Experiencia fantástica: We have been very happy with Dr. O’Connor and her staff. Everyone is consistently friendly, professional, and efficient. We currently have three children in treatment with braces, and today both of our boys got their braces on while our daughter was seen for an adjustment. This morning, I was under the impression all three kids had appointments at 8:20, but when we arrived, we found out one of the appointments was actually scheduled for 10:00. As a busy parent, that gap was concerning. Cass, one of the hygienists, overheard my concern and immediately stepped in, saying, “No problem, we’ll accommodate you and I’ll take your son right now.” That level of initiative and care was incredible. She didn’t wait to be asked she simply saw a problem and solved it. It speaks volumes about the teamwork and leadership in this office. The front desk is always helpful and accommodating as well. We truly appreciate the care our family has received here and highly recommend Dr. O’Connor and her amazing team!

However, Alh and O’Connor made everything so easy! They sit down with you to explain every step and answer every question no matter how small it is! They make you feel comfortable and make sure that you’re comfortable enough and ready enough before you leave the consultation! The whole experience made my children, excited to come back for their braces and not scared. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to this orthodontist for my Invisalign and every appointment has been a great experience. The staff is always so nice and welcoming, which makes every visit really comfortable. My appointments are always quick and efficient, and I’m never waiting a long time to be seen. If I ever have a problem with my Invisalign or need something checked, they’re always able to fit me in the same day, which I really appreciate. The office is also very clean and well organized. Overall they’re just an amazing orthodontist office with a great team, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone considering Invisalign or orthodontic care.

Experiencia positiva: We have not been as happy with our A&O experience as we were hoping we would be. We just had our daughter back to the office after a weekend long wire poking the back of her mouth because the wire was not attached in the bracket correctly and she didn't notice it until she got home from her Thursday afternoon appointment. They were closed Friday and of course all weekend. We then had to make another trip to A&O and nothing was said like "hey this happened bc XYZ or hey we are sorry this happened", nothing was barely said to my daughter at all. I am not sure we plan to stay with them in the future unfortunately. I do appreciate the finance department and they are a pleasure to work with. EDIT: They did call me, apologized and we talked through some stuff which showed alot of character to us. Thank you A&O!

I was nervous about the whole situation, and they definitely helped put me at ease. Happy we chose them and eager to see them transform my baby’s smile.

Hailey at the Lewes office was awesome, took into account that my daughter had sensory issues and gave her breaks and allowed her to ask for breaks, which meant a lot. She also got an awesome goodie bag at the end - of all the things she had to avoid while her braces were on! Her smile looks beautiful!

I was hoping for the most basic comfort measure, but they went above and beyond to fix her up until we can get home to our regular orthodontist.
