Top Choice Dental

Experiencia fantástica: Great communication, prompt service based on scheduled appointment, and very friendly and welcoming team! Can’t recommend Top Choice Dental enough!

Experiencia fantástica: First visit with the team at TCD they all were very professional and got the ball rolling on some dental repairs now I’m just waiting to hear from them about if the VA will approve it since the VA SENT ME OUT TO COMMUNITY CARE If they come through it’ll be awesome

Experiencia fantástica: I was impressed, they were very thorough on my first visit. Will go back to them

Experiencia fantástica: The service is always friendly and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a great experience at Top Choice Dental. Dr. Flener carefully listened to my concerns and thoroughly addressed all of them without feeling rushed. I had a good experience having my teeth cleaned while I was there as well. The office manager helped me with my concerns about insurance and a referral, for which I am very grateful. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Experiencia positiva: I dislike going to the dentist, but my experience with your dental clinic wasn’t as bad as my anxiety expected it to be.

Experiencia negativa: My experience was terrible. I’m a 65 year old female with Medicare only. I have an abscessed tooth. I waited 3 days for my appointment in terrible pain. I finally go to my appointment. They sat me down talked forever. Then got me up for an X-ray.. Then brought me back. Talked some more. Then lady left, came back and did another Xray. Then she says she is going to get dentist. A woman comes in and looks at my tooth. She said, that needs to come out. I was so happy. Then they send in the guy up front to explain to me it was going to cost me right around $400 to extract one tooth. I was kind of shocked and upset. I couldn’t afford that. Then he told me I could get a financed card through some place and make high interest payments. I said absolutely not. Then the dentist gave me an antibiotic different then the one I had been on for 4 days already and now I’m back in bed and in pain with this tooth. They kept me almost 2 hours while I was miserable. Then sprang the $400 dollars on me. It was a horrible experience. I will never go back.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff were friendly. My hygienist was thorough and caused no pain or anxiety. Enjoyed meeting and having my exam by the doctor. All good.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone was extremely nice and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to wait until I had another appointment before I made a review. I have to say this place should be called “Top Notch Dental” all staff I came in contact with is truly amazing. I have high anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. Talked me through and explained everything. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I’m truly grateful I found this gem of a place. The place is clean as a whistle also. One thing I would add is the front entry way separate from the waiting area has a fragrance that is very overwhelming. To me I can over look that. For the great care I received.

Experiencia fantástica: Best dental hygienist ever! Melissa is very thorough & gets my teeth feeling smooth & clean! Dr. Flener is wonderful too! If you ever have to have numbing done, she’s definitely the one you want to do it! She’s amazing! The office staff, Josh & Fran, are friendly & helpful! I couldn’t ask for better care! I highly recommend Top Choice Dental!

Experiencia fantástica: I called around 8:30 that morning to get my daughter in for an emergency. She was having severe tooth pain. She had been crying in pain for days with no relief. They got her in that afternoon. By that night she had already started to feel some relief from the massive tooth infection she had. The staff were absolutely great! They took X-rays, gave her mouthwash, antibiotics and set up a treatment plan. They then helped me find an oral surgeon that would take her insurance. I am very grateful to the Dr and her staff! I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Candace Flaner is absolutely amazing! I was so scared. Her and her team put me at ease! They are so personable and make sure each person gets the quality care they deserve! I had two wisdom teeth taken out and she just communicated so well and popped them right out! You can tell she takes the time with every customer to go through every step along the way! My phobia of the Denist is over and she helped me with that!!!I will never go anywhere else!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Both my children started the Health Start Program. We paid in FULL for both children. One child received the second appliance in the wrong size. This was never corrected. One child is still in the first appliance from 5 years ago after being remeasured, remolded, and reexamined multiple times. After taking them to another office in town, they both need braces which will be over $6,000 a piece. Top Choice claimed they would keep them out of braces, but never followed through with the program correctly, even though they gladly took our money. I have had 4 different cavities refilled by Top Choice because they did them incorrectly the first time. Another dentist in town is saying they need to be refilled again! Lastly, they dropped our insurance provider and NEVER told us. They refuse to answer or return my call, but have no problem mailing a bill for services that should be covered, especially since they have thousands of dollars of our money for Healthy Start Program but we never received the full service we paid for. I have called numerous times for them to rerun our insurance with a different provider, but Fran will never call me back. The front staff is so sweet, but the business side of Top Choice is a different story.
