Experiencia fantástica: I just walked in, they ended taking in right quick. Then made an appointment for later in the day, because I drive over the road. Had a tooth pulled. They where efficient and pro, with that I had a blast, fun and friendly

Experiencia fantástica: After recently moving to Florida, one of my biggest concerns was finding a dentist I could trust. I had a wonderful dentist in Michigan, and starting over in a new town where I knew no one was intimidating. After a lot of research, I found Dr. Campbell and her team, and I couldn’t be happier. A great dental practice is about much more than the dentist alone. From the first phone call to scheduling, billing, and treatment, every person in the office was exceptional. The receptionist was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. Shelby, the dental assistant, was kind, caring, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Campbell was everything I hoped to find in a dentist. She has an outstanding chairside manner, but what impressed me most was her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine concern for her patients. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that I was receiving the best possible care. The office uses modern technology, the staff is bright and professional, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. There may be larger or flashier dental offices out there, but I wasn’t looking for flashy. I was looking for people I could trust. I’m grateful I found this practice, and I’m proud to call it my new dental home in Sebring. Thank you to Dr. Campbell, Shelby, and the entire team for making a newcomer feel welcome and cared for.

Experiencia negativa: Sorry to have to change this--Initially the service and treatment was excellent--gentle, efficient, reassuring [since I like most are not a dentist lover]. My only concern related to antibiotics and blood thinners turned into a nightmare.I had a tooth removed [no antibiotic nor release on my blood thinners] then an infection ensued. I did get help from my doctor to treat infection . Subsequently had to return to have a bone spur removed and again no antibiotic nor blood thinner removal. The result--3 days in the hospital and a transfusion along with serious infection and the dentist sewed the bone spur into my gum and it later worked itself out I will not go back and nor recommend! Sorry she did not follow normal procedures

Experiencia negativa: Very friendly and professional staff. Edit 4/29/26 - the Dr. is professional and straight forward, but the staff was very rigid and uncooperative, when I asked for a cleaning only. She recited that the standard protocol included other services and would not allow a cleaning without x-rays (which I wanted to delay until I came back in the fall). So much for "committed to understanding your unique needs and ensuring you receive personalized care and treatment", as their website declares - they just lost a patient!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in the office from the appt desk person, billing, tech and Dr Campbell were Helpful, professional, friendly. I was impressed with the updated equipment. Was able to cement my crown back in place. They will be my go to Dentist.
Experiencia fantástica: I just had my first visit at circle City and had contact with several staff members there. They and Dr Campbell were extraordinarily patient, kind mannered and professional in their approach to address my dental needs. They gave me time to express my philosophy in regard to treatment that I need for the balance of my brief lifespan, since I will be 87 in a couple of weeks. The doctor was very kind and promised she would treat me as her grandfather, and address each need as it came up, because I have pretty sound teeth but it's comprised of some bridge work and crowns that will need a close watch. And we will treat them as needed by quality work and as affordable as possible. (edit) As of the date (Feb, 2026) I must add that I had to forego this practice because they could not accept my new insurance.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my teeth cleaned by Nikki and a crown procedure by Shelby and Dr. Campbell. The staff are very professional and friendly, especially the front desk (Chelsey). Dr. Campbell and Shelby were very gentle during the procedure and gave me a lot of reassurances that put me at ease! I honestly dread the numbing process but Dr. Campbell didn’t make me feel a thing! I’ll need another crown and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Experiencia fantástica: I was impressed with the thorough initial patient X-ray and detailing of my teeth health. This included pictures of teeth and gum health. With this done the dentist followed with great overview and options for addressing my teeth issues. I heard better approaches than past trips to other service providers local to where I live. As well they accept retirement Humana Medicare advantage plan.

Experiencia fantástica: This was one of the most seamless experiences I've EVER had. Multiple reminders of the appointment sent. So I can't even say, I didn't remember my appointment Also filling out the paperwork prior to the office visit truly saves time...that's a game changer. All that was needed from me was a photo ID (as I was a new patient). Also, thankful that someone locally accepts my dental insurance. The hygienist was superb....OMG. Very gentle. Dr. Campbell & her entire staff were great!

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I recently relocated to Sebring from Tennessee. I had my first and last appointment with this dentist’s office. When I walked in the music (island) was so loud I felt like was visiting a bar in the Caribbean. I was told my insurance company would not cover my initial visit and I would owe $70.00 and $225.00 if I wanted fluoride treatment. They had me complete paperwork on an electronic tablet that took 25 minutes and then had me wait 20 minutes while 3 employees visited at the reception desk while laughing and listening to the music. When I finally got in the dental chair the hygienist advised me she would only be able to do X-rays and a review of my teeth but would not have time to clean my teeth and I would have to come back. I ask to see they dentist but the hygienist said she was in the back room with a patient and could not be disturbed. I left and asked for my records that my dentist in Tennessee had emailed to them. I am confident I can find a dentist and staff that is professional and treats me like they care.

Cassie and Chelsea were very professional at the front desk. Dr. Campbell was very friendly and knowledgeable. Nikki, the hygienist did a fantastic job on my teeth. I never thought they would look like that great again. And the office was very clean. I was really impressed on how I went there as a new patient to do x-rays and they were able to do a cleaning in the same day. Experiencia negativa: I called on 3/6 and made an appointment to see Asharie Campbell and to get my teeth cleaned. My appointment was for 4/10 at 10:30. I arrived on 4/10 about 10:10 knowing I needed to do some paper work as this was my first visit. I was told to sit down and they would call me in a few minutes. I took a chair and waited for about 10 min. The waiting room was empty except for me. I went back up to the desk and asked if there was some paper work I needed to complete. The young lady said she thought my paper work was complete. I told her no this was my first visit. She checked her computer and said she did not see an appointment for me today. Then she asked me for my name....... First story----How could she know I did not have an appointment without knowing my name..... She then asked me for my appointment card. Again I told her I called them.... Second story-----She told me they had called and texted me on 4/4 cancelling my appointment due to the hygienist needing emergency surgery. I checked my phone, no calls/voice messages or texts from them. I do have a question though-How did the hygienist know she was having emergency surgery 6 days ahead of the surgery? There was no apology or let us reschedule all she said was they could still see me but I could not get my teeth cleaned. I left. The reason was because of the stories I was being told one after another to cover the first one up.

I’ve had these days off and the appointments scheduled for weeks. It is very inconvenient and inconsiderate. My next available day off is not for another 6 weeks!

You cannot do it unless you send your records to that location first when I did that I get an appointment and then it’s right after Christmas and then they call and cancel it saying oh we’re closed that day I make another appointment after waiting a month and a half And I was gone on vacation. I came back the next day and confirm my appointment and they said nope, you didn’t do it in time. Your appointment is canceled again so the next one you can get is it in another month and a half this is just a pile of bullshit. worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. I absolutely won. Hundred percent would not recommend this dentist. especially if you are a newcomer
