Experiencia fantástica: Your team is amazing! From Elk Avenue times to present, I am grateful to have the security of your professionalism and care always.

Experiencia fantástica: I chipped my tooth on Friday and they were able to get me in on Monday morning to repair it. Thanks to Dr Jessica it looks good as new!

Experiencia fantástica: I loved it they are very nice and it never hurts don't be afraid to come

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Jessica and the staff at Crested Butte dental are AMAZING. Kind, gentle, caring and very professional service.

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice. Made my littles comfortable and happy which is exactly what I was looking for!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic dentist! Ultra clean. Up to date tools and technology. Very personable staff. They can make the crowns on site saving so much time and frustration not having to deal with a temporary or extra appts later

Experiencia fantástica: Great care and speedy service

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ryan was great. Funny and easy to talk to. Very smooth experience

Experiencia fantástica: I broke a molar on my birthday over a holiday weekend after not listening to CB Dental about the tooth’s state of needing repair. I texted the practice for an appointment ASAP. I was contacted on the holiday and scheduled for the next day. My tooth has a beautiful crown on it and no more pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Admin staff are the best! Thank you Sydney, Sheila, and Tiffany!

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental office! The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. State of the art facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly Staff. Awesome Tunes!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff here are so nice and accommodating. I get the feeling that they genuinely enjoy working here and help/respect each other. The accommodations for nervous patients are wonderful. I would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I appreciate how state of the art CB Dental is. The new technology they use is so gentle. I have had positive experiences with the dentist and orthodontist crew. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Really like CB South Dental. They a so friendly, attentive, and Dr. Dave takes his time to explain things to you and answer all your questions. I’ve never felt rushed here. Also they have great dental plans for people like me without insurance making dental work affordable and convenient.

Experiencia fantástica: I usually hate medical appointments because they tend to feel cold and transactional, but this office felt more relaxed. The assistant remembered I was preparing for my wedding and tried adjusting my schedule around dress fitting appointments. My Invisalign trays arrived later than expected, which was frustrating, but the staff communicated updates regularly instead of disappearing. Teeth are moving exactly the way they predicted during my consultation.

Experiencia fantástica: CB Dental provides fantastic dental care right here in Crested Butte. The staff treats you like family, and the level of personalized attention is unmatched. They are honest, skilled, and always make sure you are comfortable during treatments. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my dental health!

Experiencia fantástica: We love CB Dental! The staff is excellent at their work and always friendly. My kids are huge fans of Dr. Chelsea and Lindsay... they take amazing care of them every visit. The office is a great design, comfortable and super clean. We highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: Crested Butte Dental is clean, professional, high quality services. My whole family goes there and we are very happy with our dental and orthodontics services.

Experiencia fantástica: Easy to schedule, very kind the whole way through, and the main painless fillings I’ve ever had. They are very clear and give plenty of information for your understanding about what to expect, comparisons, and outcomes, for both during the procedures and the time afterwards.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOVE CB Dental! First, shout out to my hygienist Becky! My new year’s resolution is always “make Becky proud.” All the dentists are gentle and kind! The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. All in all, each visit is a great experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been on Earth long enough to have gone through a myriad of dentists in several communities. Since my first interaction with the Stangls soon after their arrival in Crested Butte years go until now, I have nothing but praise for this practice. Their team continues to grow, however I have yet to encounter a dentist, hygienists, or front-office person that was not first rate. I only live in Gunnison County part of the year, but would never consider any other practice to handle my preventative care.

Experiencia fantástica: Every time I come in, I’m greeted by such a friendly and welcoming team. The techs and dentist are incredibly kind, and it truly feels like they care about you as a person. They always remember me and make the whole experience feel comfortable and personal, which is rare these days. I never feel rushed, and they take the time to explain everything and make sure I’m at ease. Highly recommend to anyone in the Crested Butte area looking for a dentist who is both professional and genuinely caring!

Experiencia positiva: The CB Dental team is full of professional and kind people. Becky is our family's favorite hygienist! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Super kind and friendly atmosphere! Very modern with happy experienced staff! Best dentist in town hand down

Experiencia fantástica: Cb dental in Crested Butte South is awesome! The staff is professional and kind and Becky is the best dental hygienist I have worked with. She explains the process and asks questions while not overwhelming me. The office is clean and well taken care of and operates smoothly and is considerate of my time.

Experiencia fantástica: My teeth have never looked or felt better! CB Dental addressed problem areas with exceptional care and professionalism, all while using the latest technology. The entire experience was smooth, comfortable, and confidence-boosting. 10/10 — highly recommend! ✨

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are the best. My cleanings are always amazing and for the last few months I’ve been doing aligners and they have been so patient with me getting my teeth where I’d like them to be. Always flexible with scheduling and getting me in last minute! Can’t say enough good things about this team!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, this will likely be our last visit. While the dentists and hygienists have been good, the overall experience—especially with billing and scheduling—has been extremely frustrating. Being asked to pay prior to receiving an explanation of benefits is not acceptable. I fully understand that some treatments may not be covered, but if insurance denies a claim, it should still apply toward my deductible. I always pay promptly once I’ve reviewed my bill alongside the EOB. I was especially disappointed by a recent call from Sheila in the office. The tone was unprofessional and inappropriate—raising her voice, pressuring immediate payment, and making comments such as, “Your husband always pays right away” and “You always ask questions, just pay.” Asking questions about a bill is absolutely my right, and I have always done so respectfully. Additionally, during my son’s last visit, he was finally scheduled to see a hygienist—only after I insisted. Prior to that, he was consistently seen by assistants with the alternative being to wait months for proper care. On top of that, we see a different dentist nearly every visit. For a young child, consistency and a positive, supportive experience are extremely important. Scheduling has also been a major issue. In order to get a routine 6-month cleaning on time, I am expected to book nearly a year in advance; otherwise, availability is pushed out 8 months or more. At the same time, patients are encouraged to refer others, despite the office already struggling to accommodate existing patients in a timely manner. We are looking for a practice that values transparency, professionalism, reasonable scheduling, and continuity of care. Take care. Nathalie

Experiencia fantástica: I went for my initial visit at CB Dental today and was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, from check in to check out. My assistant, Rachel, was very good and she explained what to expect throughout my time with her. Dr Ryan Thibodaux was excellent, from explaining my imaging results to discussing future treatments. Everyone was very personable and helpful. Overall, it is a top notch place to get dental work.

Experiencia negativa: I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding my experiences with Crested Butte Dental, especially as someone who has been coming since the days when the practice was located on Elk Avenue in Crested Butte. While I truly appreciated the personal touch and care in those earlier years, I’ve noticed that as the practice has grown, the sense of genuine concern for patients seems to have diminished. One recurring issue has been with the billing process. I’ve been charged in advance of insurance payments, and in cases where insurance has paid more than expected, the excess funds are kept for up to six months without any notification. What’s even more frustrating is that the refund is only processed after my next visit, apparently to ensure the practice isn’t at any disadvantage. This policy doesn’t take into account that I might have actually needed that extra $450.00 during those months. Scheduling has also become increasingly difficult. Even when I schedule my next cleaning six months ahead of time, my appointment has been moved to the next day just a week before, without anyone checking if I can actually make the new date. And if the rescheduled time doesn’t work, I’m told the next available slot is another six months out! Another concern is the threatening tone of the text messages sent out, stating that patients will not be treated if they cannot pay their balance in full on the day of the appointment. This approach feels harsh and doesn’t align with the compassionate care that patients have come to expect. I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention in hopes that improvements can be made. Patients value trust and reliability, and I believe addressing these issues would go a long way in restoring the excellent reputation the practice once had.

Experiencia fantástica: We have had the best experience. Great customer service. The best dental office in the Valley! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience and highly recommend. Professional and friendly local business that is knowledgeable and trustworthy. Memberships cater to a variety of budgets, and they are easy to work with. Has been and will remain our go-to for dentistry; great investment our family.

Experiencia fantástica: Always friendly and my teeth feel so good when i leave!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love getting my teeth checked by them! Always the most friendly people!

Experiencia fantástica: We feel incredibly fortunate to have such a high level of care in a small town. The expertise, attention to detail, and modern equipment truly rival what you’d expect in a major city. Our entire family has had a great experience, and we couldn’t recommend them more.

Experiencia fantástica: Did I go to the dentist or a day spa? I was very impressed by the whole experience.

Experiencia negativa: They have fancy equipment but they are predators about money! I’ve had a lifetime of dental trauma and they are adding to it. I have had good experiences with Dr Dave but then Dr. Chelsea was super rude and short with me for absolutely no reason while I was in her chair. I used to like this office but I do not recommend them anymore.

Experiencia fantástica: So much cutting edge knowledge and technology. Combine that with pleasant people and my teeth are very happy

Experiencia fantástica: So grateful Dr Parry and her staff. Everything was seamless and painless.

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist was so kind, the appointment went really well. So welcoming when you walk in and I LOVE the decor! 10 out of 10 for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: By far one of the best dental experiences if not the best after two excruciating days of pain and an ER visit at Gunnison with a very rude doctor. and a morning of calling around dentist shops for availability had an abscessed tooth and was an excruciating pain after calling a number of places in Gunnison and unfortunately being told it was a week to two weeks out for an abscessed tooth. I went ahead and called TBS South dental amazingly so they were able to fit me in same day. Take x-rays and pull the abscess tooth that was causing me excruciating pain. I am by far hands-down, extremely grateful for the staff and team there and how professional they handled the matter as gonna send ER and gonna send dental department in town do not seem to understand the urgency of an abscess tooth hands-down, I will not be seeing anyone else other than this location from here on out I give them five stars excellent customer service and just the humanity of knowing how painful something of that nature is again. I want to take this time to thank everyone there and the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in with jaw pain and the dentist that I saw was very helpful. He explained everything he was doing, sent us an email so that we could have his findings in writing, and gave me strategies and ways to help with the pain. They were all very kind and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are all wonderful kind and friendly. We are always impressed with the tech and expertise in the office.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Dave and his staff did a great job! They saw and treated me the same day. They explained everything and took care of my issues. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation.

Experiencia fantástica: State of the art dental office. You’ll be in good hands. Great place for veterans. Thanks guys.

Experiencia fantástica: Especially friendly, professional and caring service beginning when you walk in until you leave. 1st class throughout. My wife and I are both very appreciative patients with Crested Butte Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Great team. Mandy is an excellent dental hygienist, Willie is a G and Dr. Jessica is a great doc. My teeth feel great. Thanks all

Experiencia fantástica: I always have a good experience at CB Dental! Friendly staff; calm & welcoming office, great hygienists & dentists!

Experiencia fantástica: They seem the most modern and professional of the 3 dentists I’ve tried in the valley. Teeth are expensive but I trust CB dental.

Experiencia negativa: I was on vacation and my crown fell off. My dentist arranged for me to be seen here and while the staff was friendly enough, the hygenist (I think, she wasn't a dentist) put the crown back on, incorrectly. When I got back to town my dentist verified the crown was not placed correctly. Now I need to get it completely replaced and I've had pain for months. I asked for a dentist to look at this as she was doing it but he passed by and didn't really take a serious look. This mistake is going to cost me hundreds of dollars. Post-Response: I don't live in CB and the only way to 'fix' it is to drill it out and get a new one. I'm not sure what remedy would be appropriate here but it is worth noting for others that I was frustrated that a Dentist couldn't place my crown and it was placed incorrectly.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing crew at Crested Butte Dental! So wonderful to have a local dentist who provides exceptional care for our family.

Experiencia fantástica: My family and I have always had excellent, top notch care here. Everyone is very sensitive to our personal needs and make sure we are as comfortable as we can be while having our dental work done. The staff is friendly and the new office is amazing!

Experiencia fantástica: The most thorough dentist office I’ve ever been to—more so than any I had when living in Denver, NYC, or Arizona. The hygienists, staff, and dentists are incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely caring!! I feel so lucky to have such a great team here in our CB community!

Experiencia fantástica: We are so happy with Crested Butte Dental. I would recommend them to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a strong believer in regular dental care. The mouth is a window to the health of your body! I’ve seen many dentists over the years and have NEVER had such a comprehensive dental exam. No rushing about, time spent answering questions - so different from recent offices I have visited. Thank you for building a great team!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing service and the nicest people and facilities I could have wished for. I was an emergency and they got me in and sorted (pulled tooth - thanks for asking) in a very quick and efficient manner. Highly recommended

They were on time, their estimates were communicated ahead of time, splendid communication and clean modern facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent experience, as usual. My tech was delightful. I could tell she was legitimately excited about educating me on dental health, as well as being beyond patient with me while reviewing my dental history. The doctor was a consummate professional and I knew I was in good hands. This office always has the most comfortable and modern amenities, so much so that I find myself falling asleep in the chair.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at CB Dental was great. Would highly recommend. Thank you. Wendy Kelsey

Experiencia fantástica: Came in for an emergency tooth removal, they worked with me as far as getting it done within the same day. Everyone was super friendly and encouraging, would highly recommend them for any dental needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Was able to text the doctor on Sunday night and was able to be helped first thing in the Monday morning. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very kind staff and are great at explaining things and made me feel very comfortable.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been using a dentist in Montrose for the last 30+ years and decided to try CB Dental and Dr. Stangl for crowns. Their new office is clean and efficient. Dr. Stangl and Staff are patient and truly care about your safety and comfort. Check out the aspen branches and kids’ personal drawings behind the front reception desk!

Experiencia fantástica: I really appreciate that they make time to actually talk to the kids and explain what’s going on and not just to the parents!
