Experiencia fantástica: I went to Prime Smile to receive my second set of Envisaline trays. While there, Dr. Prahba examined my progress and answered patiently all of my questions. I am very satisfied with this team. The front office staff, the dental assistant, and the dentist all rendered outstanding service.

Experiencia fantástica: The two lady’s that took care of me today were amazing! Taylor did my cleaning, and she is so gentle, and the assistant Vee was super helpful, and so sweet. Would recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely satisfied....Very friendly courteous staff. The Dentist and her assistants were very compassionate and patient. Pleasant, clean, peaceful environment. I was very nervous but the Dr and her assistant explained the steps of the procedure and they continued to ask if I was ok during the entire procedure. I literally felt no pain. What a blessing I definitely give them an A+. This will most certainly be my new Dental office. Thank you guys for a satisfactory visit.

I came in this afternoon on tears not knowing exactly what news I would be given. She immediately came to my aid. She has so empathetic and sympathetic to my needs and LITERALLY ran to grab a box of tissues when she heard what she thought was a tear drop. I will now be using Prime Smile as ny primary dentist because of just what a beautiful soul you have in that office and also the others that are there. I was given the best news possible for my situation and have left with exceeded expectations. Thank you, Miss Vee for YOU and the rest of the staff at Prime Smile. Experiencia fantástica: had to have a wisdom tooth pulled at the childersburg location. they were able to not only see me the next day but worked me in at my convinience. Dr. Prattipati was very precise with the extraction as well, didnt seem like it took long at all. before i knew it i was in and out at home recovering. even took the time to check my extraction site the following day when i thought i had lost the packing without question. they provide excellent work and theyre now my primary dental care office.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an excellent experience at PrimeSmile in Childersburg. Megan, who cleans my teeth, is incredibly thorough and does a fantastic job every time. Taylor is also a wonderful advocate for veterans, especially when dealing with the VA. If you're a veteran needing dental work like crowns, I highly recommend reaching out to Taylor for support. However, I do encourage anyone facing issues with VA dental services to report concerns to patient advocacy, as my experience has shown that some staff may not be as attentive as they should be . On the positive side, Dr. Prattipati DMD is a very skilled doctor, and I’m confident that the rest of the staff is just as wonderful. Overall, I give PrimeSmile a well deserved five star rating for their high quality care.

Experiencia negativa: I would stay far away from here. Unfortunately she ruined mine and my husband’s teeth. We trusted this place after being regular patients just for them to take advantage of us. I hope the doctor is happy to be able to drive her Tesla around. What an absolute disgrace to the dental industry. No response after we are dealing with paying and looking towards thousands of dollars in teeth restoration. What a shame. I’ve never been one to be unappreciative of care or point out bad care but wow has this place done it in my whole life time I’ve never experienced the side affects this place offers.To add, I have the best insurance that money can buy. Reply: my number has recently changed and sincerely we have no interest in doing business with your practice. We will be seeking a new provider moving forward. I’ve been to so many dental practices and have received the same procedures but have never had this outcome.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Prabha will use up all of your insurance and then leave your perfectly good teeth in worse condition from intrusive procedures that lead to more procedures/profit. Save yourself the regret and go across the street. Shameful and need to be reported.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best dental practice I have ever been to in my life. As a paraplegic, I have a hard time finding a practice that has enough space for me to actually transfer from my wheelchair into the treatment chair. This office has ample space. Dr. P is an amazing dentist. Her staff is helpful, organically friendly, competent and efficient. They make you feel comfortable in every way possible. They will lower lights, get a blanket, etc. to make sure that you are at ease. Dr. P's practice does things that I have never seen in another dental practice. For example, they take your blood pressure before administering numbing shots. While the doctor is giving the shots, her assistant is patting your shoulder in a gentle way to distract from the shot. That is calming and I've never experienced it before. The whole experience is as calming as any doctor's office can be!!

Saw Dr. Amy she checked my teeth and did a really good job explaining my options with a couple of issues with my teeth. Everyone was so nice although I did miss Dr. P

I had to make an appointment a few weeks ago on short notice because my daughter felt the need to bite on things she shouldn't have and chipped her front tooth. They got her in quickly and fixed her up within a few mins.
