Experiencia fantástica: My daughters had their first appointment with this office. I should've made this review day of since I cannot remember the names of the women that did exam and cleaning. BUT THEY WERE GREAT! Have 10 and 6 yr old daughters and they were so comfortable and at ease the entire time. Assistants and Dentist were super nice and explained everything so simply. Took us awhile to get in there but im so glad we did.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had a great experience each time we've taken our 2-year-old daughter here. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and makes her feel comfortable. Our daughter was anxious about her last appointment but was completely fine during the exam thanks to the staff's friendliness. She loves getting a little rubber ducky after each visit :)

Dr. Tello really listens to my concerns and tries her best to accommodate the things that are important to my family. It was difficult to get into them at first but was well worth the wait! The staff is always so friendly my kids love this place! Wouldn't go to any other pediatric dentist in town! Hands down the best!

Dr. Tello took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is always clean and organized. We are very appreciative of all the ladies at this office. Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: The front office at Little Lakeside Smiles is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. They kept insisting I owed my son’s annual deductible every visit, even after I showed them it was already paid. Then they called demanding another $25, even though I told them I wasn’t paying anything until I confirmed with insurance because they were clearly double-charging me. Kenzie then threatened to cancel my other child’s appointment if I didn’t pay the $25 on the spot. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. The dentist may be pleasant at first, but the minute you question her treatment plan, the attitude changes fast. She insisted it was “required” for my daughter to have nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for a small filling, even though she was already planning to numb her with a shot. My daughter didn’t want it, and instead of respecting that, they pushed it as mandatory. She also criticized me for taking my son to the only pediatric endodontist in the DFW area for his root canal, saying I “went against her treatment plan” because it wasn’t all done under anesthesia at once. That wasn’t even an option. Between the constant billing issues, the disrespectful front office, and being pressured into unnecessary treatment, this place has been a complete headache. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I took both my boys (8 years old and 1 year old ) today for new patient visits and every staff member was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I see why the wait list for an appointment was so booked to get in. But definitely worth the wait. I am looking forward to continuing my child's care at little lakeside smiles. They took the stress out of the visit from the moment you walk in the door, with the little play area in the waiting room for the littles , to the infant exam room with seating and toys , to the tv on the ceiling during exams with a movie selection to choose from, the prize selection at the end of the visit , one nurse even made a balloon sword for my oldest son. The place was very clean and organized. I can not recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: We loved this place!! After having some not so good experiences for my 2 year olds dental, it was such a new refreshing environment. They don’t make them sit in a big scary chair until they’re three and really sit down and talk to you about what they expect from him and his teeth @ this age etc. While previously he was crying and whining as soon as he walked into the dentist office. The vibes immediately from this place made him feel good, and that to me as a mom was a big win! We both left with big ole smiles

My kids feel comfortable there and so do I. The staff really takes a personal interest in all the kiddos and I feel especially grateful that they take personal interest in mine. They do not rush they make sure that everybody feels safe and let them know what is going to be done next not only to the parent to the child as well. I’ve been going to them for a while now and unfortunately I won’t be able to go to Ashley anymore because I turn 18 soon but her and her team have taken good care of me throughout these years. I read reviews and immediately made an appointment with this practice- of course it was scheduled further out since they are booking fast and we just finished our appts this week and the entire staff team is PHENOMENAL!! The assistants and Dr. Tello made sure my girls were comfortable, happy and safe. They explained everything in full detail and made sure I was comfortable with everything before even starting! We are so so grateful for this team and the new light they shed on coming to the dentist! My girls even after getting some work done absolutely love it, which most can’t say. Everyone went above and beyond to make this a positive experience for her. Everything they could do to make things easier for her, they did. They were all friendly and encouraging. Not once were we made to feel as though we were a nuisance or that she was too hard to deal with. If you are on the fence about of you should give them a call… just do it. You will not regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Tello, along with her entire staff, is AMAZING. My daughter hates all "doctor" appointments but she looks forward to going to the dentist. From the time we step foot in the doors we are both treated with exceptional care. The office environment is very calm, which really helped my daughter calm her nerves at her first appointment. Another big thing is that they don't push anything on us. They do an amazing job with the kids to get what they need, but they also realize they are working with children. If my daughter is not cooperating after a couple attempts, it has never been a problem. They work with what she is comfortable with and at the next appointment they get more cooperation and more of what they need on their end. Granbury has needed a good pediatric dentist for a while. I feel fortunate that Doctor Tello chose Granbury! We will choose her again and again!

At other dental offices, my son has had some very difficult dental visits where they could not complete a cleaning or get x-rays. The staff at Little Lakeside Smiles created a relaxed atmosphere and made my son's experience forgettable (which is a good thing - I would rather him think nothing of the dentist then to remember a dentist that created trauma). He raved on the way home that the dentist was very kind. Kudos to you and your staff!

They got us in, made my two year old Annabelle feel so loved and special! Got a referral done and the place called me literally 5 mins after they got it same day today! I would recommend them 100%! Experiencia fantástica: I took my two kids for their first dental appointments today. They're 3, and 14 months. The staff was very friendly and great with kids. I had my paperwork filled out in advance (got from their website), so it was super quick to get back for the appointment. My 3 year old had no trouble letting them take Xrays and the cleaning and fluoride were quick and gentle. My 14 month old got to lay on my lap for her exam and did great, too. I've been putting off the dentist for my kids because I didn't have the best experience as a kid, but this was a wonderful dental experience for us all.

Experiencia fantástica: ALL of the staff we encountered at Little Lakeside Smiles were the absolute best. Everyone was incredibly nice, and genuine. My 2 kiddos talked about how much they loved going here after we left and said it was the best day!! The facilities were cute and clean, and the little mini door by the front door is adorable. The kids noticed it first thing. At the end of the xrays, cleaning, and examine, both the kids were still so comfortable and never had any negative reactions to anything. For a 4 and 6 year old, that’s pretty amazing for a dentist visit. And for the cherry on top, the dentist and her assistant both made the kids a balloon animal. I mean, the extra things like that aren’t necessary, but MY KIDS LITERALLY FELL IN LOVE with these ladies. 100% would recommend!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing! I took my 3 and 4 year olds here and I highly recommend it if you have littles. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and gentle. The dental assistant that cleaned my 3 year old’s teeth got down on the floor and played with her beforehand. They explained each instrument and let the kids touch it before they used it, and had fun names for them (“baby mirror” “Elsa’s frozen wind” for the air, etc). TVs in the ceiling, sunglasses to keep toothpaste off their eyes. At the end the kids got to pick a balloon animal and a prize. The dentist explained to me clearly what she was seeing and made recommendations.My kids didn’t want to leave!

Experiencia fantástica: My 15 month old had his first appointment! I LOVED the fact that there was a little nook to take him to play, so I could fill out paperwork. The staff was very welcoming and my son had an amazing experience! Loads of smiles. We got right in and everything went pretty quick, which is a huge plus with a toddler.
