MJ and Andre made the whole family excited and happy although we learned Andre is a sucker for food. The Dentist himself was very nice and professional and made sure my son was comfortable. All of the staff were very nice the lady at the front desk even made sure my youngest was happy and got to see the pugs even though he wasn’t being seen so sweet. We really look forward to going back for his teeth cleaning in 6mos

They have always been prompt and on schedule. Evelyn, the Dental Hygienist does a great job and is very patient and sweet! Then we have Dr Paul Weintraub, who clearly cares about and puts his patients care first! He is the best Dentist I have ever been to! And lastly-but certainly the best—we have the sweet Pups! They take all the anxiety and worry away! They can sense the fear and they go to work. Before you know it, you are calm and loving your visit!! Love my Dentist staff and will be a lifer!!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience from dental work to customer service. Went in for filling and left with extreme sensitivity. Paul didn't even offer to bring me in to examine my filling. He referred me to another dentist and I was told I would have to pay to have it corrected. This is one of the many issues I experienced there. If you get work done, get detailed outlines and receipts. For reference, this is the first negative review I have ever left for a business. When your works costs me thousands of dollars to fix, that's a huge issue for me.

Sheryl explained the cost in detail to make sure I understood exactly what insurance is covering and what my out of pocket cost will be. My kids go here as well and always have a great experience.

I also absolutely loved the pugs they have as emotional support animals they have awesome TVs and a variety of movies to watch while they work on you, the music they played there was awesome, and it was hard not to sing while they were working on me it was very clean and also I liked doing the new patient paperwork on the tablet they gave me instead of a paper copy because I can see the words better and it helps with my dyslexia, I felt like I could take my time more on the paperwork than the paper copy cause when I think paperwork, I think test automatically lol and then I get anxiety, start misspelling words and checking wrong things but this environment was amazing, relaxing, and I'm happy to be coming back!

I was taken back early and received excellent service from Dr. Weintraub and the young woman that did the cleaning. I wish I could recall her name, but she was very thorough and put me at ease. The setting, the people, the service, the feeling of a quality clean in my mouth many hours after leaving and writing this. Doctor Paul is S class when it comes to how I would rate a dentist. Also fill out all your forms online when they send them. Having everything ready to go is vital to the quality of a visit because I just walked in and they pulled me back within 3 or so minutes was also a *chefs kiss* While I'm here: there are these two office pugs named Andre and MJ and if you don't have a problem with dogs then let me tell you about how wonderful it is to get your teeth cleaned while petting a pug. ABSOLUTELY BONKERS I TELL YOU. That, AS WELL AS, they straight up let you watch Netflix while they work on you. I'm serious, it's a TV right above your head so you just look up and there's really something to whenever they hit a sensitive spot and you're distracted. Simply put, 10/10, I'll be back for my checkup in August.

Experiencia positiva: Had a tooth extraction from an old root canal I had as a kid that I never capped. I was pretty nervous but it only took the dentist less then 15 minutes to do everything and he was very smooth the whole time (very good hands) I felt almost no pain even afterwards! The receptionist and assistants are pretty mid and kinda outta pocket sometimes but overall a good choice

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately did not have a good experience, was looking forward to trying them this morning for my appointment since reviews looked good.y appointment was at 830 but they instructed me to arrive 15 to 30 minutes early for my first new patient visit. I walked into the office roughly 809 and waited over 10 minutes for anyone to great me. You could hear people in the back talking but no one came up front. Finally they noticed me, made a sly comment about we don’t have an 8 am appointment. I said I’m aware I have an 830 and was instructed to be early. By this point the receptionist finally got into work for the day and walked over and started checking me in instead of the dental tech. She asked me if I did my online paperwork and I said yes ma’am, she could not find it and said I didn’t do it. After a bit she did find it. We agreed at appointment set up that my prior dentist would send over X-rays as they were recent and I didn’t not want to pay for new X-rays and they said that would work great. My prior dentist did send them, even a week before my appointment I called and talked to a guy and he said he would check to make sure they got them and call me back if any issues arose. Well this morning she was calling people asking how to find the X-rays and after a few said they never got them and I would have to do them again today. I said no ma’am I confirmed this twice and checked with my prior dentist and they were sent. At this point now I’m frustrated that they were completely unprepared for my appointment between missing X-rays, not finding my paperwork and being open at 8 but no one in front receptionist area. She was looking at me with that deer in a headlight look instead of trying to work out a solution for everyone. This is the first time I just had to get my things and walk out of my appointment. I hope the management here will start training their team and know the important of someone being present when you walk into a building.

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable & on top of their game. The office is new and very clean. I didn't have to wait six months for an appointment. The dentist (honest Paul) really was honest. He quoted me less work and for way less money than the last guy. I am happy with the quality of his work. Impressive professionalism and five stars all around!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in today (6/23) at 12 for a wisdom tooth extraction and was out the door by 1:15. Paid out pocket no insurance and the cost was under 300$!!!! The whole staff was very kind.
