Experiencia fantástica: It’s a very kind and professional dental office. I would recommend anyone

Experiencia fantástica: Very pleased with my appointment today friendly and professional

Experiencia fantástica: Market Street Dental is amazing! Every single person that works there, from the front desk to the hygienists, to the dentist, everyone is very caring, friendly and professional. I had to have something done with my tooth and numerous times throughout the process, the doctor and hygienist stopped and asked if I was doing ok and really made sure I was comfortable and ok. They do great work and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: field. I understood everything I needed to do and feel completely confident in my upcoming procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: I met Amy the hygienist at Market Street Dental today. She was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. People are very attentive and efficient. Had a small issue with a tooth and had never been there before. They got me in as soon as they could and fixed the tooth quickly. I have found a new dentist and been back for cleanings. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice people and my son liked the dr

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love these guys. Wouldn't go any where else.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going there since living in Warren and have not had 1 bad experience in all that time. Patient since '97.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff is very friendly, always helpful. The assistants couldn't be nicer. Dr. Boger is always helpful and has the right advice for any situation. He makes you feel very comfortable no matter what the procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, fast, painless service.

Experiencia fantástica: Market Street Dental provides a superior dental care experience. The support staff from the front desk to the technicians are warm, friendly, and very client centric. You are greeted with a warm, friendly, caring attitude and that hospitality continues throughout your visit. Dr. Boger is professional, caring, and very knowledgeable. He puts your mind at ease and explains things methodically and in simple terms. I highly recommend Market Street Dental.

Experiencia fantástica: Because In the past I've had some pretty bad experiences with other dentists, I'm always extremely nervous when changing to a new office/dentist. This place is great! No surprises. They are friendly, pleasant people. I'm thrilled to have found them.

Experiencia negativa: I went there because they offer a self-pay discount. At checkout they did not specify that you have to pay cash or check to receive the self-pay discount. I paid with a debit card. When I looked at the receipt I noticed that there wasn't a discount applied. That's when they told me that you must pay with cash or check to get the discount. I asked them to fix the transaction since I had brought checks with me just in case. They said there boss was gone for the week and I would have to come back the following week. They said that it's no problem to issue a refund and then accept a check for payment. I was assured this. When I went down in person the boss had just gone to lunch. They ended up calling me back and telling me that there's no way to issue a refund because it's been a week. I told them that's not fair and that I was assured there would be no problem. They apologized but refused to fix the transaction. Terrible customer service. I'm shocked that they lied to me so much. I had to cancel my future appointments. You can't do business with somebody that you can't trust. Unfortunate because I wanted to like this office. The staff were nice and professional but that doesn't make up for the total lack of customer care.

Experiencia fantástica: As is always our experience, excellent, friendly and professional service with state-of-the-art technology!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Boger and his staff were all 100% professionals. My visits were all pleasant and pain free.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the responsiveness and professionalism of this group. The entire, staff from front desk to hygienists dentists are consistently good humored while doing exceptional work.

Experiencia fantástica: Old teeth can be hard to deal with, as can old people. But sometimes "old" gets you pearls of wisdom and experience that are useful to pass along...and to the point about your dental "pearls", I have only to say take care of your new teeth and your old wallet will be grateful to you for your foresight...which in real life advice translates into... be sure to see one of Market Street Dental's hygentists once or twice a year for a cleaning. It's a lifetime habit that will save you much

Experiencia fantástica: The entire experience was amazing! Cheryl, the hygienist, was very friendly and thorough. Dr. Church was fantastic and come to find out the recommendations from my previous dentist were not necessary. I'm thrilled to death I didn't do all the unnecessary and costly procedures. Looking forward to my next visit and to visits beyond! The girl (I think her name is Kaylee) at the front desk was also very kind and pleasant. Thank you all for being so wonderful!!

Experiencia fantástica: Our Family Has been using Market Street Dental for Years! When it comes to care, quality, and professionalism the staff puts your health first! They work hard to make sure you know what your insurance covers. If you ask questions they will get back to you. Lastly, I would highly recommend Dr. Boger for more advanced dental. And recommend Dr Church for standard dental procedures. Both are great at what they do! They Communicate well to make sure you understand every step from beginning to end! Don't forget there hygienists. I have had a few different ones and each make sure your teeth are treated/ cleaned. I never feel rushed. So I would give More stars if I could :)

Experiencia fantástica: X-rays and check up

Experiencia fantástica: Our entire family loves this place. Nobody is afraid of the dentist anymore!! Four sets of braces from here. Many many cleanings, fillings, tooth fixes. Wouldn’t want another dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: As always, service was professional and outstanding.

Experiencia fantástica: The state of the art equipment and the knowledgeable staff made for an outstanding visit!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Market Street Dental on the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad I did. I went to seek a second opinion on a diagnosis I questioned. As it turned it out, the diagnosis in question was totally wrong. I believe the person in question should not be practicing dental care. I very much appreciate Market Street Dental. They are trustworthy.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Dentist office by far!! I have been going here for 30+ years!! I highly recommend this dentist office!!

Experiencia fantástica: From the moment we walked into the warm and inviting reception area of Market Street Dental and met the welcoming staff at the front desk, we were immediately put at ease. We then met Dr. Paul Boger who seemed very personable, knowledgeable and caring. After going thru and initial exam and evaluation, Dr. Boger suggested a plan on how to proceed, the work that needed done, which could be completed in his office without being sent to a different office and doctor for some procedures. At that moment, my wife and I knew we were going to be well taken care of and wished we would have visited Market Street Dental years ago! We now look forward to our semi-annual visits to the office and greetings by the always pleasant, helpful and welcoming staff. We love our hygienists Ally and Summer and always look forward to seeing and talking with Dr. Boger when he stops in to evaluate our dental health.

Experiencia fantástica: I typically dread going to the dentist, and this was my first appointment in 5 years, so I was apprehensive about my first visit here. My anxiety was definitely wasted. Everyone was professional yet kind and friendly. The office was immaculate and comfortable. There was no poking or bleeding during my cleaning, and no sore gums afterward. With the pleasant conversations while chatting with the staff, I might as well have simply been bumping into old friends at the grocery store. Definitely no anxiety over my next visit in six months!

Experiencia fantástica: Polite, friendly and competent dental care

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent care! Excellent team!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient with Market Street Dental for 50 years. I started to trust my dental needs with Dr. William Boger then with his son Dr. Paul Boger and presently with Dr. Ashley Church. There stunning professionalism attention to detail and state of art facilities are second to none. The staff from the front desk to the technicians assisting the doctors are highly trained and pleasantly concerned with my dental health. Why go anyplace else? Market Street Dental is a jewel in the community and for my money the BEST choice for all my dental care and needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I am new to the Warren area and was referred here by a friend and neighbor. I work remotely as a treatment coordinator for an orthodontics office and therefore familiar with the industry. I was beyond impressed from my initial contact over the phone with Kayla, with the technology of scheduling, reminders, and the cancellation list, with the cleanliness and appearance of the office, with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff (especially my cleaning and exam with Summer), and with my meeting and exam with Dr. Church. The care and treatment was unsurpassed. If there was a rating about 5 stars I would give it to this office! Thank you for having this amazing practice in our small town!

Experiencia fantástica: I love getting my teeth cleaned at Market Street Dental. I call it the poor woman's spa day! Of course your experience will be better if you do your part-brush and floss-before you go for your cleaning! Everyone is friendly and I always get in on time, or even a little early.

Experiencia fantástica: I became acquainted with Market Street Dental over a year ago when I pursued into the world of Dentures. A great staff of compassionate people and I would highly recommend to everyone. In my opinion there’s not a better place around Warren county regarding dental care. I’ve heard from others who have traveled out of the area only to encounter a bad experience. I would highly recommend.
