Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to have a baby tooth removed. It was capped over 50 years ago and finally had to go. Dr. Miller and his team are awesome. I had several options. Remove tooth; remove tooth with immediate implant; or remove tooth and bone pack for future implant (3 months). Each option was explained well. Although Dr. Miller is known for single stage implants, I chose the longer process. Years ago I had this tooth's twin removed and it was so traumatic I swore I would keep twin tooth forever. Baby teeth that do not have adult teeth beneath grow roots into the jawbone. Especially after 50 years. The first extraction years ago took over an hour and I was in pain for weeks. Dr. Miller and his team assured me that I wouldn't have such an experience. Since I have low pain toletance, I chose to have IV sedation. I used ice afterward and followed the rules. I insisted on tramadol along with the ibuprofen/tylenol pain regimen. I took one last night and this morning I have ZERO pain. The ibuprofen/tylenol and tramadol wore off hours ago. I have an antibiotic for a week. I will continue the ibuprofen/tylonol. My only problem will be avoiding fruit with little seeds. After I get my new tooth in a few months I will update. My insurance doesn't pay much of the service but I have no issue with the cost.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My gum disease and multi cavities had me very concerned for my next appoinmenet and as I passed their office I decided to get on with it and dropped in without an appointment scheduled, they set me up immediately for the next morning at 9 am. Everyone that I had any interaction with at that appointment at the Daphne location was friendly and accomodating, and communicated with me though every procedure. They should let you know how much it will be before you come in. Most importantly, he and his chairside tech were patient and didn't make me feel bad for needing to stop for a breather fairly often; definitely dropped my stress levels much closer to zero. Highly recommend Bay Periodontics in general, and particularly to those who, like me, can get "a bit rattled" in the dental chair!

Experiencia negativa: I’ll start with the nurses, they are super kind and made me feel at ease…. On the other hand, I had a bone graft and an implant placed. The implant failed. I understand that sometimes happens but the response we got wasn’t super helpful. The main issue we had was the rudeness and inappropriateness of the lady at the front desk. I had a situation I needed to speak to someone about, over which she had no say so, and she proceeded to give me the doctors answer without even consulting him. She was extremely unkind and unprofessional. Honestly, I would not recommend based solely on her behavior.

They are fully invested in my Dental health, the offices and equipment are spotlessly maintained. Will be using this office again for sure and highly recommend it to others.

Experiencia negativa: Absolutely horrible business. I wanted for a month for a visit and an evaluation. The day before my appt the secretary tried to reschedule the time and I rejected. The day of the appt, I was 8 minutes away from their office and the secretary called me and told me they were at a different office. When I finally made it to the office that they were at the front desk lady tried 2 separate times for me to cancel and just leave. Wth.... kind of business does this. I didn't waste just a few hours, I wasted a month on Bay Periodontics.

Experiencia positiva: I had a sinus lift, my second one. This time I had significant swelling and bruising. Had to take extra days off to recover. The first one 5 years ago, wasn't near that bad. All this to be able to get Implants on this side. It is tough getting older, you start having gum reseeding and bone loss under teeth until having them pulled is your only choice. I will survive and hopefully have a bridge by firsts of next year, so I can eat a steak again.
