Experiencia fantástica: I called on a Thursday needing immediate help with my wisdom tooth, and Michelle was able to get me scheduled for 10:30 the following Monday. When I arrived, I checked in and within less than 5 minutes I was already being escorted to my room. After discussing my options, we decided to extract the wisdom tooth. Once I was numb and comfortable, Dr. Miller removed it in less than 2 minutes. The team explained the aftercare process clearly and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you again to Dr. Miller and her amazing team ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: On my second visit (14 August, 2024) I spent two hours with Dr. Johnson and Dianne, and was absolutely astounded by all they managed to get done. The entire team at this practice functions like I wish all American teams functioned: Everyone plays a role and focuses fully upon the patients, while maintaining a dynamic and cheerful vibe throughout. They educate the patient as they go, and answer questions completely. This is, hands down, the best dental practice I've ever come across.

The hygienist are wonderful and Lauren was an absolute delight today. Kristen is also a lovely person who greets you and takes care of all the business side of the business.

I needed an emergency extraction, never been here before, found her office from google. I called and the receptionist said yes sir we can squeeze you, it may take a while but we got you. I absolutely understood that, they kept coming in checking on me, apologizing for being so busy, like I told them that’s fine, I understand I’m a work in, there’s no need to apologize. So long story short, this is a Great Dentist, with a Great Staff and I absolutely have plans on making Dr. Miller my primary dentist.

Experiencia negativa: My wife has been a loyal patient at this dental office for the past two years, always attending her appointments on time and paying the remaining balance not covered by insurance at each visit. Unfortunately, her recent experience with the staff was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. This week, my wife had to reschedule her appointment due to the heartbreaking passing of her grandmother. On the very day she was headed to the funeral home, she received a call from one of the office staff demanding payment over the phone. Despite my wife explaining her situation, the staff member insisted that if she did not pay immediately, her bill would increase. Already grieving and in tears, my wife was forced to provide her credit card information over the phone just to avoid an unfair additional charge. To treat anyone this way—especially someone going through such a difficult time—shows a complete lack of compassion and professionalism. We are deeply disappointed and disturbed by this experience, and my wife will now be looking for a new dentist who values their patients and treats them with dignity and understanding.

Experiencia negativa: They pulled the wrong tooth. When I called for my appointment I told them it was the front left tooth. I had been in pain for a week. They got me in the very next day. I also told the nurse that was doing the x-ray that it was the front left tooth And I pointed to it. She took several x-rays and I saw two teeth on the x-ray. The dentist came in and asked me how many teeth I wanted to get pulled today. I said just one for now .After the dentist numbed my mouth I could not tell which tooth he was pulling. When I got home I could not tell that he had got the wrong one until I had changed the gauze for the third time. I immediately called the office and told the girl that answered the phone what happened. She claimed that it was abscessed. Well it may have been a little infected but it was not hurting me at the time. The one next to it in the front is the one causing pain and had been abscesses because I saw the puss come out of it. The tooth is also loose. I think the dentist thought it was the back tooth because it was halfway broke off. I have been taking the antibiotics and it has helped it a little bit but now the pain is started back again. Other than that the staff was very nice and so was the dentist but he just got the wrong tooth. They seem to be overpriced for pulling teeth.

I can honestly say I made the right choice picking this practise. All the staff are extremly friendly and helpful from the front desk to the assistants, the dental hygienist, the xray tech and Dr Miller herself. They performed an extremly thorough check of my teeth and gums and I am very happy that I picked this practise to be my primary dentist. You won't be disappointed. Micheal.

Experiencia fantástica: The office complex was safe, secure , convenient and handicap accessible. The office building was simple but eloquent. It was decorated artfully with pleasant colors and beautiful paintings of things like bird dogs while hunting. The entire complex was surgically clean. The furniture was modern, in pleasant colors and comfortable. The entire building was floored in a great light color of laminate vinyl.. Each treatment room had big windows so you could see the beautiful grounds. All equipment was modern and in cheerful colors. The doctors, nurses and attendants were extra friendly, accommodating and down to earth. They were Christians and acted like it. They were there to serve my needs, and they showed an exuberance of enthusiasm in doing it . I felt comfortable with their assessment of my dental plan and prices. In a short time their entire team seemed like family. They are great. I highly recommend them.

Would have been so easy to say "there is no room in the inn" but they didn't. They didn't even send me to a stable but welcomed me.
