River Dental Arts: Emily Zeisler, DDS

Experiencia fantástica: The best cleaning experience of my life.... and I'm old

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to River Dental Arts and Dr. Emily yesterday from a friend who knows dentistry. I called out of the blue and was granted an appointment right away based on the severity of my issue (wisdom tooth issues). What an absolutely AMAZING STAFF and experience! From the initial phone call for an emergency appointment that they fit in right away, to the very kind, considerate and legitimately caring handling of all aspects of my visit from EVERY care team member I met, they exceeded my expectations. I am referring them to my fiance and anyone else in need of a fairly priced (I don't have dental coverage), gentle and thoroughly professional dental team! They are the best and I am their newest client from here forward. My fiance is next in line to benefit from their expertise! If you need a dentist, don't tarry, give Dr. Emily Zeisler and River Dental Arts a Call! You won't regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a very good experience at this practice today. Dr. Emily and her staff are welcoming and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: The office is so incredibly warm and welcoming, least stressful dental experience possible!

Experiencia fantástica: My dental hygienist, Dana, did a great job making my teeth sparkle. She always has good suggestions of ways I can optimize my cleaning strategies at home. She even remembers that I need a pillow to be comfortable and also covet a new purple toothbrush in my goodie bag!

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly, informative, and on time! Deploy modern tools and equipment. Clean!

Experiencia fantástica: After breaking my front teeth from a terrible fall, Dr. Zeisler beautifully repaired my teeth and smile and I couldn’t be happier. I am so thankful for Dr.Zeisler and her commitment to perfection! The care I received was above and beyond and I would highly recommend Dr.Zeisler to everyone!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great care at River Dental. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: "Outstanding first experience! The staff made checking in a breeze, and the cleaning itself was top-notch. They were incredibly thorough, paying attention to every detail while remaining completely gentle and mindful of my comfort. I’ve definitely found my new regular dental office. Dr. Emily takes her time with you, explaining everything to you!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm usually very anxious when going to the dentist. River Dental Arts has helped me feel a lot more comfortable! Dr. Emily and Rosie are great!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Emily and her team are exceptional! All individuals were informative each step of the process. Care and compassion are evident in their approach to patient experience. Well done all!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit to this dentist and I was very pleased. They left me with a feeling of confidence that they w8ll take great care of my dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: The most comprehensive exam I’ve ever had. The office is so nice and friendly. Everyone is very easy to talk to and so pleasant. The hygienist was amazing and very helpful with certain tips for great dental health. Dr Zeisler is wonderful and you can tell how competent she is. Three family members now go there and we all share the same opinion of Dr Zeisler and this practice. Top notch. . I highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and efficient.

Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for a dentist for some time. Dr Emily was a referral from another retired dentist friend of mine. She and her staff were top notch. Very professional, friendly and thorough in their care. I didn't wait 30 mins in the waiting room like a lot of doctor offices as time is valuable. I would recommend if you are looking for a dentist, get in to see her.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Z and her staff are exceptional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to go. They are very good at their care and attention. The only thing is paying out of pocket, as they do not take our insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: We have really had a great start with River Dental Arts. My adult daughter has special needs and they were recommended by her pediatric dentist. From initially trying to figure out our dental insurance with Brittany to the amazing patience of Dana who cleaned her teeth and the professionalism of Dr Zeissler. They have been very accommodating to all of our needs!

Experiencia fantástica: As always the the staff of River Dental Arts provide excellent care, are professional and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Emily and her staff are wonderful. I'm a nervous dental patient and they put me at ease. And they take great care of my teeth. I really appreciate them.

Experiencia fantástica: Dana is the best hygienist who really listens and cares about not only my dental health but me overall. I get a thorough cleaning every time! She makes me feel at ease during each visit. Cherry on top wrote me a personal thank you card after my first visit and always has “treats” to give after each visit like toothbrushes and floss etc. I even request her to clean my kids teeth! Dr Emily is a great dentist who takes time to explain my dental health and give me the opportunity to ask questions during the after cleaning check up. She is super friendly, an expert at her job, and doesn’t push unnecessary treatment. 100% recommend this practice!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the River Dental Arts team!!! Sara and Nicole made me feel so comfortable during my appointment, cracking jokes with me! As someone who can get anxious during appointments, they helped distract my mind. Emily’s care, along with the others, is always so gentle and they always explain what’s going on/what they’re doing. Always a great experience!!

Experiencia fantástica: Visits on time, professional staff. From the time you enter the office your warmly received Love the staff & My EZ Dentist

Experiencia fantástica: Great, friendly people who make you feel comfortable and at ease. Prompt and punctual - my appointment was at 8:30am and I walked back to the chair at 8:25am. Friendly faces who take the time to explain what they're doing, ask questions, have conversations, and make it an easy visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Wouldn’t take my teeth anywhere else!

Experiencia fantástica: Always the same outstanding experience. Everyone is very professional and extremely nice. Thank you for being there.

Experiencia fantástica: Elite team at RDA! I trust them deeply and have always had a great experience. I’ve had general cleanings, cosmetic whiting custom trays, and restorative work on my front teeth. The entire team is highly skilled and professional. You can feel the effort and pride in perfection. Always makes for a pleasant visit! Dr. Emily is top tier!

Experiencia fantástica: Always such a positive experience here with Dr. Emily and my hygienist Anna. Feels like family even though it's every 6 months. I appreciate all they do!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They always give me a heads up when I need to have my next appointment. They’re very helpful at scheduling at my convenience as much as possible.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff and Dr. Emily are extremely polite, friendly and caring.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Emily and her entire staff are just wonderful. They are incredibly caring and attentive and, above all, committed to spending extra time and attention to give each patient the best possible care and experience. I would never go anywhere else in the Cleveland area.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Dr Zeisler dentistry! It had been an embarrassingly long time since I had been to a dentist - and without dental insurance the office worked out a very fair deal for me ( I called other dentistry’s in area for an idea on pricing ). Beyond the fair pricing - it was a great experience, There was no wait despite the office being very busy they got me going right on time for my appointment. Anna the dental tech was great! Again I was nervous and embarrassed how long it had been, I left with my teeth feeling amazing and appreciative of the work Anna did and all her advice. This will be my dental practice going forward. Legitimate 5 star experience. Thank you Anna and Dr Zeisler!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone seems happy to greet me, personally. I've never had such good care from a dental team that actually cares about the person. A treatment plan was put together quickly and they didn't waste time getting it started. During a longer visit, I was even given a protein shake so I didn't feel so hungry on my way home. I cannot recommend River Dental Arts more.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent! Myself and my four young kids go to River Dental. Dr. Emily and her staff are extremely thorough, thoughtful and accommodating. Everyone loves going to see her.

Experiencia fantástica: Every person at this office is incredibly friendly and warm and it was a lovely experience coming in for a deep cleaning! Dr. Emily, Dana, Rosie, Anna, Brittany, Rachel, Sara and Nicole; every last one of them is wonderful and I couldn’t recommend this office enough. You are in great hands no matter who sees you or what you’re in for.

Experiencia fantástica: 1st I have to say THANK YOU to everyone. I broke a tooth and they were able to get me in same day. Rachel was so understanding and helpful getting my insurance and my costs ahead of time. When I arrived the technicians were fantastic with helping me keep calm. Had me laughing. The dentist was super professional and explained everything easily for me. She also came up with additional options if I didn't want the fill. 10/10 highly recommended. I wish I could give them more stars

Experiencia fantástica: I truly enjoyed my two consecutive visits to this dental office. Staff members are very friendly and professional. They make you feel welcomed and very comfortable from the moment you walk in. It's an art form to make a person want to come back to the dental office and they are highly skilled dental artist. They go above and beyond expectations and I will recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental office. Based on my experience they accept Cigna insurance, but out of pocket pay might be higher than initially expected, so plan for that in advance. Either way it is worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. And, they do a great job.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zeisler and her team are the best! If you're a person who doesn't enjoy going to the dentist, give this team a shot. From the front desk, to the hygienists, they go out of their way to make you feel the most comfortable. Dr. Zeisler does an excellent job examining and explaining everything.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Dr. Zeisler by my periodontist after mentioning I wasn’t happy with my previous dentist—and I’m so glad I made the switch. Dr. Zeisler is skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable. What really stood out to me, though, is how well the entire team works together. They treat each other with genuine respect, and that positive atmosphere extends to their patients. They also do an excellent job of keeping you informed every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: A fantastic team with a great leader!

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t put into words how grateful I am for Dr. Emily and the entire staff at Rocky River Dental Arts. I was having issues with some teeth back in 2009 and didn’t know where to go. I asked my grandmother and she recommended Dr. Terry Hunt. When I first sat down I felt anxious and worried but Dr. Hunt explained everything and helped me feel relieved, comfortable and excited to get my teeth healthy. Dr. Hunt took me in like one of his own. He got to know me and looked out for me. He went over the importance of dental health. It took a few years but we got my teeth healthy and was no longer in pain and discomfort. I could write a book on how much Rocky River Dental Arts has shown me love, compassion and just how to look out for humanity. I miss him dearly. The second I met Dr. Emily I was shown the same care that Dr. Hunt showed me. I could go on forever about how amazing everyone is at Rocky River Dental Arts. I would never go anywhere else and am a patient for life. Thank you so much Dr. Emily for the best care and love.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff and Dr. Emily is fantastic! They make you feel comfortable and calm throughout the whole visit.....Very accommodating in terms of scheduling.....

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zeisler is a knowledgeable, professional, and highly skilled dentist. She has a gentle touch and a kind, easy-going manner, which puts patients at ease. Dr. Zeisler leads by example, as evidenced by her extraordinary staff. The dental assistants and hygienists are the best, and they reflect Dr. Zeisler’s skill, professionalism, and manner. The office staff is also outstanding. Smart, helpful and efficient, the office staff completes this excellent dental practice. No matter the concern, be it insurance, billing or appointments, the staff is always prepared and happy to meet the needs of patients. I have great confidence in the care I receive from Dr. Zeisler and her staff, and I feel fortunate that she is my dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate Dr. Zeisler’s and her entire staff. They are caring, thorough, up on technology, and fair.

Her practice is filled with state of the art dental equipment and Dr. Emily has a calming and friendly disposition. Thank you for making my dental experience great.

Experiencia fantástica: Always the best experience and the best care. River Dental Arts has done an awesome job helping me monitor, manage, and prevent dental issues including genetic gum recession, bite issues, and retained baby teeth. When I have seen specialists Dr Emily has contacted them personally to stay informed on my dental health. They really care about their patients!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Emily and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing and are so welcoming. They make you feel comfortable and informed about the care and procedures that you are receiving and they want to know you and remember you. I’m greeted by friendly faces and by a first name basis by all of the associates at the office and they make me feel so welcome.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, skilled and effective at fixing my tooth.

Experiencia fantástica: My denture repair was completed swiftly and successfully. Dr. Emily, Nicole, and the entire staff are beyond kind and caring… as well as super competent! I am beyond grateful.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: This office and Dr. Zeisler are THE BEST! I cracked a tooth last night. My regular dentist didn’t open until after I was supposed to start work, and I was in a lot of pain. I called River Dental Arts at 7:30 this morning and asked if there was any way they could see me before my shift started. They happily agreed. Dr. Zeisler was absolutely amazing! She filed my tooth down to alleviate the pain, personally called an endodontist on my behalf, and sent my x-rays over to them for my upcoming appointment. I’ve had extensive dental work over the years…braces and all…and I’ve never dealt with a dentist and dental office as awesome as this one! Even though this office is “out of network” for my dental insurance, I officially have a new dentist, and highly recommend River Dental Arts to anyone who wants to work with a caring and professional dentist who will go above and beyond for you!

Experiencia fantástica: The hygienist, Rosie, was so gentle but thorough. Dr. Zeisler is gentle , kind and thorough as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful friendly efficient staff. Everything was well explained and thorough. Thank you to the entire team!

Experiencia fantástica: This office is populated by some of the nicest people you'll ever want to probe around the inside of your mouth. Dr. Emily Zeisler takes a conservative approach to dental care. She will not perform lengthy and expensive procedures unless they are necessary. She is an excellent dentist. I was having some bad pain in a tooth today, called the office and was seen in less than an hour from my call. I have ever met. The whole staff at River Dental Arts is friendly and welcoming. It's like being at home.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve only been seeing Dr Zeisler for a few years but my dental issues are complicated and extensive and my rating speaks for itself. Also a few months ago an old crown came out on a weekend just before I was going out of town. Dr Zeisler came into the office on a Sunday and reseated the crown.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Zeisler is the best dentist I have ever had. Very skilled and knowledgeable, but just as importantly, she is very compassionate and kind. She takes the time to listen to my questions and answer them fully and patiently. I feel like she truly cares about any issues and is dedicated to solving/preventing new ones. She does a great job explaining what is going on each step of the way, which is very important to me. Her team is also great - skilled and the nicest group of people at any doctor I see. I highly recommend Dr. Zeisler and her team for all dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: We took our 5 and 6 year old boys to see Dr. Emily at River Dental today. It was truly the best experience. Our boys left asking how long until they can go back!

Experiencia fantástica: Liked the fact that there was a delay so instead of letting me wait in the office they called in advance so I could come later or reschedule. Nice to consider their patient's time is also valuable.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Emily and her entire staff are the most professional and friendliest ever!! Highly recommend this practice for all your dental needs.

Dr Emily was able to answer all my questions and is very, very competent. I just changed Dentists and I am very pleased with this new office and Dr. Emily. It's great to start a new year with all my teeth!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thorough, professional, friendly, and happy are words that come to mind thinking of the entire staff. I loved the detailed explanations when reviewing the x-rays and discussion of what may need to be done in the future. I've been to other dentists who create an urgency to proceed with additional work immediately. Dr. Zeisler's approach was focused on education, options, and the long-term. I feel confident being her patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental visit - new tech 360 X-ray and cleaning - staff very friendly - appreciate Dr Emily interest in health of my teeth long term and she is always friendly and makes you feel relaxed
