Experiencia fantástica: I went with my daughter who deals with high anxiety. Her teeth were in bad health and from front staff to back staff they were all truly amazing! She saw Josh Piper and he was so understanding and compassionate! My daughter and I were so thankful for all the staffs kindness and helped give her a new outlook on moving forward without the embarrassment or anxiety! Truly an amazing experience! I highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved here from Colorado and my implant came loose on my back molar. Dr. Piper did an awesome job of repairing my implant that was done by another dentist in Colorado. His work is amazing and Im so grateful for the repair he did. The entire office is nice and welcoming. I am definitely going back to see Dr. Piper for any dental needs. Highly recommend this office.

Made sure was plenty numb I have a high tolerance to pain medication, checked to make sure couldn't feel and comfort. They were quick on getting in and out for filling, so I could get back on busy schedule.

I'm a over the road truck driver. Found them on GOOGLE MAPS. In an hour I was in the chair, mouth numbed no pain tooth pulled at an affordable price. Its the day after I feel NO PAIN. Dr. Sloan took the time to listen and try something a little outside the box. I have had 3 other professionally made expensive guards made by other dentists that I could not sleep with.

She was caring, friendly, and very welcoming while making my original appt, checking me in and then making my follow-up. She didn't miss a chance to be sweet and kind. Next is Heather, one of the Assistants. Very considerate, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. A great sense of humor, this lady is the kind of person everyone wants to be friends with. She took time to explain my care plan and costs going forward. Next in the room was Dr Sloan. What can I say. He is professional, very thorough, knowledgeable and caring. He has a great personality, too. I never felt rushed to make a decision and there was absolutely no pressure to get work done on my teeth - that was a nice change from any other dentist I've been to. Next was Jenessa, the Hygienist. She was also very attentive to my needs, friendly, sincere and professional. I felt more like I was at a spa appointment for my teeth rather than a dentist appointment :) I loved that they talked back and forth and room to room - like a family. Lots of giggles today. I really felt at ease! A very good experience and definitely a 5 star appointment. Thank you all. I'll see you next week!

Experiencia negativa: I had an awful experience! This is 1st dental clinic I'd ever been to that didn't offer scaling. Also, after giving receptionist my insurance info over phone, she told me before I made drive there which was 45 min BTW, everything was covered. I got there & they not only told me it probably wasn't covered, but they refused to do procedure I wanted. Instead, they sent me to a specialist an hour away that was kind enough to locate my former dentist that I'd already been to yesterday & he's finalizing procedure in 3 weeks without arguing or sending me anywhere else! I don't recommend this clinic to anyone!

Experiencia negativa: These people “milk” your Insurance Company for every penny. They cleaned 1/2 (right side) of my teeth, then said they were out of time and re-scheduled to do the “left” side on another visit, and charged both myself and my insurance for the second visit. Thought it was a unique situation, but a month later, they did the exact same thing to my wife. I owed $20.00 from second visit, that I refused to pay. Now it is on my Credit Report… I added a note of dispute, and it does no damage to my Credit, but just another example of “ dirty business” that goes on here.
