Experiencia fantástica: They were great! I am severely scared (PTSD) of the dentist and the doctor called me the night before to touch base. When I came in Shelby did my X-rays and pictures and made sure to talk me through it and didn’t make me feel less then with the issue I came in with. Once the pictures were done doc came in and ended up getting pulled away but they had Abby come in and do a deep clean. She didn’t know about my fear but was able to keep me calm and walked me through it. Once she was made aware of my fear she was so accommodating and made the whole experience better than I could imagine. Doc is thorough and talks you through what she is doing and doesn’t mind answering questions. The whole staff were great and I appreciate their care and consideration! I went to follow-up appt today and again a great experience. I come in a jittery anxious mess and they do everything they can to make me comfortable. I had an interaction with Lori today and she was an absolute angel! Going above and beyond to help me and make sure I get everything I needed! Between Lori and Abby they have made my experience there as comfortable as they can. They don’t know the depth of the trauma and my response to it but they made sure to make sure I was comfortable and not hindering them in anyway! Thanks again for being so patient and great today.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Hanna is absolutely wonderful. My son is extremely nervous about shots, and like many children, he has a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures. He also likes to see and understand every tool before it’s used, including what it’s for and how it works. Dr. Hanna and his assistant were incredibly patient, calm, and understanding throughout the entire visit. They took the time to make my son feel comfortable while still being efficient and professional. Their kindness and gentle approach made a stressful situation so much easier, and we truly appreciate the excellent care they provided.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a dental emergency and Dr. McBee answered me right away, despite being on vacation. The office got me in first thing on Monday and Dr. Hannah (who was covering the office for Dr. McBee) was so nice!

Experiencia positiva: I contacted McBee Dentistry after losing a filling and submitted an online appointment request. To their credit, they responded promptly and called me first thing the next morning. The receptionist I spoke with was friendly and polite. Unfortunately, the office wasn’t able to address the reason I was seeking care. While they had an appointment available the next day, I was informed that it would only be for a new patient exam, cleaning, X-rays, and charting. The dentist would not have time to repair the filling during that visit, and I was told there would not be any openings to fix it until sometime in July due to an upcoming vacation. I also wasn’t able to get even a general price range for the filling repair.

Dentists are not my favorite people after my childhood days of a " horse doctor" and followed by a dentist that just didn't care - if it didn't hurt right now, it's okay and we'll just address (pull) it later instead taking the time to fill it now! Dr. Jen and her staff have rescued my mouth and given me added years of enjoying my favorite foods without pain!! Highly recommend them to all of my friends!!

SO I GOT UP WHEN TO THE FRONT AND TOLD THEM I DIDNT HAVE ALL DAY AGAIN! AND THE LADIES THE MANGER AND THE LITTLE BLONDE ONE IS A SMART BUTT MAKING EXCUSES FOR THIS ! I SAID THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME MYSELF AND MY KIDS SAT FOR HRS HERE ITS RIDICULOUS ! U SHOULD NOT have to sat at denist office for hrs an hrs NO thanks I will not be going back !

From the moment I stepped into the reception area, I felt this calming atmosphere . The front staff ladies, are all fabulous, caring, interested, and invested in me as a patient. Speaking to them on the telephone, so caring and helpful. I could hear it in their voice(s). Truly. Shelby was fabulous, so caring, also very invested in me as a patient and she is so talented; I got a little emotional, over an unrelated problem that I am experiencing. Shelby was so compassionate and understanding. She is perfect. Lovely young lady. Dr. McBee an extraordinary, caring, intuitive, doctor. I was never rushed, or felt uncomfortable. Experiencia negativa: The time to wait was rediculous. My 84 year old mom with back problems had to sit in treatment room, in an uncomfortable for her, dental chair for an hour and 15 minutes before being seen. Causing back pain and weakness that was awful for her.

Rushing to get there from Morgantown.,,we made it there at 8;36.. thinking she would be taking right in the back but we wanted until 9:04. What's the point of giving 8;30 am appointment when patients is being seen over 30 minutes after. Do Scheduled accordingly instead of packing the schedule and wasting patient's time.

Experiencia negativa: Ruined my front teeth. They are slowly chipping away. Replacement of filling ended up in losing a tooth and having stitches in my mouth. Pain for weeks from her trying to get the tooth out. My jaw will never be the same. Very dissatisfied.

She got me in quickly within a few days. The Dental Hygienist was light handed. I felt like I got a good cleaning. Good service and Great pateint care. I'm pleased with this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m somebody who is prone to a lot of cavities and every time I’ve had to get a filling the doctor and all of her staff have been extremely patient, kind, and fast with their work. I had to get two fillings on one of my upper molars and it took less than 30 minutes to get them both done!! Dr.McBee also takes the time to check my bite and adjust anything on my tooth to make sure it’s correct before finishing. Everyone at the office is very friendly and communicative and will answer any question, or fear you may have. I also love getting my cleanings here because they are very thorough and I feel like I’m leaving with a new set of teeth

She didn't really want her teeth cleaned and x rayed so it took awhile of convincing. The whole time the staff and dentist were patient and easy going, once they got started it was over in almost no time they did a great job with both kids and even got myself scheduled as well. They office itself is top of the line on the inside and it's easy to find and get too from anywhere in Fairmont. Overall would recommend

The staff was very kind and competent and I received a lot of communication before the date of my appointment started. Dr. McBee even called me on Sunday evening, the day before my first appointment to ask me if I had any questions or concerns. My cleaning was very thorough and any areas of concern were discussed fully with me. I would definitely recommend her office to others.

Experiencia negativa: I had 2 fillings which I came back later for. It's been awhile now. I came here to make a review because the dentist drilled to deep on my tooth. I never had any pain even though I had a cavity. After my filling it hurts to even chew on that side, so that means I was drilled to the nerve. You can see they drilled to much on the side. The filling is still there and the whole wall of my tooth fell out. u can even see the tool marks on my tooth. I'm truly disappointed. I have a filling from age 6 and 12 and never had an issue. I have another filling at age 35 no issues.

I brought 3 of my kids in today, 2 of whom are on the autism spectrum (and the 3rd had to have 2 baby teeth pulled) for their very first dental appointments ever - ages: 6, 8, and 11. All 3 listed "going to the dentist!" happily as their favorite part of the day at bedtime. Oh, and as a special touch this momma really appreciated... Dr Jennifer McBee gave a call after hours to make sure my daughter, who had the teeth pulled, was doing well and not having any issues after the fact. This IS our new family dentist!!

Today she dug a hole in my gum looking for something that wad not there leaving me in pain. I fid not even tell her i hurt where she focused. Xray did not even show anything in my gum but she still insisted there was. I WILL NOT BE BACK OR EVER RECOMNEND AGAIN. IM DONE!!!! a very disatisfied customer who left hurting when nothing hurt when i got there

Experiencia negativa: I made an appointment for 1:30pm today August 5th and got in here at 1:22pm for them to tell me that my appointment wasnt until 3:30 pm and i know what tye lady told me when i made it!! So i told her i could come back at 3:30 pm and she kept telling me that it was okay she could get me in at 2:30pm!! I sit with my daughter in the waiting room from 2:28pm at the way until 3:14pm!! After i offered to come back at 3:30pm!! Ill definitely be finding a new dentist bc theres no reason to trll someone that they can be seen at 2:30 and not get seen until almost 3:30pm!! And keep calling people in that came in after us!! Its a ioke and i obviously will find someplace better
