I had just had dental surgery and was recovering when I realized I was still having intense tooth pains that sent me into the dentist before .I got my dental care and surgery from Charlotte nc . I ended up calling this place crying on the phone due to me still being in intense pain and not being in charlotte and they were able to seen me in less then 2 hours notice . They extracted 2 infected tooth that should have been removed by my surgeon in Charlotte . They did all this in a visit while my partner and child sat in the car for about a hour . When I say I appreciate this place so much and plan to return if I ever need any more dental care . They are worth the ride rather your local or not . I appreciate your business and I recovered and feel so relieved. Definitely recommend yall to anymore that needs dental care .

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Edwards and the entire team continue to amaze me. A few days after multiple extractions the irritation was increasing instead of getting better. Monday morning I went to the office without an appointment just to find out if it was “normal”. I wasn’t expecting to see Dr. Edwards, just reassurance. The front desk staff were so kind and understanding. I sat down for a few minutes and shortly I was sitting in the back with Dr. Edwards making sure everything was okay. We all know that sometimes getting in for follow-up care can be challenging, but at Edwards Dentures and Implants receiving good aftercare is just what they do. I’m so appreciative of Dr. Edwards and his team. Dental anxiety resolved! I highly recommend this practice…not just because they provide excellent care, but they provide it with kindness and compassion. Lori Smith It has been 7 weeks since I have been at Edwards Dentures and Implants. While I was there Dr. Edwards and his team provided the same consistent level of customer service: professional, friendly, kind and helpful. I had gone to pick up my upper plate. I’ve never worn dentures so I was excited to discover what I really picked up that day was my smile and my confidence I can not thank this team enough for giving me back an important part of me and my life I had been missing.

Experiencia negativa: Appointment was at 10 am. I got there at 9:45 Incase of paper work like they suggested. I sat in the waiting room until almost 12. Then after they bring me back I had to sit in another room for almost an hour until anything was done. I asked the Dr who was pulling my tooth about another patient and he caught an attitude with me and blatantly said “I don’t know why everyone thinks I sit back here and twiddle my thumbs” after I calmly told him I was just worried about the other patient since I knew he was in more pain than I was at the time. The nurse that was there with him didn’t even wipe the blood from my face and of course I didn’t know. As soon as my tooth was pulled the dr didn’t say anything and just left afterwards. The blonde woman working the front desk (Courtney I believe) is not a good person to be doing that job. She was upset with me because I only had to pay a small amount. Like it was unbelievable to her that I only had to pay $24, she then also had an attitude and very rudely told me “if you owe anything else we will be billing you” I don’t expect anything less but to say it as rudely as she did was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. The entire office has a “Highschool” vibe. I was there for a total of 3 hours but people that were coming in an hour after me were getting called back immediately. And to top it off, the dr that pulled my tooth, left pieces of bone in my gums that I had to pick out when I got home. I will never step foot in this place again. Lisa at the desk though, delightful woman and she loves her job and knows how to actually talk to people without making them feel like they are a burden.

I didnt had an appointment but they till fill me in and they pulled the bad tooth out my mouth so quick that It made me wonder... It was clean in the building and did I mention, it was affordable. They also do limit walk in just incase you have an emergency dental They will find a way to get you in.. furthermore i didnt like about one of the staff when she lie to the doc about i told her where my tooth need to be pull at. Knowing she lied i let it slide knowing i didnt say know such thing like that good thing he ask befor he start pulling. She know she lied but I know she tried to cover her mistake by saying I told her my teeth that need to be taking out bottom left to the back. Know it was the top back right tooth.. But it good just wanted my tooth pull so didnt saying any thing but gave him a clarify what tooth need to be done.. when it time for rejection the doctor was ruff on injected on my upper mouth. Felt like he was scraping and he was shaking the needle in my upper mouth while he had the injected inside my tissues It was so painful that i had to kick.. the doctor said it not that bad you dont have to kick. Man it felt like eat was hooking my upper mouth it was painful.. i have my teeth pull befor never like that.. they say, eat soft food honesty i won't be back

Experiencia negativa: Just went in this morning as a walk in, was in and out in about 1hr. 30 mins... Staff was nice and informative... I have never had to get a tooth pulled in my life so of course I was nervous... the doctor numbed me up good, I have deep roots so my process was a little longer than most people who goes and gets a simple extraction done. While I'm in the chair, I feel the pulling, tugging, and hear the teeth breaking, I'm uncomfortable, and start to move a little and adjust my bearings, fear sits in... the doctor "raises his voice at me, and says, stop doing that, you can't feel that". For that reason alone I will NEVER STEP Foot Back In This Place!!! He became frustrated b/c my teeth where hard to pull, instead of reassuring me I was okay he begin to get frustrated... I work in healthcare myself and I'm aware of how hard it gets at times. The waiting area was full and the rooms in the back where too, and I still don't care! Every customer deserves to be treated special and him hollering at me, I didn't appreciate or will I ever approve of... After he seen my Xrays he should have simply said my roots are too deep and refer me to somebody else, they collected my $389.00 after the visit with no problem... Just wanting the world to know that my experience was completely throwed off by the doctor being very busy and becoming frustrated with my moving and moans in his chair from simple fear of the dentist!! I hope if you all go make sure it's a slow day so he will be patient with you!!

(Fact: Redheads require more anesthesia and numbing medicine). I'm so relieved this was a great dental experience!
