Very nice office space and our 9 year old said this was the best day of his life after his visit with Dr. Jared (which is super sad I know but they did give him a balloon and a goodie bag ‍♂️ ) They were awesome though and unlike the last dental experience we had where we continuously felt pressured to have more work done they kept this very simple and straightforward while looking at what actually made the most sense versus adding a bunch of fillings to baby teeth :/. Simple conclusion, I would highly recommend Smile Pediatrics, they were authentically awesome and great vibes all the way through.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional kids dental office and experience. When I tell you my kids RUN into the office, that's not a feeling, that's a fact. I can video record it. The staff is wonderful and Dr Danielson is incredible good with my kiddos. He talks WITH them, not AT them, which they hear much better and feel cared for, not lectured. Interestingly - my youngest had an extraction and when I tell you how amazingly flawless that experience was... I'm still not doing it justice. I was stunned to silence watching it happen, with awe. We never feel rushed, the office communications via text and email are perfect for my chaotic brain. We've never missed an appt thanks to their support!

My daughter was very anxious about her tooth getting pulled and Amber walked her through the whole process showing her all the instruments. She asked her if she had any questions and spoke directly to my daughter and not me to make sure she knew she was heard. Dr.D is great as usual and does a great job putting my daughter at ease and keeping her calm in a scary situation. The front office staff is always very kind and so helpful! Even though my daughter has had some bigger procedures she loves the dentist and it's all because of this office.

Experiencia fantástica: I am in awe of this place. The dentist office from heaven is what I just told my husband! Never in my life have I seen this combination of accommodating staff and office space; everything is sparkling clean and new, built-in TVs in the ceiling for the kiddos to look at, and the huge glass wall overlooking a field of grass and blue skies is the most soothing view I’ve ever experienced in any healthcare office. Most importantly, though, is the level of care and experience the staff displayed when dealing with my toddlers.. this was the most hands off I’ve ever gotten the pleasure of being in an office with my twins. I didn’t need to mediate or mitigate anything, they had those kids under control in the most caring and respectful way. The kids felt like they had gone to some place special, left with huge smiles (and balloons!) and will definitely be ecstatic about returning. I’m entirely impressed, 1000 stars from me!

From the initial phone call making the new patient appointment, to walking into the office and filling out paperwork, to having conversations about oral hygiene habits with the assistant as well as Dr. Danielson. My daughter did not love the exam part of the visit but Dr. Danielson did a thorough examination and took his time to explain his findings. Experiencia fantástica: I'll preface this by saying I have extreme dentist anxiety from my past personal experiences. This is our second experience with Dr. Danielson. Him and his entire staff are amazing. Dr Danielson has great energy. He was sensitive to my previous dentist trauma and spoke caringly to me as a parent and did not trigger my anxiety. He doesn't make you feel bad or guilty as a parent. He is professional, concise and explained everything so well there was little need for any questions. He is also so sweet to my children as with the entire staff. Holly was the one who cleaned my sons teeth and I cannot praise her enough. She was so sweet and patient with him. She really took the time to make him feel comfortable. We had gone to another office in Folsom (insurance reasons) and the difference in care is remarkable. At the other office it felt impersonal, rushed and my son was so uncomfortable he cried every time they went near him and they couldn't even clean or check his teeth. That is not the experience you will get at smile dental. There was absolutely no tears here! Holly made my son feel so relaxed and comfortable. She let him touch and feel every instrument she was to use on him and gave him options of how he wanted his teeth cleaned, and what toothpaste to use. The receptionist was also so sweet and accommodating. Their response time is amazing as well. You will always get a call or email back extremely fast. I remember calling once and did not leave a voicemail. After a few minutes I got a text back from them so you will never have trouble reaching them. Everyone there is always so happy to see the kids, which means so much. I am thankful we have this option for our kids. Not all pediatric dentists are the same and you're really get top tier care all around at smile.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is a young teen with sensory issues and anxiety. She usually hates going to the dentist because she is sensitive to certain flavors and products. Since her first appointment with Dr. Martin and his team today, she’s cried multiple (5 as of now) times because she’s never felt so respected by a dentist. After years of being made to feel like her problems are childish and she needs to just grow out of it, she finally feels like they see her as a real person.

Our dental hygienist was Hunter and she took great care of us, talked us through everything she was doing and made sure my son was comfortable. She allowed time for me to express my concerns. She was kind, compassionate, and very caring. Dr Danielson was the same way, they both cared about and were interested my son as a whole, not just his dental hygiene. The front office gals were wonderful as well, so happy and helpful. I cannot express what a relief it was to find this office. We can’t wait for our next visit!

We were told by our general dentist that this procedure would be best handled by a pediatric dentist and boy was he right! Dr. D was great. My daughter and I love the set up. They have iPads in the waiting room for play, a modern & fast x-ray machine for convenience and ceiling T.V.s above every dentist chair so my daughter can get her teeth cleaned in a pleasant/fun environment. She loves the friendly staff and I love that they have the latest technology and make sure my daughter has zero cavities! They always take the time to explain her teeth and preventative measures to keep a healthy mouth. I highly recommend them. :)
