Experiencia negativa: I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before allowing this office to perform any dental work. I have never had a cavity in my life. At Dental Care at Naples Lakes, I was told that I had a cavity and “severely deep grooves” in my tooth. I was strongly encouraged to have the tooth filled, and they also recommended sealants to prevent future cavities. Something didn’t feel right, so I sought two separate second opinions from dentists up north. Both independently examined my teeth and confirmed that I did NOT have a cavity and that the tooth was healthy. What concerns me most is that I was being encouraged to have a healthy tooth drilled and filled when two other dentists found no cavity at all. I also felt that fear was used to convince me that this treatment was necessary. I’m extremely grateful that I took the time to get a second opinion—and then a third opinion—before proceeding. Please protect yourself and get an independent second opinion before allowing unnecessary dental work, especially if you are being told you suddenly have a cavity despite having no history of them.

Experiencia negativa: I just had my routine four month cleaning after having xrays taken several months ago. During this visit, I brought to the hygienist attention About an upper left tooth having enamel that chipped off. Upon Dr Anssari looking at the tooth, she then said I had a very deep hole for which I should have a crown. My concern is why wasn’t that identified when it was just a small cavity four months ago? Now she tells me I need a crown. Had a thorough check been done It should’ve been identified as just a cavity then. I feel it is because she does an inadequate check up and She never spends more than 2 minutes if that looking at your mouth and then blows out of the room. Her answer to everything is a crown, (i’ve had two others by her) and I think it’s because more money can be charged for that rather than just a filling. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and courteous, and the hygienists do a good job but Dr Anssari is the worst dentist I’ve ever had.

I also want to mention Rae, who assisted with my X-rays before the cleaning—she was very kind, efficient, and helped everything run smoothly, which I really appreciated. The cleaning itself was one of the most comfortable and detailed I’ve ever had. It’s clear Johnatan takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his patients’ oral health. I also met with Dr. Anssari, who was not only personable but took the time to explain things clearly and answer my questions, which really helped me feel confident about my care. It meant a lot to me knowing that other members of my family are already patients here—and after this experience, I can absolutely see why they trust this team. As a new patient, first impressions matter, and mine was outstanding. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit, which says everything!

Experiencia negativa: Buyer Beware! This Office charges extremely high fees! I went in to have a front tooth small chip filled, and they tried to talk me into a full mouth set of x-rays, as well as some kind of ridiculous oxygen treatment. I declined both. She repaired a small chip and my bill was $557.00. I won’t be returning to this office and I highly suggest that you ask upfront what they charge for all services. We are not in short supply of dentists in our area, so shop around.

Experiencia fantástica: My son was experiencing severe tooth and gums pain. The office was able to get him into the office for examination day after we contacted them. He ended up needing a root canal procedure next afternoon. The doctor explained everything and my son had the procedure done the very next day. He was extremely happy with time it took to get in and finish everything. He was raving about the care he received and how capable Dr. Annsari is. After few hours post procedure his pain is completely gone. Highly recommend this office and the dentist.

Experiencia negativa: My first appointment was very disappointing.i was scheduled for a routine 6 month cleaning. I arrived 15 min prior to appt time. They took 30 min to verify insurance and created a list of charges for their services. They went over the charges before even doing an exam. I agreed to pay for xray out of pocket. They did an exam and took several images and then saw dentist for another exam ans then was told I need ti sxhedule an extensive scaling cleaning and then ran out of time for a regulsr.cleaning after 1.5 hours.

I paid and complained to the insurance company. More than 3 months passed but the insurance company hadn’t yet received the supporting documentation from the Dental Care at Naples Lakes. I am unable to get compensation for my payment due to mismanagement of the dental clinic. It’s unheard of: they take advantage of senior patients violating ADA federal law. Inna Anssari!!!!!!I came with one problem and got another, when cleaning my teeth they damaged a filling, they just tore it off and brought in an infection, she prescribed antibiotics to treat the gums only after four days, but this antibiotic did not give an effect, at I repeat appointment she prescribed another type of antibiotic, and the problem had already gone down to the root of the tooth where pus accumulated, the temperature rose and I had to go to emergency. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. After that I started looking at forums and it turned out that there are many like me and many victims.

Got there, did the paperwork and was in the chair within the hour having x-rays taken. The doctor had the time to extract the bad tooth and I was on my way home by 3:00!
