Experiencia fantástica: I've been in this office 3x in the last 2 weeks, and I've met and conversated with Hannah, Julia, Kinsley and Dr. Rolfe, and for someone like me with dentist office anxiety, this staff is truly a dream. Julia is at the front desk and is always so friendly when you check in, Kinsley goes over treatment plans with you and is super knowledgeable with any questions you may have, Hannah is the most incredible dental hygienist I've ever met who truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and at ease, and Dr. Rolfe was probably the most kind, soft spoken health care professional I have ever encountered. I would recommend this dentist office and staff to anyone who may be nervous about going to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is very nice. We needed specific sedation and treatment that is better suited with a pediatric dentist. Front desk was great, assistant was nice, dentist was a bit lacking in bedside manner and telling the child what she was doing before she touched a very painful area. Not everyone can be great all the time. I would feel comfortable as an adult going there but they are not well situated for peds patients.

They took all my info pver the phone so when I got there the process was super easy. Each person took the time to listen to me and made me feel cared for!

They told you everything they were going to do and also gave me something for my low blood sugar since I wasn't expecting to be there that long. But I needed a crown so now I get to go back in 2 weeks. Looking forward to it.

He listened to my concerns, took his time, and worked with me to address my issue. So happy to find a dentist that can include TMJ treatment in my care.

Experiencia negativa: I called told them what my dental was sent copies of all of my insurance card to their insurance person only to be informed of what my medical insurance was because she couldn’t take the time to notice that there was more than one attachment and had she had done so, she would have seen the dental. So I guess I’ll never know if the dentist are good or bad because the person that’s doing the insurance is more concerned with trying to make you feel stupid.

They continuously check in during appointments and always reassure me that if I’m in pain, need a break, or need anything at all, I can just let them know. Every single person I’ve interacted with has been so kind and compassionate, from the front desk staff to the team who handled my cleaning, filling, and crown procedure. I can’t recommend this office enough, they’ve completely changed the way I feel about going to the dentist!

I'm very fortunate to have found my new dentist! Well, it's been about 3 months since I've had my extractions. The conversations I with Dr. Herbert and her staff made the unexpected more relaxed and kept my mind open on what to expect. We did have a hiccup from the lab. My lowers were delayed. I was very disappointed, but my trust with Dr. Herbert and her staff had already be established. I already decided from the beginning that this will be my first, my last, and only place for all my dental needs. And Julia is the nicest person you will ever encounter. I hope no one gives her s hard time when I am there. Otherwise some furniture may be moving up I. Huure! I love this practice. And if the is anything that I could do for any of them, i'll do my best!

Experiencia negativa: I am a cancer patient in remission and I was referred to this office by my sister who is a dental assistant. They got approval from my insurance company for treatment did x-rays & came up with a dental plan. They wanted me back in the next day to start & I couldn’t take another day off in the same week. Then I was scheduled all the way to May “3 months” They called me & said I need to get approval from my cardiologist and I don’t have a cardiologist and or have I ever had a heart issue. 2 days later they called and said I needed to see a doctor and get my blood screening for vitamin deficiencies. What? 1st they should let a new patient “especially a cancer survivor in remission” know up front that we are booked out for 3 months. 2. I desperately need dental work because radiation destroyed my teeth & I could get an infection that could potentially kill me. I feel like they are getting paid for the x-rays, the visit and dental plan & because I couldn’t start the very next day they tossed me 3 months out to be seen. I was signed off by Dr. Ibraham oncologist @ Baptist Hospital for treatment and this is the treatment I received. The staff was friendly, but I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

They were great with working with me to make sure it looked exactly how I wanted, and in the end (which was a very quick process) it looked perfect!! Experiencia negativa: I love Dr Yee , but he sold his practice to a new couple , I was not told about this change until I arrived for a cleaning. The lady dentist wife of man dentist , came in and stuck a metal pick into my lower back two morals . She said I’m getting a lot of blood here . I’m not touching you until you see a gum doctor . I’m in terrible pain from her probing and her metal pick . I don’t recommend the new female dentist at this office . If I could give half of a star because I’m up all night in pain .

Told them about my traumatic experience with another Dentist and they where generously considerate and talked me through the whole procedure to calm my nerves. Excellent customer service skills! PLUS I was able to get a VERY AFFORDABLE payment plan with them so I could get rid of my infected tooth. Thank you Coastal Cosmetics for providing outstanding service to me!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about their patients!

Experiencia negativa: I am updating this review due to new management of this office .. this place was top notch when Dr Yee owned it. I went in for a cleaning recently and I was fired !! So to elaborate on that I went in for a standard cleaning and I have Gingivitis ...they always check for pocketing. Sharp needle like device they stick between your teeth and gums to measure for pockets.. Once done the girl starts telling me what i need to have done. i simply stated I dont do the deep cleanings any longer because they are pain .... and thats as far as I got. She jumped out of her chair and said we are done here, you are fired. What? you didnt even let me finish... so i gathered my things and left. While I have ginivitis i do take very good care of my teeth .. i brush, floss and use a waterpic multiple times per day. The deep cleanings are very painful and i dont have an issue with pain or bleeding gums so i decided not to do that anymore. If she was so concerned about the health of my teeth seems like she would have cleaned them. Nope she just did her assessment and sent me on my way when i tried to speak ... Anyway i received a letter of dismissal today. Dont worry folks .. i wasnt planning on coming back ! Dr Yee and the remainder of his staff are wonderful .. the new bunch .. not so much. 0 Stars Below is my review of this office from one year ago ... I have been looking for a new dentist for over 3 years ... i don't care for the chain dentists ... i like a good old fashioned dentist. I believe that is what i found here. Clean office, friendly staff and honest, open communication. I called for an appointment and was able to be seen in a reasonable amount of time. I need alot of work done and I feel that the quote i was given was very affordable and less than the chain dentists. They actually addressed my concerns rather than pushing an agenda ... i cannot tell you how much i appreciated that. I hope to have a long lasting relationship with Dr Yee and his staff

Everyone, starting with the front desk, to my hygienist, my dentist, and ending with the check out clerk. Very warm and welcoming environment. My hygentist and dentist explained everything that needs/will be done during my next two visits and made sure that I was comfortable with the plan. Hannah, my hygienist, is incredibly skilled and very knowledgable. She is also personable and very time efficient. Dr. Hébert is also great - she takes the time to be thorough not just with the dental exam but she also listens to me as a patient and explains any questions I have. Dr Hebert and Hannah asked about the experience and promised to take extra precautions to make my experience very comfortable. I loved my hygienist, Hannah. She was knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to explain everything she was doing before she did it and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding to the next step! Dr. Hebert gave me a detailed evaluation of the state of my teeth. She gave me several recommendations for future services to correct some issues I have been living with, and some cosmetic concerns I have as well. The visit wasn't rushed, and I had ample time to discuss any concerns/questions I had. I would recommend this dentist to any of my friends and family in a heartbeat!

They just want to get you in and out as quick as an oil change. Well that's not the case here. The staff was absolutely amazing. On top of that not only was the Dr great but he actually took the time to tell me what was going on and what my options were. I haven't had a dentist tell me my options in years it was just their way and that was it. Not only did he tell me what my options were but he told me the pros and cons to each one. I told him what my concerns were and he told me what options he would do if you were me. I can honestly tell you I left there feeling a lot better than when I walked in. I actually have a plan on what to do to make my teeth better. Soon I will be able to smile again and not feel self-conscious. I left there with a plan and I know what to do now. And the best thing is he can do all of it. He's not one of those dentists that just does one or two things and sends you to the next guy (or girl)(or they or them if that's what you're into)(really no judgement here ). They even took the time to send a few extra notes to my insurance. I really want everyone in that office to know that I appreciate them. And I also want everyone to know that if they're on the fence as to whether or not they want to go there I can't say enough good about them. Not only do I recommend them but I'm also looking forward to going back.

Experiencia fantástica: All the staff, from the front office, the hygienist, and Dr. Yee, were all so friendly and nice. My hygienist, Christine/Christina (can't remember which name for certain) was so wonderful during the whole process and kept me informed as she went along. Dr. Yee was very thorough with explaining treatment options and asked multiple times if I had any questions he could answer. Definitely give them a 10/10!

Experiencia fantástica: The location is convenient, staff is really friendly, and I got a wonderful cleaning done. Will definitely be returning for more cleanings. They stay pretty busy so I had to wait a few months for my appointment. So if you’re a first time patient, book in advance.
