I was in need of a good dentist who was also in my network of delta dental. Dr, Consuegra is lovely and professional. Sara the hygienist very good and everyone's good there the X-rays are my least favorite but we got through that too. Thank you miss, I forget your name.. The bathroom is clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Update: The office has moved and has lots of space and everything is new and beautiful! The business was purchased. The new dentist is amazing! She is friendly, professional, easy to talk to, easy to understand, and actually, that goes for the whole office! My whole family goes here. It's great! Have been going to this office for a few years now. Everyone is very nice and professional. It is a small office, not a lot of space to move around. They are very good at communicating and reminding you of your appointments.

Experiencia fantástica: I have recommended Dr. Conseugra as the best dentist in Naples, and now I would like to add some Kudos to her incredible staff members! Her #1 assistant, Liliana is phenomenal! When my permanent six tooth bridge had to be replaced, she was responsible for creating a temporary bridge that I could possibly wear for a few months. I was thrilled and told her that I only hoped the new permanent bridge would look half as good as her temporary. Should you need a temporary crown or bridge, you will love having her take care of you. My kudos also go to Maria, her front desk staff. Her beautiful smile will be the first to greet you when you enter the office. She is also in charge of making all appointments and will remind you of each and every one. I really appreciate her one hour prior appointment reminder! Maria is in charge of all aspects of the office including any and all financial details included in a future dental procedure. She explains the breakdown on each and every detail of the procedure. She takes the time to answer any questions one may have about specific timing of each procedure. Maria will become the “go to person” to solve any concern you may have on any aspect of the office. I want Dr. Cons to know that we also value members of her staff.❤️❤️

It’s such a relief to find a young doctor and practice that not only acts with professionalism and integrity, but where you also are not being sold “extra.” Dr. C bought this practice and immediately invested in the staff & office to create an awesome, and welcoming environment. She is personable and approachable and always polite and professional. It’s great what she has done there—easy, wonderful location. And kind as she works on your teeth. The office is efficient, organized, and I have never had to wait to be seen for my appointment although I schedule very early in the morning. I have not had major dental work done here, but feel confident they would do a great job.

We also want to clarify that we do not have a patient listed under "Bad Kitty", which makes it difficult for us to review the visit or follow up appropriately. Additionally, it is unclear whether the concern relates to a sore throat or a sour throat, as these can have different causes.

By the way, they all wear Lavender as it is the official academic color for dentistry! One suggestion is that the office put a sign out front of the parking lot. The office can be hard to find. :)

Experiencia negativa: One of the worst dental offices I’ve ever been to in my life! I brought my elderly mother there to get a new night guard for her night time teeth grinding. I spent 2+ hours on the phone with them to make sure we would not be charged for anything else as she had a dental cleaning full mouth x-rays etc. I was told no problem bring her in and they would get her set up for her night guard. The dentist came in who is was extremely rude, condescending and arrogant. She proceeds to tell us she needs to do more x-rays which we would be charged for when her x-rays were only a month and a half old. This was for a consultation and we were not gonna be charged as the girl at the front desk assured me. The dentist didn’t even look in my mother‘s mouth and they charged our insurance company when in fact, my mom was so upset with her being so condescending, she actually got out of the chair and we left. She never even looked in my mom‘s mouth. We were not supposed to be billed, but we received a bill from our insurance company that in fact, they did bill us for doing nothing. We will be filing a discrepancy with the insurance company and the Better Business Bureau. Beware stay away!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: 10/2025 - Dr. Consuegra and her staff anre exceptionally thoughtful and thorough in every aspect of care. Appointments are always efficient, yet never rushed, and it’s clear that they stay current with the latest dental technology and techniques. The office and treatment rooms are very nice 8/2025 I had a small dental emergency...chipped tooth. The office staff scheduled me in the same day and Dr. Consuegra did an amazing job for me.

Maria, the hygienist I've seen for 3? years is exceptional, so good natured, fast and efficient and very knowledgeable. The office staff is very friendly and competent, including, as others noted, they make the billing and dental plan coverage a breeze. All good news for me, (I'm sorry for the person who wrote the very negative review above); in my case, I highly recommend the practice to others. Update: I needed to see Dr. Zuly, the periodontist yesterday. She’s EXCELLENT, she explained everything to me with much consideration, (not the best news) and care. (I had an awful experience with a periodontist in another state in the past). As noted above, the staff is very good natured and patient. A+ for this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone who is constantly worrying about dental work needing to be done and have a million questions after I leave the office, this office changed the game for me. I don’t know how they do it but they are available 24/7. I texted back the number that automatically texted me to confirm my appointment just to see if there was anyone on the other end because it was already after hours and their phone were going straight to voicemail. To my surprise someone actually answered me back answered all my questions about my upcoming appointment and even on a Saturday!!! This is unheard of this days this kind of patient care. Naples Dental is really doing something different for their patients . I will recommend them to all my friends and family who just like me have dental anxiety and many questions about treatment needing to be done before the actual treatment! Dr.Consuegra does a great job at explaining treatment step by step and what’s going to happen at each visits when the treatment requires more than one visit . Experiencia negativa: Got in when Kaldany was here. Maria the hygienist is amazing, seen her 3-4 times in the last 2 years. I just came back from a dental tourism trip to Mexico. I needed 3 root canals and 10 crowns replaced. Upon arrival back to the state I realized I misplaced my cleomycin antibiotics and needed 1 more days worth about 2-3 capsules. I called the office and I was denied bc I do not have an active infection. How is this possible if I didn't even finish my cycle. I would say that until the cycle is done the infection should be considered active. I even offered to come in and see the doctor for the script and was also denied that option. Is the office's goal to have the infection re-appear?

We’d also like to clarify a few important points. Since Dr. Consuegra took over the practice from Dr. Kaldany, you have not been seen by her. As such, and in line with standard medical protocol, we cannot prescribe medications for dental work not performed in our office or done outside the country. This is especially true in cases where we have not evaluated the patient or been part of the treatment plan.
You were not denied an appointment—we simply recommended that you reach out to the doctor who performed your recent procedures in Mexico, as they would be the most familiar with your case and best equipped to advise on how to complete your antibiotic course safely and effectively.
We always strive to provide the highest quality care and support for our patients, and we welcome you to schedule an exam with Dr. Consuegra should you ever need assistance in the future. Wishing you a smooth recovery and good oral health!

All the way from the front desk girls to the assistant and of course to the doctor everyone offers exceptional care. I m talking all questions answered clinical and of course insurance wise. One of the few to not say the only dentist that I have seen still actually contact insurances companies to make sure the information they are telling me is as accurate as possible. Insurnace claims and pay outs have always been a problem for me but ever since I started my treatment with Dr.C and her staff I have nothing to say other than excellent care and attention to detail. Experiencia negativa: Here's my story of how one unprofessional dentist can screw your life up for at least half of the year. I moved, so was looking for a new dentist. I was referred to Dr. Andrew Kaldany, I did initial visit and he told that I have 8 fillings to do (nothing was bothering me). Strange cause I fixed all at the previous dentist, but ok, maybe my previous dentist was not that good. When I came to make a filling instead of Dr Kaldany - Dr. Katia Consuegra was working on the filling. Strange again, cause I told that I was referred to Dr. Kaldany and I was expecting for him to work on my case. Dr. Katia Consuegra told that initial evaluation is wrong and I have to do different teeth. Again, strange, but she is a doctor (naive me). I did all 8 fillings and the last one was super painful in the end, even under anesthesia. I was not told that any of the filling had any risk of root canal removal or smth like that before we start doing each filling. When I came back in few days with pain and no ability to chew on that side - she adjusted fillings to see if it helps with the bite. I came back in a week with the same problem. And here's when all fun started, lot's of back and force, more x-rays and apparently she went to deep to the root canal nerve, so now I have to do the root canal (~1500$ for canal and then extra ~1000 or so for the crown to the dentist), nice business - take money for "professional" filling and then for the crown, that patient even didn't in the first place (in some cases it's required to do the root canal, but doctor should warn the patient that such filling has such risk and proceed only when patient agrees). After long conversation with the doctor, she confessed that she knew that it was too close and didn't tell me anything. Like I have 2500$ to throw away. Even if there was medical need to go deeper - doctor should ask and warn the patient (not all of us owns dental business to cover such costs easily). I had to do the root canal eventually, cause I wasn't able to chew on the side or drink anything hot or cold and there was change to get an infection cause root canal was damaged. But event after root canal removal I wasn't able to chew on that side. So I went to different dentist and till this day fixing issues that were cause by Dr. Katia Consuegra. Most likely I have to do another root canal, cause another nerve was damaged as well and she was not able to fix my byte after fillings that she did made it went off. To be fair I should mention that stuff was nice, but that can't compensate fact that I can't chew for more then half of the year on one side and already spent few thousand dollars trying to fix the damage I got visiting this place. I highly DO NOT recommend Dr. Katia Consuegra, but if you got unlucky having her as a doctor - be cautious and think twice before doing what she suggests.

Experiencia fantástica: Wow, what a wonderful dental office. It is a very small space but filled with smiles from every employee I came in contact with. Amy the hygienist was amazing. She did an outstanding job and for the first time I left the dentist without mouth pain. Dr. Katia was very kind and professional. I highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Lot of turnover in Hygienist area. Mine, Sarah, from Venezuela, was formerly a Dentist there as was her husband. They left the country to come to the USA to start a new life. Both are Hygienists, working toward getting a US Dentist license. Sarah has two more years. She is very pleasant , competent, but has to work on polishing her English colloquialisms. I suggested a few as we progressed, and she was surprised at some and delighted to receive constructive criticisms. She doesn’t have a great opportunity to converse with native English speakers. This sometimes makes for awkward language lapses, and it apparently restricts her ability to coach her daughter at home with school work. Sarah is diligent, and I think she will only improve in her job.
