Experiencia negativa: While getting an appointment was easy. Which was much appreciated. I thought the price was on the high side. Was a nice clean place with new equipment. The reason I would not go back or suggest thus place was actually the doctor. Felt put down for not having good teeth. In the middle of a double extraction he had a tantrum because of my tongue placement and gagging due to a gauze 4x4 being placed in my mouth. On top of that I was told that I could never wear any dentures. Little do the know I already have a bottom and top partial. In short Dr. Clemenza has poor chairside manor.

Dr. Clemenza is an amazing oral maxillofacial surgeon and I have had amazing results and have exceeded my expectations! I only had pain for 4 days after surgery and after that absolutely no pain! The staff in the office are so professional and make you feel like part of the office family...I love getting to see them and updating them on life. If you are looking to get "all on fours" or any oral maxillofacial surgery...please don't go with companies that have commercials on TV. The best doctors/surgeons are the ones you hear about by word of mouth.

Highly recommend Visit #7 final visit. Surgery to open up the implant to get it ready for the final tooth. Took me in immediately upon arriving, had the surgery and was out of the office in 20 minutes. Immensely professional, kind. Could not give any higher recommendations to Dr John Clemenza and his incredible staff.

Experiencia negativa: I just got a bill in the mail for this place-- which I do not owe. It reminded me to write a review, thank you. I went here when I had a life threatening infection in my tooth and was told I needed it pulled ASAP. I had to arrive in a wheelchair, because I have several health issues. I have specific instructions from my other doctors on what to do in certain situations, including fainting. I carry smelling salts and ice packs, as well as go in a wheelchair on the days that I am sick. They were rude and not empathetic from the start, but I can deal with that-- some people are just like that. No big deal. I got in the room, he made me pay in ADVANCE-- pretty sure because it's all they care about is money and incase I fell over and fainted, they wanted to make sure they had my money. After that, he took my blood pressure and determined it was too high to pull the tooth. I explained to him that I had just been to my doctor and the hospital and they told me I NEEDED TO GET THE TOOTH PULLED to stop the infection since the antibiotics I was on were not stopping the infection. He refused unless I could "bring my blood pressure down." In the meantime, he told me to go get a panoramic xray, so he could charge me more money I'm sure. I got up because they wanted me to walk-- can't use a wheelchair to get the xray (what to people who can't get up from their wheelchairs do?) and started to faint. Pulled my smelling salts from my pocket and the front desk lady/his assistant-- snatched and grabbed them right from my hand and say WE DONT USE THESE HERE. She TOOK THEM. She told me it's THEIR policy to use ice packs if I faint. Well, it's MY POLICY to listen to my actual medical doctor, not some rude receptionist who didn't even know or understand what my medical conditoin was. She had NO RIGHT to take them, NO RIGHT to tell me how to treat my own condition, and no right to grab me and insist I walk and leave my wheelchair. I'm used to this kind of treatment, but she was an extra special kind of rude.If you work in healthCARE it might help to CARE about sick people. They acted like my life threatening infection and illness was annoying them and they couldn't get me out of there quick enough-- but they made sure they got money for NOTHING. 300.00 to snap at me, take my smelling salt and take my blood pressure. I hope you can sleep at night making that much money and doing NOTHING FOR IT. 10 minutes for 300.00 of nothing, which was one weeks wage for me. I understand that it's his policy to be on the "safe side" but I went immediately somewhere else and they pulled it. My blood pressure came immediately down because the pain and infection stopped. Five months later (last week) I got an additional bill in the mail for 50.00 more??? For what LOL This office is greedy, rude and ridiculous. You obviously missed an extra class in how to treat people among all your credentials.

I came in for a consult and immediately received medically necessary treatment for an abscessed tooth that had become infected and swollen my neck up to 3 sizes larger than normal.
