Dr. Shah has amazing bedside manner—something you truly don’t see much anymore. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His staff is also very efficient, which is evident by the number of people who see him and place their trust in him, especially within the community. Hearing about his journey made it clear that this work is truly his passion. We were able to delay a procedure that I was hoping to avoid and had been told by another doctor I might need, and I feel reassured with the plan moving forward.

Experiencia negativa: They are really nice in the beginning but definitely can’t trust them. They take 100 percent from your insurance and tell that insurance is not covering and ask you to pay up front. Please call your insurance to verify before making any payment to them. Besides, he also performs unnecessary treatment. He told me that my 3 kids have about 4-5 cavities and need fillings. Luckily. I never got a chance to take them back. Their new dentist told me that they don’t even have a single cavity. Even he told my friend that her kids needed 11 fillings and their new dentist told that her son has only 1 cavity. Shame on them for lying!!!!

Experiencia positiva: The dentist and the entire staff is very courteous. The office is nice and clean. One thing that I did not like is paper work. It is so cumbersome and the questions asked are unrelated to the dentistry. It was time consuming. They need to make it simple.

Dr Shah is an honest man. He will greet you and the most important thing is, he got magic in his hands. You will not feel any pain during needles in your gums. Not once have i ever felt pain. He fixed my teeth very well. I am glad i came in here. I usually don't write reviews but i felt i should write one here. Also, if u do not like wait time then this is the place for you. As soon as you come in to the office, they take you in and within a few minutes the doctor ( dr Shah ) comes in greet you and explain you what he will do and go with the procedure. I had to make a-lot of visits because i had some work to be done but thanks to Dr shah and his staff for making it easy for me. I am very satisfied with Dr shah and his staff and the service they provided me. I will without any doubt recommend Desire dental care ( Dr Shah ) for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: My mother was suffering from a bad wisdom tooth pain and all the oral surgeons who takes her Fidelis insurance were giving her only consultation appointment after 2 months and when we call Desire Dental and explained her pain, the staff was able to squeeze her in to see the doctor and they helped her remove her wisdom tooth right away. Her pain was gone and my mom was in instant relief. I would thank Dr.Shah and would definitely come again for all of our dental care. Dr.Viral understand his patients and cares for them. He is the Best.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Viral Shah and staff are extremely patient and caring. Being one that has had bad experiences with other dental group in the past; Dr. Shah heps take my fear to a comforting, mamageable level. Always a good experience with the highest professionalism and great staff. Highly recommend this wonderful practice.

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff! Dr Shah is very Understanding, Knowledgeable and patient! He does an amazing job and is very caring .Totally recommend his office for all dental needs.

Experiencia negativa: Unprofessional staff and irresponsible dentist. They forgot to prescribe antibiotics for tooth infection after deep cleaning for me. I had to deal with a lot of pain for a week because of this mishap. I still had pain for two months and it even got worse. The dentist always tried persuading me to do the main treatment even after I declined. He couldn't respond to my insurance in time. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. For my wife, after her tooth was cleaned it started to feel loose. I definitely DO NOT recommend going there! Those other reviews are definitely not true.

Experiencia fantástica: Great practice, Dr. Shah is by far the nicest and most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. He is also definitely the smartest doctor
