Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars for Kaley. She was great and very informative and an excellent hygienist. Office so clean and inviting.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is extremely nice and understanding. Best experience I have had at a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent Doctors and staff!! They even followed up to see how I was doing.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very pleasant experience. The dentist and hygienist were very welcoming and professional. I’ve been coming for several years now and I always feel at home!

Experiencia fantástica: Professional office, personable staff! Overall they make the dental experience the best it can be since if I am being honest no one really likes going to the Dentist. Jordan is the best Hygenist and Dr. Fort is awesome. One of the best I have ever experienced!

Experiencia fantástica: Every appointment I have had is a great experience. Everyone is so friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, willing to explain and discuss. They listen and they don't talk down. Very good experience

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience every time I go. Everyone is very personable and kind.

Experiencia fantástica: Let’s start out by saying, I hate going to the dentist. My experience with Main Street was very good. Cody did a great job cleaning my teeth and explaining things to do better. The doc was very good at explaining my needs. Did I tell you I hate going to the dentist!!! My new go to dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a good visit with Cody .. she did a great job.. and with Dr Fort

Experiencia fantástica: I went in for a 6 month cleaning and the staff was amazing. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the doctor was very informative and attentive. I would absolutely recommend if anyone is looking for good dental services and a welcoming warm environment, this is the best place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a pleasant experience, fast and friendly.Kaley is great.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, great experience with the staff and Dr. Fort!

Experiencia fantástica: Great as always, friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is very clean & well taken care of. Everyone from the front desk, to hygienists, to the dentists are very professional, personable, polite & friendly. They are very concerned for their patients & go beyond the level of care that I have encountered at any other dentist. I would recommend to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Kaley my hygienist is very good at what she does. I have sensitive spots on my teeth and she always provides a desesitizing rinse prior to cleaning my teeth. Dr. Fort is an Aggie as is one of my sons so I was taken wirh him immediately. Both he and Dr. Schilling are very competent dentists and never push unnecessary procedures as others have.

Experiencia negativa: I want to share my experience with Whitesboro Dental because I was very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I contacted the office to get an estimate for repairing a tooth and clearly explained that I was waiting to receive my husband's dental insurance information before deciding whether to move forward. My understanding was that I would call the office myself when I was because I was very disappointed with how this situation was handled. I contacted the office to get an estimate for m Mrepairing a tooth and clearly explained that I was waiting to receive my husband's dental insurance information before deciding whether to move forward. My understanding was that I would call the office myself when I was ready to schedule an appointment. At no point did I believe I had actually scheduled one. To my surprise, I was later told that I had missed an appointment and would be charged a no-show fee. I found this extremely frustrating because, from my perspective, there was never a confirmed appointment. This appears to have been a communication failure on the office's part, yet I was the one expected to pay the price for it. Patients should never be penalized for misunderstandings that could have been avoided with clear communication and proper confirmation of an appointment. Before charging a no-show fee, an office should make certain that the patient knowingly agreed to the appointment. I hope Whitesboro Dental reviews its scheduling and communication procedures so that other patients do not experience the same confusion and unnecessary frustration. This version is more critical, but it avoids making claims you can't support and focuses on your experience and why you felt the no-show fee was unfair.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist Corie was on time, did a great job, and was very professional! Dr. schilling is a wonderful dentist! Checked my mouth and teeth thoroughly and I trust them with the care of my teeth! I would recommend them to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: They’re always so nice and welcoming! I always leave feeling confident in my teeth and that they feel clean!

Experiencia fantástica: I will be recommending DR FORT to everyone I know. I hate going to the dentist because most are so pushy, tell you how you’re feeling or should feel, and do not have good bedside manners. I called this morning for a broken tooth I needed pulled that was hurting. They were able to get me in same day. I have anxiety really bad, but they made me feel so comfortable. I have some teeth issues along with the tooth I needed pulled and not one time did they tell me how much more work I would need. I already know. He pulled my tooth and we scheduled a follow up. I wish I could remember the lady who was assisting because she was AMAZING too. I can’t wait to go back and I have never said that about a dentist. RUN don’t walk to this dental office!!! Best experience I have ever had in my life going to a dentist.

I have been struggling with TMJ discomfort and Dr. Fort was very thorough at addressing both my current and future needs. I really appreciate their compassion.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome visit. Friendly staff (Dr was also great). Comfortable cleaning, and honest. Don’t try to get more money from you (work you don’t need). They let you know what to look out for and what they see as a “possible problem” but also tell you how to fix it. Your problem if you don’t work on it. I always enjoy the visit. Work with you financially. Always enjoy the visits…

Experiencia fantástica: Visiting Main Street Dental Smiles is like visiting family in a good way. They call you by name and treat you like one of their own family members. Always a pleasant experience. Needed my upper plate fitted once again. Dr. Schilling took a special cast impression, sent the plate over to her other office and finished fitting the next morning. Just ate fried chicken and they fit and worked perfectly. Never accept second best, Dr. Schilling is the Best! It is always a pleasant experience to visit the office. He is an amazing doctor & his assistant Kassidy did a great job also. Thank you for making me comfortable with dental visits again!!

Experiencia fantástica: There is no other dental office I would use. I’ve been with Dr. Schilling, from Muenster to Sherman and now Whitesboro. Dr Ryan and hygienists are great.

Experiencia fantástica: Okay I didn’t catch names today but I have high anxiety going to the dentist but this team is AMAZING and I can not recommend them enough!!! They did not make fun of me for having anxiety and being almost 28 and they assured me I would be fine and talked to me and checked on me through my entire visit. The numbing I barely felt if any of the shots the roof is always horrible but it was way more bearable than any dentist I’ve ever been too. I love this staff a lot!!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and dentists are absolutely amazing. I was so nervous and then told I had to have 4 teeth removed three being wisdom teeth which I knew would happen. They got me in as quick as possible with the dental surgeon who comes to the office. I’m within my first 24 hours of having the teeth removed and I could not have been more pleased. This is only the first step in getting my mouth back in shape after having 3 back to back pregnancies destroy my teeth. If you are hesitant, if you hate the thought of going to the dentist or having work done, I urge you to come to Main Street Dental Smiles. In only a month my quality of life has changed dramatically.

Experiencia negativa: I absolutely loved coming here till I needed a tooth extracted. We (Dr. Fort and I) had been talking for months about extracting it and then was told I needed to see an oral surgeon. Okay no problem.. told me one comes there every so often.. okay again no problem.. I have yet to hear back from them about an appointment or an opening. It’s been over a week. I went out and found my own surgeon but the follow up from them is terrible. They are sweet people but very disappointed in this situation.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone were friendly and helpful. I didn’t have to wait long either. I really like the doctor and staff. I’m glad I found this dentist!
