Experiencia fantástica: Dr phen is a great dentist. Very modern techniques. Little to no pain. I totally trust Dr Phen’s work

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place. My boys go here and they are great!! My youngest has a bleeding disorder which makes dental work a bit tricky at times. They took the time and care to cover all bases and have been here many times without any issues. Everyone i ha e interacted with from the ladies behind the desk, to the hygienist and the dentist. All of them are fantastic!! If you need a dentist, then this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Great customer service! Friendly staff and both dentist Kan and Phen were attentive to my care plan. Great Dental practice!

Experiencia fantástica: They are always very thorough here, but not too aggressive, willing to "wait and watch" to see how things progress before treating, which I like. I am hypersensitive to stimuli and Dr. Kan is willing to back off on the Cavitron (ultrasound device?) setting so that I can tolerate having my teeth cleaned with it. Also, they don't insist on following hard and fast rules. They are flexible, in other words. I had one dentist who insisted on my having an exam and x-rays every time I got a cleaning, which was every 3 months, so I started looking around and found this office and am very happy.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, proficient, friendly and kind!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I saw Dr. Phen for the first time yesterday. We were impressed with everything; the office, his warm and welcoming staff and his care. He was conscientious and thorough and spent a lot of time with each of us. In our mid 70's, we were apprehensive about having to find a new dentist. We are relieved to be in Dr. Phen's care and look forward to meeting Dr. Kan!

Experiencia fantástica: They always take care of me. Very professional, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is the only dental office I recommend to my family and friends!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kan was very honest with her diagnosis and recommendation for treatment. She explained that I could spend a lot of money on some treatments that probably wouldn't save my tooth. She did a great job of extraction. Thank you Dr. Kan.

Experiencia fantástica: A clean friendly place. They have all the latest equipment and their facility is really nice. All the people are very friendly and accomodating. I’ve been going there for years.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Phen did an excellent job repairing a chip on one of my front teeth. He matched the color and shape perfectly to my other teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Phen and his hygienists.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is friendly and very competent! No one wants to go to the dentist or get ur teeth cleaned, but this is the office to go to when the need arises. U won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: verry profesional, great communication, good people

Experiencia fantástica: Going to this office is a stand out, exceptionally pleasant experience. Dr. Kan and her staff have special qualities you just don’t see very often. I’ve been treated with nothing but kindness and respect by all of them and they’ve provided top level dental work. They’ve always been more than happy to explain things in detail and answer all my questions anytime, regardless of how trivial. You immediately get the sense that the left hand always knows what the right is doing and they clearly aren’t just doing a job, they actually do care about their patients. Dr. Kan is a brilliant, highly educated, masterfully skilled dentist with the bedside manor of sweet caring friend - I really can’t ask for much more. I 100% absolutely trust her with my healthcare. The office is a noticeably happy work environment, it’s clean and inviting and they have the most modern and up to date high end dental equipment. I have and will continue to recommend the office to anyone looking for a new dentist and a new definition of what it often means to go to the dentist.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and doctors are wonderful. It is literally a party every time I am there. My tech is Jordy and she is terrific at putting you at ease with her humor and she delivers the news about the health of your teeth and mouth straight. I like that. Tell me what I need to do and I’ll do it. Everyone is so warm and wonderful. I highly recommend these folks to handle your dental needs. ♥️♥️ Lorie Zaragoza

They took the time to remove it same day and we’re incredibly nice and caring through the procedure. They talked me through everything that they were doing so I didn’t have any worries. They were also very transparent about what my insurance would cover, and what I would have to pay out-of-pocket and make sure that it was comfortable going through with the procedure.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kan and her staff are wonderful. Everyone is so kind, accommodating and they have an amazing team. I travel from out of town because I couldn’t find another dental office in my new town that even came close to the care and atmosphere they provide.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so kind and does a great job. I would not go any where else. Best dentist office ever.

Experiencia fantástica: Our whole family goes here. Nothing but kind and respectful people. They go the extra mile in making sure you're taken care of and feel comfortable when doing any kind of dental work. When my daughter had to have some surgery and she was scared, they let me be right by her side and hold her hand the whole time. On top of that Both Dr. Kan and one of the dental assistance kept telling her how amazing she was doing, and it was helping to calm her down. I'm so happy to be able to be part of the patients they have.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Kan took me as an emergency as I’m from Arizona and was visiting family. I was super nervous and both her assistant and her made me feel so calm. She took care of my broken tooth and I can continue on with my travels. Thank you

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing clinic. Dr. Phen was very detailed and patient with everything. The hygienist was very friendly. The entire front desk staff was patient and greatly helped me understand billing and made scheduling future appointments easy.

Experiencia negativa: Do not take your child here. Staff was completely professional and kind. On the other hand Kan what is the most unprofessional dentist I have ever met in my life. My six-year-old daughter broke her tooth off and was scared to death. Kan did not know how to handle her and was telling her to be quiet because she was scaring off her patience. Kan was forcibly trying to close her mouth and push down the gas that was rest on her nose. I would never recommend her to anybody. Should not be allow to see kids at all.

Experiencia fantástica: I consider Dr. Irene Kan to be one of the best dentists in Tehama County. She is friendly, extremely competent in most most areas of dentistry and uses some of the most advanced equipment and procedures in dental care. I recently had a tooth extraction and was extremely pleased with all aspects of the procedure. She is trained to do dental implants and has many years of experience in this specialized area. The price she charges for dental care is very competitive and gives a discount to those paying up front. Her staff is exceptional and the newer building makes everyone feel comfortable and welcome. I almost look forward to going to the dentist…..almost !!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Have always had a good experience with Dr. Phen. Nice employees who make you feel very comfortable. Highly recommend if looking for a dentist
