Experiencia fantástica: I am a 'wimp' -have not been to dentist in 4 years. Saw Geneva Family Dentistry building one day while going to doctor- called and they were incredible over the phone! Mahalie was so comforting, welcoming and made me feel very calm. I have to use nitrous oxide and other dentists I had contacted months ago said this would not be available. I had really just about given up finding a dentist that would see me. From sign in to leaving- every person was kind, understanding and welcoming. Mahalie made a special effort to say hello to me when I checked in and it was nice to see the beautiful smiling face of the voice over the phone. Nicol, the Hygenist was amazing! She took every single precaution she could to make sure I was comfortable, and she was not rushed- I have never had a cleaning that was as calm and enjoyable! as this one. Dr. Rowell came in and looked at my x rays - he is a very kind & warm spirited man, and made me feel really comfortable in coming back for the procedures I will need to have. I highly recommend Geneva Family Dentistry, especially if you suffer from dental anxiety as I do. They will take wonderful care of you.

After not going to the dentist for a few years because like so many the dentist is not somewhere anyone really likes to go but I was so glad to have found this office. Dr. Rowell is wonderful and I am always greeted with a smile as soon as I come through the door and every dental hygienist I’ve had has been so friendly, down to earth, sympathetic to my concerns, and extremely accommodating. I first came for a broken tooth and they got me right in! After my first visit I knew this would be the only place I will ever go! I have been multiple times now the last few months catching up on things I neglected that needed fixing and I’m no longer anxious about any visits. Just went this past week for a cleaning, filling and had a crown broke that was not what the visit was schedule for but I mentioned it and Dr Rowell fixed it right up also. I am extremely grateful for this practice and I highly recommend everyone if you’re in need of a dentist this is the place! Thank you for everything you all do! You guys are top notch!!!

Experiencia negativa: This place is a complete joke. Payed $800 to have my wife's cavity drilled and filled. They over charged me nearly $200 when I called them out they quickly refunded my money. But the real problem was the unacceptable work they did. Did not fully drill out cavity and when they filled it they left a very sharp points on the end. Had to use another dentist 6 weeks later to get it fixed right. Had to refill it out and when filled left a nice smooth natural feel on the tooth not a sharp spike on the end of the tooth. Also elaborateted how the first dentist did not drill deep enough to remove the cavity. Charged extra to put her under and while she felt no pain she was still conscious and could here there whole conversation of the dentist basically bragging about leaving the next day on vacation for a week and the same male dentist flirting with all the young dental assistants. We came here thinking we were supporting a local Christian establishment. Boy were we wrong!!

I was able to get my first cleaning in years, and Hilary took great care of me. I had my toddler with me, who LOVED the playroom in the waiting area — though we only waited about five minutes. All the hygienists were so sweet to her, and now she’s excited to come back for her own visit. The dentist explained my x-rays thoroughly and gave me a simple, manageable care plan for a few issues. We’ve definitely found our new family dentist, and we’re happy they’re so close to home!

Experiencia fantástica: I like to think mentally I'm the strongest woman in the world but I have anxiety when it comes to dental visits. In the past I have taken meds prior to appointments just for cleanings. Even just walking in my pulse is through the roof. By God's grace and mercy once I'm in the chair and the anointed hands of each hygienist that I have encountered is like a touch from the Holy Spirit. I'd like to mention names but I don't want to leave anyone out. The entire team from the receptionist to everyone in the back is kind patient and truly goes above and beyond. I have a 13 year old whom is Autistic they're all so incredible, understanding gentle and accommodating. Dr. Markham is never in a rush he listens. He remembered our last conversation from almost a year ago and Wild hogs. He's very informative, so take notes. Dr. Rowell is a gentle giant-incredibly kind, calm and through in his work. My husband had a crown done on the same day. As the office has the technology to make them on site. I live in Florida. My family of 7 are more than happy to make the trip to Alabama for our Dental Care. Experiencia negativa: When I broke a tooth they made me wait six months to get it fixed. By that time it couldn’t. When I called to tell them that they would have to just pull it instead I was told that I would have to have two cleanings done first before they would bother fixing my broken tooth. They complained that I hadn’t been in to see them during COVID.

Experiencia negativa: After X-ray and exam fee gave me a price for a deep cleaning then scheduled it in two visits effectively double charging me. Decided to give them benefit of the doubt on next cleaning. Then they refused to do the cleaning unless I’d pay for another exam fee and tried to get me to pay for X-ray again. That’s after they made the cleaning appointment and gave me a price on the phone. Walked out and never use them again. I know it’s a small town practice but you shouldn’t price gouge especially while pretending to be a Christian.

They said they are no longer in network with blue cross. I guess if you have Medicaid you’re good to go. I work for a living.

Experiencia fantástica: I would just like to thank Dr. Markham and his staff for working my son in to their busy schedule while on vacation visiting my sister. My son had some truama to his two front adult teeth a couple years ago and while living in TX at the time we had them fixed, but i never thought they did good work on them. After a teeth cleaning in WA the Dentist sent him to an endodontist to evaluate the nerves on those two front teeth and it turned out he needed a root canal to have them rixed. We were unable to get them fixed before leaving to FL to visit my sister so i had them done at Geneva Family Denistry and they did an excellent job! Thank you!!
