning the doctors do care very much about their patients. You're not a number, but someone they do care about.
Experiencia fantástica: I'm scared of dentists. What an incredible staff at Tri-Lakes Dentistry. The made all my fears disappear. Took the time to walk me through everything, Made everything easy. Best dental experience I've ever had. I cannot praise them enough. I highly recommend Tri-Lakes Dentistry to everyone.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. DeLee and the staff are wonderful. Dr. DeLee is very dedicated to patient health and is detailed in his work. I always leave knowing he's gone above and beyond in the work he did. I highly recommend this dental clinic, and the doctors and staff.

Thank you for your kind words and recommendation! We’re grateful for your trust in Dr. DeLee and our team, and we look forward to seeing you at your next visit.
Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Adam Delee and his entire team are absolutely outstanding. I had some very bad experiences with dentists as a child, which left me extremely anxious about going to the dentist for years. From my very first visit, Dr. Delee completely changed that experience for me. What makes him different is how consistent, patient, and communicative he is during every procedure. He walks you through each step, lets you know if there might be a small pinch or even a cracking sound, and makes sure you’re comfortable the entire time. That level of honesty and reassurance builds a tremendous amount of trust, and I can honestly say I fully trust both him and his recommendations. You can also tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. He’s extremely precise, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way, not just quickly. Another thing that really stands out is how efficiently the office is run. If your appointment is at 9:00 a.m., chances are you’ll be in the chair at or before 9:00. That’s rare these days and says a lot about how organized and professional they are. Every staff member is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the culture in the office is exceptional. It truly feels like a first-class practice from top to bottom. If you’re able to get in with Dr. Delee, you’ll be very glad you did.
Thank you so much for your incredibly thoughtful review. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The minute I walked in I was greeted. I wasn't seated long before an Amazing hygienist name Megan called for me and took me back for first x-rays and then an exam room. She spoke to me like I was her friend and had been forever. I've had past experiences with dental offices where I was treated as a number and one where I was degraded because of the condition of my teeth. I'm not perfect and I know I didn't take care of my mouth but if I come to you then I already know that. Megan put me at ease and was informative on everything she was doing. I was then seen by Dr. DeLee who was Fantastic as well. Even though I had made up my mind on what I wanted done he still ensured I had all the information available to make an informed decision and is coming up with a treatment plan which will be discussed on my next appointment. I HIGHLY recommend this office and be sure to ask for Megan!! -Ryan J.
We are so incredibly grateful for your honesty, Ryan! It means the world to us that Megan could make you feel like an old friend and put those past negative experiences to rest. Dr. DeLee and the rest of the team believe in looking forward, not backward, so we’re glad you feel empowered and informed about your treatment plan. Experiencia fantástica: I have serious anxiety after a traumatic experience getting a wisdom tooth pulled a long time ago so needless to say when I had to get my tooth pulled I was nervous. The staff was extremely friendly, made sure to let me know was what happening every step of the way so it helped put me at ease. Professional , clean and friendly...I think I've found my new dentist office!! P.S He was so quick with removing the tooth and waaaaaay less pressure or pain that I experienced with another dentist. I was shocked when he said he was done so quickly with minimum pain. I highly recommend you go here for all your dental care !!!

Experiencia fantástica: After a few years living out of town I’m back in Hot Springs and to Tri-Lakes. I don’t know what to say they are the best. Everyone is super professional and great at explaining what is going on during my visits. I have a lot of anxiety about dentists and they are great and not only understanding my apprehension but putting me at ease.
We are so glad you are back. Thank you for your kind review.
Experiencia fantástica: I’m pretty confident that I’m being over dramatic but they saved my life at Tri-Lakes Dentistry! Ok, my life wasn’t at stake but my mental health was because I had a toothache trying to take me OUT!! Lol! But all jokes aside, everyone in the office were friendly and a pure delight! I called this morning and they got me in same day. Upon arrival, I was pleased with the receptionist, Mrs. Lisa, to the dental hygienist, Ms. Yasmine- She did an awesome job preparing me for my extraction and giving me post- extraction education and care. And y’all, I don’t even have all the words to describe the dentist, Dr. Matt Teale! He was and I believe will ALWAYS be wonderful! He’s very down to earth and very great at what he does! I highly recommend this office. It has a very personable feel and I truly enjoyed my experience! Thank y’all!
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are glad we were able to get you out of pain.
Experiencia fantástica: After many years of terrible dentist- I have found the Pot of Gold! From the front desk all the way to the Dentist himself- This office is absolutely amazing! Making sure dental work that we all hate is PAIN FREE, making you feel welcome as soon as you open the door. I can't shout from the rooftop loud enough how over the top amazing this entire office staff is! Because I have terrible insurance, I have to go out of network to see this group- it is SOOO worth it!
We are so happy that you picked us to take care of your dental needs!! Thank you. We appreciate you!
