I sat in the dental chair for over 2 hours while the lady dentist went in and out of 3 rooms trying to take care of to many patients at once. Office workers were rude and not friendly. While in the chair I was ask to pay now before the dental work was done. The price went up 300 dollar more than I was quoted for a crown so I paid anyway feeling pressure to do so. I was told I paid in full. Two weeks later went back for permanent crown and was told I owe more money. I refused to pay so dentist quickly glued in crown in a hurry and I left Crown does not feel right

Dr. Lainey and Deja made me feel completely at ease during both cavity restorations and a crown — calm, kind, and clearly great at what they do. The front desk team deserves extra credit too: super friendly, organized, and actually on top of insurance (a huge change from years ago when I’d get bills forever later). Also price transparency beforehand ..... much appreciated. Amy did my deep cleaning and follow‑up with so much care and attention to detail that my teeth feel brand new. All around, this place just gets it right — skilled people, good energy, and zero stress. Totally recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I would NOT recommend this dentist’s office. I was told I needed a two-part “regular cleaning,” which I’ve never had elsewhere, and it was later billed under a different code than what I was told—leaving me with unexpected charges. When I called to ask about it, the front desk laughed at me. The office refused to take responsibility, saying the employee who originally provided the information no longer works there. I also had 1 filling done, which my new dentist let me know was poorly done. On top of that, I saw 2 dogs inside the office during visits without service vests, which didn’t seem sanitary for a healthcare setting (if they were legitimate service animals, I understand). Overall, very disappointed with the lack of transparency and professionalism. Take your money & teeth elsewhere!
