Experiencia fantástica: My first time scheduling a dental cleaning and the service and staff were amazing! The experience itself makes me want to go back ! I will also be scheduling my husbands cleaning here as well’

From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cared for. The entire team is courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. They take the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure patients understand their treatment and options. That level of communication goes a long way toward making a visit much more comfortable. It is obvious that patient care and satisfaction are important to the entire team. Finding a dental office you can trust is important, and Lane & Associates Family Dentistry has earned my confidence. The combination of professional care, friendly service, and a welcoming environment makes this an excellent choice for individuals and families. Overall, Lane & Associates Family Dentistry in Richlands is an easy five star recommendation. Excellent staff, outstanding service, and a genuine commitment to patient care make this a dental practice I would gladly recommend to others.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience. Going to the dentist usually kind of scares me but they are VERY helpful and sympathetic with any anxiety and are very thorough with their patients. knowledgeable and efficient staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was so amazing and knowledgeable. They do offer their own amazing plan if you dont carry insurance to make keeping up on your dental care easy and affordable. I went in on an emergency basis being i just moved here. I have officially found my new dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and accommodating staff, the dental assistants are kind and patient, the dentists themselves are kind, non admonishing, and understanding, wait times are not long and the turn around to call to visit is short (about a week), the office is well-decorated, and well-conditioned, important for the local weather, by far my most enjoyable experience at a dentist, would recommend to basically anyone especially someone who avoids the dentist becuase of tooth related anxiety and/or shame.

Experiencia negativa: Our first appointment here and our last. Regretfully the hygentist tore my child’s mouth up and we are still dealing with it a week later.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff was kind and welcoming. I definitely had a great experience today! Everyone was friendly, and i received excellent dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: Did great job with my kid making her feel comfortable during her visit

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Fischer was very kind in completing my filling for a very sensitive tooth cavity. Let's be honest, the Novocain shot is supposed to help, but the shot is painful. For the first time, it did not hurt while being administered. And her assistant was polite, and they seemed to work as a team. Lane & Associates Family Dentistry will always be the go-to for me.

Experiencia fantástica: In my whole life I have had the best dental experience at this office. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: A 5-Star patient satisfaction experience!

Experiencia fantástica: The Richlands office is absolutely amazing! Especially the Head Assistant and front staff, kind, caring and friendly are just a few of the words I would use to describe them. I needed some cosmetic work done that an out of state dentist couldn’t finish in time for our move. The dentist here came up with a completely different treatment plan than I originally had planned on. And it turned out so much better and less invasive! There were some bumps with getting things from the lab and tweaking what was sent, they wanted it to be perfect and so did I, so I didn’t mind this at all. Then it finally all came together, I couldn’t be happier. If you need cosmetic work, or a clean they are the ones to go to! Thanks everyone, and I LOVE my new smile.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very sweet and will make you feel comfortable despite your many many many cavities. I've never felt so comfortable at a dentist. Awesome place.

Experiencia fantástica: This was definitely a 5 star visit. I had a front crown to come out. There was not enough tooth to put it back in . So Alicia (hope that’s spelled correctly) took the time to make a retainer so it would keep my crown in place. They were closing early because it was Friday. The Dentist was great. Everybody there was very nice & not in a rush to get me out. Thanks to all of you guys for taking such good care of me. My Dentist office was closed.

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Carolyn Street. I have been a patient at lanes and associates Family dentures in Richland for over a year. She takes time with me explain things to me and check into my insurance about my and let me know if what it cost and what I would have to pay. She is very patient very very patient with me with her attitude. I’m sure she’s very patient with all the other patients. I love her and Miss Deanna.
