Experiencia fantástica: All the staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful! I went to another dentist in Seattle and they quoted me thousands of dollars of work. Then I went back here and Dr. Deno told me I didn’t actually need any of that work done. They are not trying to scam you here and are extremely helpful in figuring out the cheapest options and setting up self-pay insurance for those who don’t have dental coverage. Great experience and no longer will be going to other dentist offices in WA.

So far it's been fully covered by my insurance (yay!), and so far I haven't needed anything except periodic X-rays and cleaning (also yay!). The staff is very enjoyable to spend time with and very efficient. I've never experienced any discomfort and they do a great job with water management (you know that urge to swallow when they spray your teeth - they're right on top of sucking the water out!). Again I haven't needed anything other than the routine stuff, but Dr. Deno is there to check things out and give me the "OK." I feel very confident with their care and it's always a very pleasant experience!

Experiencia fantástica: Mt. Si Dentistry really does a fabulous job. The office is very well run. I find them friendly and easy to engage with. They are almost always right on time, quick with billing and billing answers, and they find appointments that work for my schedule and not just theirs. The dentists are both exceptional, kind and gentle. I had a really complicated dental issue stemming from a childhood bike accident. I have been struggling with this issue since I was 8 (now 67). Dr. Deno took my issue to his study group and helped me find exactly the help I needed. Now my smile and my dental health are greatly improved. It was a long process but it was worth it. All in all, I am 100% happy with their service.

I used to be fully aware of when my next dental cleaning was because of how bad my teeth needed a good clean. Not sure what Mt Si does differently, but they do something because I have WAY less plaque build up from appointment to appointment. Their technology is new and clean too, I appreciate this as a customer. The environment is comfortable, clean and always smells fresh - noticeably! This is the first time I've enjoyed going to a dentist. I almost fell asleep in the chair, not kidding!

She can and does! a great job, and i don't have to worry about pain. Dr. Deno as always is so calm and friendly. I appreciate that he always does the screening to make sure no cancers, checking glands, tongue etc. They are doing a great job helping me and my husband and daughter have excellent oral health:)

She is super welcoming, is amazing with kiddos, finds the perfect scheduling spot for you and worked with us on our insurance when we had a question… always helpful! Every hygienist my family has seen has been so kind, informative and gentle with each cleaning. Dr. Deno is so friendly and honestly makes you feel seen each visit which is huge; I don’t feel like “just another patient” like I did at our previous dentist office. Our children love going here as well!! They talk sweetly to the kids, explain everything that is happening and they each leave with a balloon and a little toy (and of course a new toothbrush, toothpaste and floss!)! What could be better!? When your appointment is about a week away they will send you reminder texts and whenever I need to reschedule it is so simple just to text back and they take care of it right then and there!! SO convenient! I can’t recommend this office enough if you live in, or around, the valley you should make them your family dentist too!
