Dr. Conley and her assistants do such a great job at taking their time to clean your teeth and discuss any concerns. They will not overcharge or overtreat, which is really hard to find nowadays. Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting the Swansboro area from out of town, and when I arrived a temporary crown popped off and I needed quick action. I called a few dentist offices, they were all booked up - but when I called and talked with with a friendly lady from Dr Conley's office, she was very understanding and fit me into an appointment the same day. The office is very clean and well-appointed, with what I was told is a brand new kid-friendly waiting room. I didn't have to wait at all, and Dr Conley came right in and within ~20 minutes had my situation all sorted out, with a re-constructed temporary crown. She took great care to make sure that I was comfortable and I felt right as rain afterwards... all in all - I had a fantastic experience and really appreciated the willingness to take in a random person from out of town to help with that issue. I'm writing this review as a THANKS to Dr C and her friendly and welcoming staff, would 10/10 get dental care from their office if I lived anywhere near that area.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in today to get a filling done and was blown away by the amazing performance. Previously I have been getting all my dental work done on base and wasn’t very impressed with how it was going so I came to Dr. Conley. When I went to check in I have never been greeted by friendlier staff. When my appointment came I was taken back and immediately attended to. From there they started the procedure where they made just I was as comfortable as possible before they started. This procedure took 1/3 of the time it took on base and I didn’t have to return to get part of the filling shaved down to fit better. Dr.Conley made sure my teeth were perfect to avoid any discomfort. I have never before been so impressed with the amount of professionalism and perfection from a dental office.

Experiencia negativa: Final update: 12/27 Section worked on CHIPPED off. Mind you, not the section from 10 years to fix the chipped tooth. JUST the section to fix a visual crease they offered to work on in August. Only THEIR work was defective and failed. So in the end: Awful business practices, no accountability for their word, and shoddy quality of work. Don’t. Do. It. Update: 8/29 Received a call about my review and I was wrong they assured me…the last bill I got (in the mail after I paid for the service in person) is final. I’m not convinced. Think they’re going to help me with the 3 times they underestimated the charges (after assuring me they worked with my insurance and the quote was good)? Yeah right. It will cost you over $600 for a standard cleaning, X-rays, and a filling. It then comes down to your insurance. Do not expect them to help you with your insurance - an accurate quote, what you will be covered for, or accountability for repeatedly giving you bad information along the way. Do not take the dentist’s or their billing departments word for it. It’s a slick operation but don’t be fooled, you’re paying for it. Original Review : 8/21 Am continually being billed for a service they assured me would be economical. We’re at 3 times the estimate given

Experiencia negativa: This Dr. is incredibly condescending and snotty, along with her staff. Also WAY overpriced. I literally had nothing done but a consultation and an X-ray and was billed an exorbitant amount, and that was AFTER my insurance paid. I don’t believe all the 5 star reviews she’s received, I suspect they’re fake.

I've probably been to 8-10 dental offices in my life ( I'm 65 )but this was by far the best experience I've had! Dr Conley & her staff are amazing!! She explained all of my options in great detail. And also made sure that all my questions & concerns were addressed before I left. I highly recommend this dental office. So professional! Oh, and did I mention it took less than 2 days to get an appointment?? Is that crazy or what!

Experiencia negativa: Would give them a 0 if I could. They “repaired” a chipped tooth and did a routine cleaning in 2020. The repair fell out 3 days after, and they sent the bill to the wrong house for 2 years before sending it to collections without trying contact via phone or email.

If you’re going to be an a-hole to patients while costing a fortune — it should be mandatory to earn then ahead of time. She will never go back and had been warning people for years. Also, I find it awfully coincidental how many 5 star reviews she has from people who have only 1 or 2 reviews. Looks fake. Disgusting

Experiencia negativa: I really enjoyed going here until recently when Dr. Conley filed a tooth down that I didn’t ask her to and didn’t even give an estimate of what it was going to cost me out of pocket before doing so. Something that took her two seconds to do cost me $123. Make sure YOU know what is covered by your insurance and what is not. Do not expect them to know because they will not go the extra steps to make sure and then you will be expected to pay. According to their receptionist they “don’t have a list of prices and medical things can be expensive”. I am really upset but what’s done is done.

Experiencia negativa: I went to Dr. Connelly to fix a filling that had fallen out. After filling it, the filling didn’t bond and it had to be done again. I was in pain after three visits over this tooth and she referred me to an oral surgeon for a “root canal.” After seeking opinions from two other dentists, I did not (thank goodness), need a root canal but did incur the cost of other dentistry so that they could simply file down the tooth she had worked on because it was too high on one side. I am disappointed that she not only recognized this but because she didn’t, it cost me substantially more to seek help elsewhere after her work.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff! You can fill out the required forms online in the comfort of your own home, this also knocks the wait time way down. I've been using Ms.Teresa for years, she is an awesome professional. She is very careful not to hurt her patients and she has tiny hands. Win win!
