Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit. Ashley was exceptionally gentle and thorough during my cleaning. She was awesome at what she does and deserves a 10 outa 10. In fact , Everyone on the staff was professional, helpful, caring, knowledgeable etc etc. etc. They were willing to listen to what I had to say and give great feedback. In general the whole atmosphere was great and it’s nice to see so many smiling faces. I could go on and on but trust me they’re on their game!! If you’re like me and you hadn’t been to the dentist in many years due to fear or whatever the case you should contact these people and they will help you out. The dentist doctor was also on point and gave me a good game plan to help with my teeth. Lastly even the girl at the front desk was super friendly, helpful, and patiently explained my payment options while working with me to set up future appointments that work well for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I must admit that I have very bad dental anxiety! I went to Waterway Dental with a broken tooth. I was greeted by two lovely ladies, checked in and called about 5 min later. Miss Kayla explained everything she was doing and was most pleasant. Then I met Dr. Burton who put me at ease immediately. He is very professional, explained what he found, what I needed and I will be going back. I also met Miss Brenda who is so sweet, friendly and quite knowledgeable, The office is clean open and I do believe I was in good hands. I will be going back!

The Tech that took the xrays etc, was just as friendly and easy as could be. Swelling and very sensitive on the upper left, and she made sure not to hurt it anymore than it was. 10 Stars.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to several local dentists, but was not impressed with any until I found Waterway Dental Care. Ashley has been my hyginest for several years, and does a through job cleaning my teeth. I went in for a root canal, which I put off for a year, out of fear. Dr. Burton was great because we talked in between the procedure and before I knew it, it was over! I'm so thankful that all went well during and after the procedure. Dr. Burke was fantastic and the office staff was so wonderful to me. The facility was clean, organized and well equipped. I am changing dentist based on how I was treated. Several other area dentist either didn’t take emergencies or wouldn't treat kids. The staff and doctor were accommodating, kind, and attentive. They treated the tooth so we could enjoy the rest of our vacation in peace. Highly recommend.

Their Dentist Grace Monette is outstanding. I saw her for the first time yesterday. She was very personable and caring. She tells you exactly what’s going on with whatever problem you have with your teeth. She offers multiple treatment plans and their outcomes. Exactly what I like in a dentist.

Everyone is so incredibly nice I couldn't help but feel my anxiety's fade Won't lie and say they are gone as I don't think anyone truly enjoys going to the dentist but let's say it's Not something I dread anymore! They are so kind and caring I recommend this place to everyone I talk to.

I was waiting for my appt for about 20 mins ( hygienist that was supposed to take me was running late ) and I needed to go back to work . Anna ( hygienist ) was up at the front desk and she overheard me speaking to the receptionist . She said she was able to take me in . She took X-rays and did my cleaning in a timely matter . And I was able to get back to work without using a lot of my time

Experiencia fantástica: Waterway Dental is THE BEST! Everyone on staff there including both Ashleys,Sarah, Katie, and Dr. Monet were phenomenal. So organized, empathetic, kind, skilled, and thorough. And they discussed financing, insurance, and pain prevention and management. So lucky to have found Waterway Dental Care!! I just updated this review from last year because Kim, the hygienist I had recently completely blew my mind! She taught me things about my dental health that nobody has ever explained in my entire life, and I am almost 70 years old! She was gentle, fast, thorough, and hilarious, too. She also showed me interoral pictures of my teeth and discussed the wear and tear in my teeth. I'm a visual learner, so a picture really is worth a thousand words. This practice is the G.O.A.T. and the office is always spotlessly clean. I only wish I was able to give Waterway Dental 10 stars! I would never go anywhere else!! Thank you all for being so wonderful!

Experiencia negativa: I am 65 years old and just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. After I arrived and spoke with the dental hygienist and told her I had had a deep cleaning at a periodontist she then informed me that I would have to get a more expensive cleaning because I had this done. I do not have insurance and just wanted to get my teeth cleaned. I was told it would be at least $450 every time I came. I eventually walked out because I cannot afford that. I just want to keep my teeth healthy and get them cleaned and it doesn’t seem like anybody will help me. You would think a dental office would want to make you happy and your teeth clean so they stay healthy. But they don’t want to do that. Without paying extra money

I had been going to them for 4 years and my insurance changed, so I made a move to Waterway. This office is very clean and nicely appointed office. I was greeted with friendly hellos and checked in quickly. The hygienist, Jasmine, was EXCELLENT. I have dental-anxiety and she put me at ease, laughed all the way through X-rays, scraping, polishing, scanning of my teeth, and flossing! She educated me on my gums and she is the reason I will return in October. Fantastic experience. My dentist was warm and friendly and I liked her too. I highly recommend this dental office.

Experiencia negativa: I had an absolutely horrific experience at waterway dental with grace monnette. When my permanent crown didn’t fit properly, after adjusting the crown, and it still not fitting , the dentist suggested shaving down my healthy tooth. I was clear that I was uncomfortable, but she insisted it was “standard procedure”—then she got upset when I pushed back. After I reluctantly agreed, the drilling was excruciating—she couldn’t finish and started drilling aggressively on the tooth under the crown, “to make more room”. Then left the room without telling me what was happening. Her lack of communication and dismissive attitude was appalling. I was left in pain and confusion. I would never recommend this dentist—

They told me my options and gave me prices. They offered me a 1 year option to help with the bills. They scheduled my second appt within a week. Everyone was very kind and helpful
