Experiencia fantástica: As always very friendly staff. Hygienist is great

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Care and no pain dental work. Dr. Bailey is the best Dentist that I have had in the past 50 plus years of receiving dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist is wonderful and caring. I came in to get my 6 month check-up and found that I had an infection in my gums so they had to take x-rays and then inject some powder antibiotic. She was so sorry to have me in pain and was so concerned with how I was doing. I have been coming to Dr. Bailey for over 30 years now and will miss him terribly when he retires. I hope that one of the other doctors are so caring of their patients. Good work, everyone from reception to dentist. all are wonderful and very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Last month, I had an emergency with one of my teeth and Dr. Lorch was able to get me in that day and handled my problem with expertise. From emergencies to routine check ups, Dr. Lorch and his staff demonstrate great knowledge and treat me with great respect, listening to whatever problems I might be having. Thank you, Dr. Lorch and your staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone Is always so extremely helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond to provide the best treatment and ensure you get an appointment as soon as possible! THIS is the dental office that I needed to go to my entire life! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: True professionals. Helped me emencely. I would highly recommend them

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Lorch and his staff are wonderful..

Experiencia fantástica: I had a really bad experience with my last dentist so Sylvan has been such a great change. Both Dr. Lorch and Dr. Jacobs are thorough and explain their treatment plans. My hygienist, Ashlyn really loves what she does and it shows. I live in Mountain Home but it's worth the drive to Brevard to go to Sylvan.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have been got to Sylvan Valley Dental for years. Dr. Lorch and his staff are very knowledgeable. The office is clean and professional. And everyone there make going to the dentist fun. Always a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff very friendly and curious.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very professional and nice! I didn’t get to see Dr Lorch during my appointment! I’m not sure if he was busy or just not there! The female dentist that I saw, I’m sorry I don’t remember her name, but she was very informative! She gave me a few suggestions about my dental care! She is a new dentist at Sylvan Valley Dental! I’m not sure if she’s taking new patients but give them a call! They are all highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent services! Everyone is so kind! Thankfully for this gem in Brevard!

Experiencia negativa: To say the least, I am not pleased. I was charged for a periodic exam by the hygienist, had X-rays, charged again for a full mouth debridement for $149 and three antibiotic treatments of $73 each. My bill was 481. Ridiculous. I come back in 3 months thinking I’m seeing the dentist, but no, I’m there for a 3 month cleaning, which no one asked me if I was interested in coming every 3months , which I’m not. I would like an explanation. Is this what is going on since the business was sold? All this charging including a fluoride adult treatment. Basically a swish and spit! Seems to me, the hygienists have been told to up the charges. Either an adjustment or explanation . After ten years of being pleased with Dr. Lorch something has really changed and not for the better. This is what happens when a corporation owns you ! The profit is what counts . Elaine Mihalas

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to Sylvan Valley Dental for years, never disappointed. Have had two crowns done in the last 3 months. No pain during procedures and no pain afterwards. Highly recommend!! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place all around

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new patient at Sylvan Valley and am so grateful I changed to this dental office. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Kimberly went above and beyond to take care of me. Dr. Jacobs was amazing. Thanks for the care and support I received.

Experiencia fantástica: Love him and his staff. Just had emergency cracked molar in 2 pieces. They were able to work me in same day I called

Experiencia negativa: Office performs unnecessary dental work. Several years ago, I was told by my dentist Jeffrey H Lorch That I needed a crown replaced. After the procedure, Medicare disagreed and refused to pay since the current crown was only 50% worn down. The front office never checked with my insurance to make sure that it would be covered. Office insisted that I owed them over $2000 for the procedure. My reply was the procedure was not necessary and the front office should’ve checked with my insurance before the work was Performed. And why we place a crown that’s only 50% worn down I think Medicare will pay if it’s 75% They kept insisting that I was responsible for the bill. I slowly paid the bill off since they were threatening my credit and years later I must’ve had $190 balance left Instead of just writing off $190 I just found out that they turned it over to a collection agency I paid it since I want to keep my 800+ credit Rating So I had to pay for their mistake when the entire balance should’ve been written off Do not use this practice

Experiencia fantástica: The reception staff and doctors are a . I was nervous about my visit and when I left, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Best dental experience I have ever had.

Experiencia fantástica: I love you guys , but you take all my money! I love you anyway. You're the best

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so happy to have become a patient at Sylvan Valley Dental. Great staff. I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: When we moved to the area, we were given a list of dentists in the area. We selected Sylvan Valley Family Dentistry from word of mouth recommendations. We immediately felt welcomed, and that's hard when you just moved to the area. EVERYONE in the office genuinely cares about each patient. They are thorough and extremely hospitable! Our insurance recently denied a major claim, and they came to my rescue. They worked extremely hard on my behalf. I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I was called with great news, saying the insurance company was going to pay for the entire claim. Dr. Lorch and his team are top-notch and ALWAYS go above and beyond the call of duty! Thank you for the CONSISTENT OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB YOU DO EVERY DAY!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I think I’m in love with your Hygienist…

Experiencia fantástica: The woman who cleaned our teeth did a great job. All office staff were pleasant and I know we are in good hands at Sylvan Valley Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Very thorough... very impressed by the care I received from ALL involved in my dental care

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Lorch and his staff are very professional. I guarantee you will be very satisfied with your dental care at Sylvan dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental practice ? Staff is so friendly! Dr Lorch is wonderful?

Experiencia fantástica: I had a tooth ache and needed to be seen. Heather was super friendly and worked hard to get me an appointment quickly. My dentist Dr. Jacob's was very thorough. She didn't want me to spend money on restoring a tooth that might not be able to be saved. Imaging proved her correct. The tooth had to be pulled. The extraction wasn't fun but the next day I had very little pain which was surprising. Sylvan is a great dental office. They are all friendly and professional and I would recommend Dr. Jacobs.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great. My hygienist is very gentle but does a thorough cleaning. Everyone is very nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Great people and always receive excellent work here. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Doctor makes sure you feel no pain during the procedure. I would recommend my family to go there.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful to solve my problem and got right to work on it. Be in braces in two weeks

Experiencia positiva: Was disappointed to learn AFTER the visit that the x-rays were barely covered by insurance. New ones were taken because they couldn't open the ones sent from the previous dentist, but they didn't try to follow up on them until the day before the appointment. Other than that, everything was great.

Experiencia fantástica: This was my eight-year-old’s first time at this office and The dentist was very patient and kind to her. She gave her a minute to calm down after she seen the needle and also let her have some music on in the room to keep her relaxed.

Experiencia fantástica: Pleasant experience. Everyone kind, considerate and competent.

Experiencia fantástica: Immaculate office with incredibly talented and caring doctors and staff! You can't find any better!

Experiencia fantástica: Fab! Hygienist was SO thorough. And the office staff is wonderful!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience as always. Very caring and professional people, fantastic dentistry and upbeat vibe.

Experiencia fantástica: Shelly was incredibly thorough with my exam and did such a gentle, comfortable cleaning. What really stood out was how she explained the rationale and benefits of each step which made me feel relaxed and confident the whole time. You can tell she truly cares about her patients.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr.Lorch is great and the staff is awesome

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a patient here for several years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hygienists are great at what they do and Dr Lorch is a great guy and makes you feel completely at ease. I have had some very bad dentists in the past, but I have nothing but good things to say about Sylvan Valley.

Experiencia fantástica: Kim, my hygienist was great. Very thorough & professional. Dr. Lorch took his time checking some areas of concern that Kim had noticed before giving me the all clear. Highly trust this practice, also highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care!!! I would not go anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: I am extremely anxious about the dentist in the first place. I waited 20 min after my appointment time and had decided to reschedule if no one came by 30 min after my appointment. Kim came at 29 min. I told her about my anxiety and she was apologizing and very kind.I was able to see Dr Bailey who was also very kind. I still dread each visit to the dentist and do all I can at home to take care of my teeth. We will see how the years progress at this office. One year at a time!

Experiencia fantástica: Sylvan Valley is an excellent place to receive dental care. I would recommend this dental group to anyone. Dr Bailey is outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: SVD was recommended by several client/friends..... Tell your kids not to chew anything BUT soft ice!.....im 72years old, if that means anything

Experiencia fantástica: A great dental experience! Everyone made me feel "special". The atmosphere with friendly, smiling, professional staff and Dr. Lorch has great "bedside" manners.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, helpful staff. Pretty easy to make an appointment. Dr Jessica Jacobs was very skillful and helpful. Top notch dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Hygienist Kim was the best, she made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job. Dr.Lorch is the best dentist ever! I come from Flat Rock to Brevard for the care I get there. Been going there a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! By far the most compassionate dental practice I’ve been to.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and professional. Kim the hygienist is wonderful. Dr. Bailey is the best! Highly recommend all of them!

Experiencia fantástica: Gentle, attention to detail, friendly. Love this office

Experiencia positiva: Suggest attention be given to delay between hygienist being finished and Dr. Lorch’s visit. I fully understand he may be in the middle of a procedure and not able to stop. And I’m sure you know the value patients place on their time. Might you be able to honor both of these by rethinking your business model?

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very pleased with my cleaning by Shelly. She was friendly, very efficient and my teeth look great.

Experiencia positiva: It was fine - cleaning and exam. They are very nice. I’m giving four stars because I was there for two hours. I still recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: It was a wonderful experience. Friendly! Good at their job! Helped me in so.many ways.

Experiencia fantástica: I came into the office as a traveler needing a temporary cap reglued. The staff worked me right into their schedule. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. If I lived in Brevard full time, this would be my dental office!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't do well with x-rays. It stresses me out to have them. I usually have to do them again but not this time. Thank you Kim!!! Thank you Dr. Lorch & staff for the great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Debbie always does a great job cleaning my teeth and Dr Bailey is the best!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to dr. Bailey 19yrs. He is the best! The whole office staff, texs, and general atmosphere of the facility is most pleasant.

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleasant staff, great working relationship between the team members working on my fillings.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful, I had a painful emergency and they got me in and took great care of me! I will be a patient there from now on!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Sylvan Valley Dental for years. The staff there is so amazing, and go over and beyond to make sure my needs and those of my family are met. I totally recommend them for dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Just had a great cleaning and examination. Great people and very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a great experience with Sylvan! Very professional yet relaxed and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a 2:00 PM dental hygiene appointment with Kim on Thursday the 11th. I really appreciated her communication style, knowledge and focus and attention to detail regarding ex-rays and oral health. Dr. Lorch was unable. So, Dr. Jacobs who is new to me examined my mouth and was also thorough and pleasant. All in the practice are pleasant and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent staff and service! Doctor Bailey is thorough and provides high quality dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Kim was outstanding and she keeps my oral health in top condition!
