She is, without a doubt, the best dental hygienist I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my oral health. She took the time to explain everything she was doing and gave me personalized recommendations to help improve my gum health something no one has ever done so thoroughly before. I left not only with the cleanest my teeth have ever felt, but also with a better understanding of how to care for my gums. You can tell Jen truly knows what she’s doing and takes pride in providing the best care possible. She is gentle, thorough, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. If you’re looking for a dental hygienist who goes above and beyond and truly cares about her patients, Jen is the one. She has earned a patient for life. A huge shoutout to Jennifer, my dental hygienist, who was incredibly thorough, professional and thoughtful, and her assistant Melissa, who made the preparation process both fun and seamless. My dentist and the rest of the clinical team were equally impressive—skilled, informative, and so efficient that my filling was finished in what felt like record time! The front desk staff, was the first step in an amazing dental experience. I also really appreciated the business manager taking the time to clearly break down my insurance options and working her magic to find me an unexpected opening. It’s rare to find a team that is this talented and genuinely kind. Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: I came in as a new patient after moving in this area from Corpus Christi and a staff member, I did not get a name of the young lady, spoke to me as if I offended her while she expressed a demeanor that made me feel like I had offended her in some way. I had never seen that young lady before… I considered this dental place a place of business and I would not have suspected it to be ran with arrogance, carrying a rude attitude and unprofessional. You lost a new patient on my first day here and I did not even get to be seen. Of course, that was my choice but I will not pay a place of business whose employees treat new patients like myself with no dignity, courtesy or respect. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but it’s no excuse for a place of business to treat people this way. If I could, I would rate this place a zero. I just hope the owners are aware of this situation and it is expressed to the staff with regard to your monthly staff meeting, specifically the young lady who treated me with unprofessionalism so that things like this won’t reoccur with other new patients. All I can say is that this is the worst, unpleasant first time experience at what I thought would be my new dental office called Wonder Smile. No smile here!

Prices are better than most places. Trust me i have been to the most worst dentist office and this place beats it in so many ways. I’m not being paid to say this I’m just being honest….. lol

Experiencia negativa: I went in during an extremely painful time, hoping to have a great experience and ended with quite the opposite. The female receptionist in the front was very friendly and welcoming. The assistant taking my x-rays was very gentle and kind and the dentist was fantastic with her explanation of treatment needed. While a receptionist was going over treatment/insurance, I overheard the male office “manager” in the hallway asking another assistant what was taking so long with the dentist in the examination room across from mine. He then stormed into the room we were in, while the assistant was still going over my plan and asked her “Why are you doing so much treatment on a limited plan?!”, to which the poor assistant replied that it was at the dentist’s request. This was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Just because someone’s dental plan is limited does NOT mean they do not have the appropriate finances to complete their treatment plan as scheduled. I’ll never return back to this office! Upon leaving, I was rushed out and felt like I couldn’t even ask anymore questions about treatment. I ended up seeking treatment over 2 hours away due to this unfortunate incident. I understand being behind and having to secure appropriate time management, but when patients come into your office already in pain, you don’t treat them like they can’t afford to come back for any treatment at all. The rest of the staff was fantastic, but the office manager needs to do better or find a career that doesn’t require feeling empathetic towards patients.

You will not regret it!!!!! Once I took my husband to another Dentist in town and while he was being worked on with his mouth open they had me go get money or a check because I did not have it with me before they could continue. It was a very horrible ordeal.I hate that I took my husband there- (he did not deserve that) This office here. Wonder smile is an absolute winner. They work with you they explain to you what the procedures you're needing. My daughter was scared of the dentist and no longer is since coming here, she looks forward to it because of the kind care these men and women give her. I also come and so does my husband and our son but he’s only one and can’t speak up about how much he loves it, yet. As for myself being almost 40 years old and having been to dentists in multiple states and towns, as an adult I have never had such a wonderful experience not only with the work that is done but also with the amazing staff that are so outgoing, friendly, and eager to help find the best way to treat you not only for what work you need done but for the best way for you to handle it as well. If you are scared of the dentist, fear no more just come on down to dental plus clinic(formerly Wonder Smile) and they will take great care of you and your family

Experiencia negativa: Third time was not the charm. So sad to say! First my dad having to make two appointments to get a simple cleaning. Then my husband with the same two appointments to get a simple cleaning. My issue (the third issue) was no follow-up on Dr. J’s recommendation. They have been terribly overbooked each time we have been here with lengthy delays starting as early as 9:am in the morning. It seems they are just in it for the money.

Experiencia negativa: They switched up pricing the day my appointment was, very unprofessional also. Wasted 6 hrs of my work. They do not care one bit about the quality of your dental needs. Will never use them again !! I wanted to leave a 0 start but I had to change it to 1 star unfortunately.

So happy to have a dentist that listened and let me know that I had options and I could make the decision myself vs the previous dentist just saying there was only 1 way to fix my issue and conveniently it was the most expensive way. Coming from someone who has always feared the dentist, I am super happy with my visit and looking forward to doing my dental work comfortably now.

Experiencia negativa: Your dentist office has been very unprofessional. The lady that typically sits at the front receptionist window is very rude & gruff. I called the office a couple of weeks after an extraction procedure due to having developed a cyst at the injection site for the numbing shot. Receptionist, put me on hold over 30 minutes till I hung up. After I called back ,she immediately put me on hold again for another 45 minutes without ever talking to me. When I had my husband call, they were happy to talk to him until they heard my name & then immediately put him on hold! My procedure was Oct 2023. A full year later, I'm still dealing with this giant cyst that frequently ruptures, & no insurance or $ to surgically remove the cyst. My family will not be returning either!! Worst dental experience ever!!

I did and dr, Quinones who was recovering from emergency appendectomy surgery 2 days previously replaced my crown,, Believe it or not I was back to work at 2,45, Who does that these days,? She definitely was being rude and racist. I went to Garcías family Dental and the staff is great there.

Once I ask them to send the correct information I waited 3 weeks and finally called thinking wow ithas to be in by now, but not apparently I need a second impression done and will not get them in who knows when. How absolutely sad is this. I will not recommend them
