It turned out to be a great experience. Shannon at the front desk was kind and flexible with scheduling, and Giselle, who assisted Dr. Vann, patiently answered all my questions. Every staff member was welcoming and supportive, which helped me feel at ease each visit. They’re a budget-friendly office that truly puts patients first. I highly recommend them and want to thank the whole team for going above and beyond!

Experiencia negativa: Old dentist who acted like he didn't give a hoot, hardly spoke to me other than to say I have missing teeth. Duh, really? Old worn place that needs updating, not very friendly nor professional.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place to go exceptional associates. Make you feel so comfortable. I'm afraid of dentists and thry made me so calm on my visit. Thank you affordable dental.

They are kind and caring they help you out anyway they can. The prices are very reasonable and they have great plans to help. Dr Ting is also so kind and good at his job. Experiencia fantástica: Went in the other day to get some fillings and Dr.Vann and Giselle were awesome! I told them both how nervous I was due to issues with previous dentists and they comforted me the entire time and made sure I was comfortable no matter what. The ladies up front are also super awesome and always spark up fun conversation while I’m waiting :)

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Vann and Giselle were terrific.. I definitely recommend them for any dental and denture work.. I made mistake of trying another dentist ( only because of timing) and was very disappointed in other Dentistry ...I went in for a extraction that I never got and they were making future appts for moldings and wax bites!!... Glad I came back home to Affordable !!! Definitely worth the wait...they did extraction on day 1 and instead of molding ( yuck) they did scanning ...Giselle kept me informed of what was to come and here I am 3 days into new uppers and I am very very happy with the results.. Thank you AFFORDABLE DENTAL and Merry Christmas

Experiencia fantástica: Georgia did my X-Rays today. She was very efficient and professional. The dentist checked my teeth and gums, I had no cavities, thank God! Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Affordable Dental, everyone was very nice! Thank you Shannon and Georgia! I also liked the fact that before the procedure they told me what my price would be if it was covered by my insurance and my out-of-pocket price. My dentist back east never did anything like that. Will recommend this practice to everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience today. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you. Especially to Shannon and Giselle great work ladies. K. Sloat

This office for my dental care made one thing so important to me...and that was they cared and showed professionally they can and will help. Great care form Clyde(the glide) to jennifer, gizille and the rest of that I want thank you all. See your for my follow up soon. Lastly they are affordable financially in so many ways. Second and final review: 5 stars on performance and comfort & Financially affordable. Front Desk Stephanie/Shannon to the Crew in the back thank you. A special thank you to Denist Vann. Until my follow up you all have an awesome day

Experiencia fantástica: Every one is very friendly and the dentist he is good I like him.

Experiencia fantástica: My 89 year old husband was the patient. He was very satisfied with all the care he received. He had been here about 10 years ago and said they don't try to rip you off. And the doctor explained things so he could understand them. Thanks ya'll. We appreciate it.

Experiencia fantástica: The entire staff is great! Friendly and helpful every time. Stephanie and Shannon are wonderful to deal with, helpful in person and on the phone

Experiencia fantástica: Very Professional and Organized. Special thanks to Giselle (Dental Assistant) and Dr Vann and Shannon (Clerk).

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Ting is the best dentist ever. Had a painless extraction and implant. He also polished a rough spot on another tooth. No charge Not rough anymore Shannon guided me through the payment options. I chose the one for 12 months with no interest. She spent about 20 minutes setting up my account on my phone. It would have taken me forever!!!

Experiencia negativa: I went in and had a conversation about not wanting work done that my insurance did not cover. I was told that my insurance was ran and that it covered the cost so we went through with treatment. I received a bill in the mail for my treatment because it in fact did not cover the cost. I kept getting letters with interest charges on this bill not being paid which was adding more to the price. I strictly made it clear to the staff that I was not wanting work done if it wasn’t covered. I refuse to pay a bill that I should have never received. This was in 2022/2023 I had Cigna dental

Experiencia fantástica: Hi, I am a patient at Affordable dental in Laughlin NV, I did make a request for commendation to Shannon W. (front office), for exceptional work at Affordable Dental. I have been a patient at the Laughlin office for at least 2 and a half years now, and Shannon W. is not only compassionate, but she is very knowledgeable regarding insurance issues. That woman makes a huge difference, and I have decided to stay with Affordable Dental, and her patience and kindness is a big part of my decision. My son will stay as well. I have witnessed her professionalism with other clients, and she is amazing with them as well. Shannon W. is an exemplary employee. The rest of the staff at Laughlin Affordable Dental are caring as well, I really like the current dentist, he shows that he cares and gives personalized care, which is so important. I do recommend the Laughlin NV office to friends and family.

Experiencia negativa: I will not recommend this place whatsoever. I needed my Crown to be recemented, they told me, I didn't needed an appointment. To just walk in and in between appointments they would take me in. The two front desk ladies were just talking to a previous patient for a very long time about non professional subjects. Needless to say they totally ignored my paperwork and had me waiting over 2 hours. I finally left the office. I will take my service elsewhere where the office personnel will be efficient, professional and with excellent work ethic. I will give this Affordable Dentist office a 0 rating. My son went there as well and the personnel inside the rooms were rude and insulted him with mean unprofessional (X-Ray technician and dentist who checked his mouth) comments of how he looked. These people do not have any professional manners. They definitely do not belong working with people. They did not have any Customer Service Skills. We had a horrible experience at this Dental Office.

Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding!!! After years and years of not wanting to go to the dentist, these people meet your every need. I highly recommend Affordable Dental to everyone in the Tri-state area. Thank you Gisselle, Stephanie, Clyde and Dr. Van.

Experiencia fantástica: Dental office got me in the very next day. Office staff was friendly and helpful. Clyde took his time telling each step they were doing. I was in and out quickly.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a patient at this Laughlin location. I am very very very afraid of Dentistry, it is just so archaic to me. When I say I'm afraid, my body has convulsions, I cry deep in my soul and tears roll down my face scared. Today I had all but 4 teeth removed, and immediate dentures put in. This is where you need to go if you are scared like me. Lucy was SO sweet and comforting. They are all awesome, but Lucy wins my <3 today

Then to the chair for a dental check-up. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything to me. Then I was able to get a cleaning. The assistant took excellent care of me. We both left the office saying that was the most pleasant dentist visit we ever had. I highly recommend this office.
