Experiencia fantástica: Just moved to the area and had a piece of my bridge chip off. I got an appointment right away and the staff was very nice and efficient. She gave me 3 options, do nothing, smooth the edges, or replace the bridge. I had it smoothed which only took a minute. She informed me that the bridge had lost some structural integrity because of the chip and that more cracking is possible which could lead to it needing replacement. She stated it could last a while or who knows. She was honest and upfront with her assessment. I appreciated that. Would definitely go to this dentist again. On top of that I thought the charge for the service was reasonable. Addition: As a snow bird I was having my 2 yearly dental exams at my other address, but for the last 2 years I have been getting one of them here. I am very satisfied with the service. All the staff from the receptionist, the hygienist to the doctor were personable and efficient. Looking forward to continuing our relationship.

Experiencia negativa: Nice place once you get inside. I chose this place because of the reviews and it was close to our home. I was not please with our experience at all. My daughter had not been to the dentist in several years due to fear and the dentist she trusted retiring. I took her in for her appointment at 3:20 and she was done and out the door by 3:50. Not sure how they even got Xray's in, in that amount of time AND cleaned her teeth properly, but I guess I'm no dentist. Just know my adult children and significant other went to Dr. Ryan Oetken and it was a 2 hour appointment due to not going in sometime. I was not able to go back with my daughter so I waited thinking I would meet the Dentist after the appointment and would be able to ask the many questions I had due to my daughters history. I never got to meet the Dentist. Very unprofessional in my opinion with being a new patient. I was not able to ask the dentist any of the questions I had, a hygienist brought her out and said all good. When I asked they hygienist about the braces my daughters last dentist said she needed she said to just call Ortho. Again unprofessional. I wanted the opinion of the Dentist. Even the Ortho Dr. I called stated that that was not common practice. I had several more questions, but was highly frustrated that I just left. We will be finding somewhere new.

I needed several dental procedures. Dr. Adrienne and her staff have always treated me and my family wonderfully. They understood my fears and worked to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I still have a fear of dental procedures, but that fear is more manageable now. I currently drive 1.5 hours from home to attend my appointments but would drive even further for the services I receive from Dr. Adrienne and her team. Thank you!

Not only did they take mine, but Annie at the head of the house was able to get all my information before I even got there and had my treatment plan ready before I left! Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient at D'Agostino Family Dentistry since elementary school. I remember being a patient of Dr. Bruce's until Dr. Adrienne became my primary dentist. I last visited their office in ~2016. The reason for my review is to share my appreciation for Dr. Adrienne after all these years. In 2012, I lost my two front teeth by falling into the street on a Friday night. The office was closed the next day, however, listened to the frantic voicemail my Mother left and opened the doors for me for an emergency visit. After a few appointments, I had to get one root canal and two crowns in 2012, and the second root canal in 2016. The work that Dr. Adrienne did is performing SO well, that dentists I visit now are shocked and impressed on how well my teeth STILL look, how realistic they are, and how well they've held up after 13 years. I've had ZERO issues. None. Nobody notices anything abnormal with my mouth or smile unless I say something. I still have the photos of the accident, the day after and the final product! (I'd post them, but they're kind of graphic. I remember the Doctors laughing at me while taking photos of them with their hands in my mouth, grinding my teeth down. I was numbed, but could still snap photos!) I live in Minnesota and haven't visited my childhood dentist since moving, but I still reflect on that time in my life and cannot share how thankful I am to Dr. Adrienne. So, if she's reading this, please know that you are extremely talented, so appreciated and impressive to many in many different states. (I've lived in Wisconsin, Utah, Arizona and Minnesota since leaving Iowa). I cannot thank you enough for helping that 16yr old, self-conscious, still growing into her mouth, Breanna. Thank you for providing me with the confidence to share my smile. I'm not sure if you'll remember me, but I carry you with me every day.
