Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional care! I love Dr. Finnerty and all of her staff. They work really hard to make you comfortable!

Experiencia negativa: Such a waste of time. Both my daughters have gone here and the first visit was supposed to be routine cleaning however they wouldn’t clean unless we did specific treatment. First visit was 1,300 and spent over 3 hours. Second visit with my other daughter was 2.5 hours and same thing wouldn’t do cleaning without specific treatment. My daughter came agin today for her 6 months cleaning thinking no problem in and out. Well she was there for almost 2 hours and they did nothing but poked her teeth. And said she can come back when ready to do the treatment. Don’t waste your time or money here they scam you into things. We already made appointment for another local dentist that said they will do cleaning and then recommend any treatments after, not refuse cleaning you have been waiting for 6 months.

Experiencia fantástica: They always do a great job. Highly professional and I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Annie did a terrific job and helped me feel calm

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and organized, but the real standout was my hygienist Jakell. I’ve had many cleanings over the years, and I can confidently say this was the best dental cleaning I’ve ever had. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and knowledgeable, and she took the time to explain everything she was doing in a way that made me feel completely comfortable and informed. What impressed me most was how attentive she was to detail. She didn’t rush, she truly cared about my oral health, and she made the entire appointment feel personalized rather than routine. My teeth feel incredibly clean, and I left feeling genuinely motivated to take even better care of my gums and overall health. But beyond her skill, what made the experience truly special was her ability to somehow make it fun. That is something I never thought I’d say about a dental cleaning. She was warm, engaging, and had such an easy, positive energy that it instantly put me at ease. It didn’t feel cold or clinical at all. I felt genuinely cared for as a person, not just treated like another patient on the schedule. It’s rare to find someone who combines such high-level skill with warmth, professionalism, and a personality that makes you actually look forward to coming back. You can tell she takes pride in her work and that this office values excellence. Dr. Finerty and the entire staff have built something special here, and having a hygienist like her is a huge part of why. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for top-quality care. Thank you for such an outstanding experience! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Experiencia negativa: I had a difficult experience with major dental work at Centerville Dental Group. After receiving several restorations, I dealt with months of persistent pain and ended up undergoing multiple procedures, including two root canals. Despite repeated visits and attempts to address the issue, the true cause of my pain was never identified. It wasn’t until I sought a second opinion that I learned the problem may have been related to jaw clenching — something that was never discussed at Centerville. I now believe much of the treatment I received may have been unnecessary. While the staff was always kind, the clinical oversight and resulting cost and discomfort were incredibly frustrating. Update 2/2026: I’ve spend about $5k between Centerville Dental Group and fixing the ‘work’ they did. My husband has also needed to get his crown from them (18 months old) replaced.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Burgess & Kaila were amazing. Jelly was wonderful, as was everyone I interacted with at the office. I get anxiety when going to the dentist. I explained this to the staff and they went above & beyond, checking in every step of the way. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice people and they are very accommodating on prices. Doctor Finnerty is a nice dentist. I will most likely come back to the Centerville Dental Group for treatment again. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved my experience here, I will definitely be coming back! Staff is very friendly and makes it a comfortable experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was so nice and very caring! They helped me with everything I needed and was so kind! Seriously one of my best dental experiences!

Experiencia negativa: I am always pleased with the customer service we get from the business providers in our great community and the more inline to open soon all are welcome and needed. But unfortunately, I cannot say the same thing from this business Centerville Dental Group, my wife and I had a horrible and very humiliating experience. We set up an appointment to get there on time as our custom is because we value and respect others’ time. We did all they'd indicated to us. Other customers kept arriving after us and they got serviced ahead of us, finally my wife got called and I kept waiting after almost an hour waiting I did ask what the reason was, and the front desk girl said it was because their Wednesdays are extremely busy (what's the schedule for?) I had to leave, we just went for a routine cleaning, and they ended up quoting over $7K dollars to her. Now they keep bombarding us with their "promotions" via emails text messages. We suggest anyone consider all reviews they are getting before deciding to do business with them.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing dental office! The staff is friendly, the care is excellent, and the whole experience is always smooth. A special thank-you to the office manager, Shiann — she’s incredibly helpful, kind, and truly makes the office run effortlessly. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Not many people say they love going to the Dentist. But I love going to Centerville Dental Group!!! The whole team is amazing. From office staff who help with appointments and billing, to my hygienist who explains every step of the cleaning process, to Dr. Finnerty. Who by the way is the most caring person and always puts me at ease. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new Dentist!

Experiencia fantástica: Shiann is always so kind and helpful. She’s always going above and beyond! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been coming to this office for years, but it's been a few years since my last cleaning. Usually I see Dr. Gillian, whom is great, but this time I saw Dr. Hope. She was so lovely and did a wonderful job! I was completely comfortable with her. Kaila took great care of me and was so nice!! Lastly, the lovely tech who started my visit - was so nice and had great bedside manner. All three of them were very professional and I loved how they respectfully and kindly they spoke to one another. Although my face is numb right now and my appointment was at the butt crack of dawn, I couldn't help but make sure these ladies were recognized today. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: Best ever dentist! So happy with my six front teeth crowns! My smile looks perfect now thanks to Dr Finnerty!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the Centerville Dental Group! Everyone from the front desk staff, to the techs, the dentists are amazing. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and very thorough. Their prices are extremely fair and I have recommended them to many of my friends and family. I actually moved 30 minutes away a few years ago and still continue to go to them!

Experiencia fantástica: Been going to this Dental Group for a few years now. Awesome place. Can get busy at times but they’ll do their best to fit you in, especially if you have any emergencies.

Experiencia fantástica: The whole team was great and so kind! I had not been to the dentist in years and they were so understanding and did not make me feel embarrassed at all. I highly recommend them!
