Experiencia negativa: Why do they send a message saying that they’re gonna cancel our appointment if we don’t call them by 2 o’clock and then when we tried calling them by 2 o’clock no one answers I work night shift. I don’t have time to be constantly staying awake trying to get a hold of these peoplefor a tooth extraction when we can barely even afford a root canal I am not happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Just moved to Campbellsville and wanted to find a good dentist. I have extreme anxiety from past dental work. I explained this to Dr Coyle and her assistant at my first consultation. Wow! They listened. My first appt was a 2 hr visit. Yes, I needed work. The dental assistant, I believe was Elizabeth, was amazing. She made me feel so comfortable and kept asking if I needed anything. Dr Coyle was amazing also. Numbed me and I didn’t feel a thing. The needle was my biggest fear. My first of several appts was a great dental experience. I only wish I would have had this type experience in the past. Highly recommend The Smile Center!!!
