Experiencia fantástica: I scheduled what I expected to be a consultation, but Dr. Wagner was able to move forward with my X-ray and filling during the same visit. The process was efficient and clearly explained, and the staff was professional and welcoming. I appreciated how smoothly everything was handled and the time it saved me.

Experiencia negativa: I was looking in the area for a new dentist and i called them and they scheduled my appointment for a tuesday. When I showed up for my appointment, the doors are locked and a note is on the door saying that they're temporarily closed for staff training. I called, they didn't answer, and left a voicemail to let them know that I had, indeed, showed up for my scheduled appointment. They called back the next day to reschedule with me, but said I'd be charged for not giving them a 24 hour notice before my scheduled appointment. They kept calling my phone multiple times after that for a few weeks before finally leaving me alone. As a new patient, that all came off as very unprofessional and made me not want to go further with that office.

Experiencia fantástica: A BIG shout out to Dr. Wagner and his staff!!! My husband, Henry Jones had to have teeth pulled for the process of getting dentures. EVERY visit was full on great service and full attention to comfort and care during this process. Dr Wagner is top notch, making sure to inform us of everything my husband would experience with the process and what to expect with his dentures. We HIGHLY recommend Dr Wagner and his staff to everyone who needs dental care.

Had a front tooth emergency with it broke half off and they stayed even after the place was closing and fixed the entire issue in the same day and I was a patient who walked in off the street - best dental experience of my life - face was so numb I had to hold my own lip up to take picture but I’d rather be numb any day! Experiencia negativa: I would give 0 stars if I could. He worked on 4 of my teeth last year, and I have been having trouble with 3 of the 4 since then. I’ve gone back twice to have this addressed and instead of having any accountability for doing bad work, he chose to gaslight me and argue both times. The last cleaning I had I was billed $150 when I was told it would be around $30 when the appt was scheduled. I only stayed with them because I expected him to fix his bad work, and because I really liked my hygienist, but she quit, just as I’ve noticed several other employees have. The new hygienist was really sweet but incredibly rough and barely gave me a cleaning, and also forgot to do the fluoride I was supposed to receive. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I seen dr jacy nicholson and Taylor was the assistant, I've always been terrified of dentists my entire life, but coming here was the best decision I made!! Such a welcoming staff and the most patient and understanding group. They are by far the most genuine individuals and don't judge but they make it clear that they're here to help you!! Because of them I now love the dentist and will definitely be using wagner dental from now on!!!!

She is very friendly and very thorough and I feel comfortable sitting in her chair while she is working on my teeth. Dr. Wagoner is also very kind and a great dentist. He is thorough and has done some fillings for myself and my daughter. The fillings are not something I enjoy, but he makes me comfortable and does a thorough job.

Experiencia fantástica: Going to the dentist is not a task most people look forward to but the staff at Wagner Family Dental will most definitely change your mindset. They are warm and welcoming from start to finish. The Frontline staff are phenomenal in their phone etiquette and carry that through to face to face patient interactions. The entire staff radiates with positivity and compassion which makes for a wonderful experience. They are all knowledgeable and confident each of their roles. My three children and I are all patients and would highly recommend to everyone. A dental office should be warm and welcoming in order to put anxious fears to rest. This office supersedes these expectations and they should all be proud of their job well done.

I have bad teeth. They didn’t bombard me with information until I asked. They’ve been sensitive to me without sacrificing the facts and what I need to hear. My fears and anxieties have been treated with the utmost care and respect. They aren’t pushy at all. For the first time in my life I don’t feel shame walking into a dental office. And my teeth are being fixed! And thanks to them printing out my treatment plans I can budget accordingly. I don’t have enough thanks for this entire staff. Absolute rock stars all of them! Thank each and every one of you for helping me fight my fear and gain my smile and functionality of my teeth back!

Experiencia fantástica: Life happens and sometimes it really impacts a smile. This practice is fully dedicated to improving what is left of my smile to get it healthy again. I appreciated how Dr Wagner used the numbing aesthetic where it was almost unnoticeable as it was administered. He was very mindful how the procedure needed to happen and he got the procedure done quickly and let me know what was happening as he did it thoroughly. Amanda the dental hygienist has also shown care in what she does during the cleaning procedures she does. She keeps me aware of what is happening during the routine cleanings. I feel well taken care of here. Heidi is also very thoughtful as she explained my x-rays and she helped made me feel that there is hope to keep trying to maintain my smile and we can get this improved. Everyone here has definitely improved the Dental visits for me where I'm not so uncertain what is happening next.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m honestly not afraid of going to the dentist now. I’m 34 and this was literally the first time I’ve been to the dentist since I was 34. I had a bad abscess when I was 13 and I literally felt all the pain from when they pulled it out. Had the same issue with another tooth. Walked in to Wagner and I didn’t feel a thing. So glad I got over my fear. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Not once was I judged on my dental history. Look forward to going back and getting my teeth cleaned next!

The receptionist recognized my anxiety when I called and was able to get me in the very next day. I cannot sing praises of this office enough. A few months and three visits later, I'm not afraid of the dentist anymore. Both Dr Wagner and Dr Caruso are very kind, patient individuals. The office is spotless and the techs are friendly, kind, and compassionate. The prices aren't bad either. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know.
