Experiencia fantástica: My husband is a resident of Good Shepherd Nursing Home. When Dr. Nickoles "retired" from private practice in Wheeling we asked about a referral. We were told Taylor Family Dentistry. Our regular hygienist, Jaime, was also going to work there, so it seemed right. His appointment was 10/29 and we were transported by van. He is in a larger wheelchair and we had no problem centering the building and getting into the treatment area. Jaime did a wonderful cleaning and working with Steve in his wheelchair, and Dr. Fox gave Steve a thumbs up. His next appointment is made and so is my first one with Taylor Dentistry. A fine experience!

Experiencia negativa: Taylor Family Dentistry has a modern updated practice. Enough to impress me. The photos they took immediately appeared on a monitor. They are super friendly. Caring? not so much. As a common courtesy they refused to reattach a veneer ,even if I had the veneer with me. I was told NO! They wanted to sell me the whole procedure at a cost of $1,600.00. AI post that veneers should run between $250-$1,500 depending on your area of the country. Their price leads one to believe they are located in New York Cith or California. They had no hesitation charging me $108.00 when leaving. They could have told me this over the phone when I made the appointment, thus saving me $108.00. Now I will have less money to spend on living expenses. To me its all about the money. Being on a fixed income is impossible for me. No exceptions! I was out of the country on vacation, working and earning wadges ,12 years ago when I had to have this done. I would need to spend money on flights, hotel, transportation and meals to travel to that dentist. . Money I dont have to spend. All because they didnt want to assume responsibility it the cement used to attach the veneer didnt work. That never crossed my mind. I would not have held them liable. All I requested from them was their profession service. I just wonder why the word Family is included as part of their business name. To most people Family means we care

The staff could not have been nicer or more professional. Dr. Taylor gave me all my options and answered all my questions and really took her time to make sure I understood all the options. I was greeted by Dr. Taylor’s cheery staff and had zero wait time before I was escorted to the examining room. Once my chipped tooth was assessed, Dr. Taylor and her assistant, Tylee, got right to work. I was in and out of the chair in less than an hour. Dr. Taylor did an outstanding job making my smile look brand new and shiny again. Thanks, Dr. Taylor! You’re the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed emergency dental work done to get a tooth pulled so i called at 8am and they got me in at 12! i was not an established patient and they still went above and beyond for me! I was having trouble finding someone to help me considering I am 35 weeks pregnant and they helped me with no issues! The process was quick and almost painless (just some pressure) but she kept making sure i was okay during the extraction. i feel so much better than i did -still pressure and mild swelling but that’s common the 2nd day from my understanding. Definitely recommend!

They love what they do they love having fun, but they are very clean, professional and thorough. They treat you like family. I know a lot of people don’t like to change dental offices if they’ve been going somewhere for a long time, but this place is definitely worth changing for they have two amazing doctors, Dr. Taylor And Dr. Annie These guys are phenomenal, they have the best hygienist around here ,they are very nice and they do a very good job. The assistance are very kind and they are hard-working. These girls got their stuff together , The front desk are very kind they greet you like long, lost friends they get you right in the back no long waiting ,They all work as a team to accomplish one goal your happiness an to make sure you have the best smile /dental hygiene ,they accept a lot of different insurances. Their schedule is flexible they take all ages. There’s plenty of parking , and these girls are very down to earth they do not judge people they know how important it is to take care of your teeth’s d to get you back to feeling great ,they do what’s right, if you don’t like, feeling pain at the dentist, go here trust me, Dr. Taylor’s family dentistry, I don’t like going to dentist at all and I never did but when I’m here I feel comfortable and safe and my nerves just fade away. This is a really good place. Also their prices are reasonable. I’ve got some of the best work done here.

My visit went so well, I had to write a review before leaving the parking lot. The entire staff is so kind, friendly and professional, first and foremost. Secondly, they are so gentle when treating your teeth. I have had some horrible experiences in the past, that left me feeling uneasy.......but this dentist office has now alleviated all of my fears. I had to have a tooth extraction and I felt ZERO pain. They even helped me relax by providing a heated blanket to cover me during my procedure. If you have had some "iffy" experiences in the past with a dentist, you won't go wrong here! I cannot thank Taylor Family Dentistry enough. You all are top notch and I appreciate you addressing all of my needs, being gentle on my teeth and actually caring. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

While I also go here, we had our daughter's first exam yesterday and they were so great with her! I am unsure of the name of the assistant but she did everything possible to make her comfortable as she told her she was a "little nervous". She was walked through every step, given breaks when needed, she let her hold the tools to feel apart of it.. everything we great! Then the doctor came in to check and count her teeth which was fun. Both women wore cool glasses which she loved.. and after we got a whole goodie bag! She got to pick out a Princess toothbrush, chapstick, floss, toothpaste, stickers... etc. We also enjoy both front desk ladies, they are very helpful with scheduling and insurance/payment guidance. Credit to all the staff :) We love it here and highly recommend! Also noting how clean everything was and relaxing too.

Experiencia negativa: These people are rude and condescending. Instead of kindly explaining a misunderstanding they send you condescending emails and text messages. Just because I signed a treatment plan doesn’t mean there still wasn’t a miscommunication regarding insurance payment. I will never return to these people.
