Experiencia fantástica: Gentle Dental is exactly what its name is. The staff is very gentle, caring, and kind. I always get anxiety about going to the dentist and everyone at Gentle Dental helped me feel at ease. They really do put the patient first and go out of their way to make sure the patient is comfortable at all times. I am thankful to have found a place that I feel comfortable going to and no more dental anxiety. I will always recommend Gentle Dental to anyone!

HOWEVER it had been while and I needed to get a checkup and cleaning. My wife visited Gentle Dental so I went as well. I ABSOLUTELY ENJOYED MY VISIT! They are incredibly kind, professional and make sure you understand every thing you need to know about your teeth and the importance of a healthy mouth. Not only will I be coming back I will be making my 6-month cleaning appointments soon. Not in an odd, overly professional sort of way, but actually made me feel comfortable. They definitely are professional at the same time. I didn't have insurance and they made the process really easy. Dr Wood was really good at explaining what was wrong and needed to be done while being super polite and respectful. If youre anxious about going to the dentist for any reason this is a fantastic place to go!

I am one of those people that are horrified to go the dentist but I have to say that I feel like I am in good hands when I go there. It truly owns up to the name. The staff is very caring and you are treated like a friend not a number as soon as you enter the doors. Dr. Wood listens, understands your fears and makes you feel comfortable with the experience. I drive 2 hours to go there for my dental needs. I would highly recommend Dr. Wood.

She even gave me a helpful tip about stimulating my gums where I don’t have an opposing tooth, which I had never thought about before. Dr. Wood is fantastic and took the time to explain the benefits of a night guard. I struggle with grinding my teeth and headaches, so I’m really excited to have a solution that can help. Their assistant, Hector, took my impressions for the night guard and was so gentle while walking me through every step, which made the process really comfortable. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful—Angie at check-in was welcoming, and Tammy made going over my treatment plan easy to understand. Everyone was so kind, caring, and informative. 10/10—highly recommend this amazing team!

Mary, his assistant is very sweet and kind and totally understands dentist phobias. In billing Tammy is very thorough and goes over every option. She too is very kind. Dr. Wood is very concerned about how I feel about my smile and if I don’t feel right about it, he stops examines the situation and does everything he can to make me feel valued. His staff makes me feel very welcome. They’re friendly and very professional. They never make me feel, hurried or rushed in anyway. Dr. Wood even took the time while we were waiting on two of my teeth to be made in the lab( which took an hour) He told me I could leave and come back in an hour or I could stay and wait for them I told him I would just rather stay. He spent the entire time making sure I was comfortable and talking with me. He has a very friendly and professional attitude. I would recommend him highly. He his a five star dentist and so is his staff..

Experiencia fantástica: I love these guys. I was terrified of the dentist. I NEVER believed that I would ever look forward to going, but I actually do. I had a cow issue come up right before my appointment yesterday. I had to go with manure on my shoes, smelling like cattle, didn't have time to brush my teeth 1st or change my clothes! But I didn't want to cancel. They gave me a toothbrush and let me clean up in their restroom and were so gracious and kind. They kept telling me not to worry about it, they were just happy that I made it. 15 minutes later my teeth were cleaned and I was ready to roll. That's how gentle they are. I DIDN'T want to cancel. If you knew me, you'd know what a miracle that is! They kept telling me how proud of me they are for not being scared anymore. But that's because of their kindness. It's all them. I recommend them to anyone who asks about a good dentist. I just love them. AND they have an in house dental insurance! $35/mo, you get free cleanings and big discounts on any work that you need done!

So much so that I just started going to a see dentist again after a 10 year hiatus last year, which ended poorly. So I showed up today, full of anxiety. This was the best dental visit I've ever had. Painless, calm, everything was explained as we went along and it went by very quickly! 100% will be my go to dentist in Siloam. 100% would recommend it to anyone! Especially if you have anxiety about going to see dentists!
