Experiencia fantástica: I started coming back here again after years of bad dental experiences at other dental offices and they are by far the best dental office I've ever been to! The assistants and the doctor are the most patient people in this profession I've ever met, and they take the time to listen to me and to be patient with me. And it's up to me if I want to get more or less dental work done each visit to be easier on my anxiety and pockets! I love this office and that's coming from someone who has had horrible experiences no matter where I went and horrible tooth issues. You will not regret coming here!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Daniel is the best! He is great with numbing shots and very kind. He has a lot of patience with his patients and does good work. Thankful for him. Brittney and her assistant are great with X-rays and cleaning teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I had my first appointment as a new patient 2/23/26. I was originally scheduled for April 2 but they called with a cancelation and got me in 4 weeks earlier (yay!). Brittany did an excellent job making me feel comfortable and welcome. My teeth feel AMAZING after she cleaned them up and I really appreciate how she spoke to me as a patient/client as she offered me insight but not judgement. The Xrays were thorough, the office clean and welcoming, the staff are all polite and courteous. Cameron in the front office was very patient and helped me get setup with ease. Dr Smith was personable, and went the extra mile to explain the pulp stones on my Xrays to me. I was very very sad to leave KKM dentistry in Knoxville doe to an insurance change. But for anyone with Delta Dental, Dental Arts of Oliver Springs, is an excellent choice of provider and I hope to remain a patient long-term.

The dental hygienist was exceptionally skilled and Dr. Daniel Smith took the time to explain in detail my treatment plan. Overall, Dental Arts of Oliver Springs exceeded my expectations! Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased with the services I have received at Dental Arts of Oliver Springs. All of the employees are helpful and very friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. Nice people front to back.

Experiencia fantástica: The waiting room is spacious with lots of comfortable seating! I love watching the TV while waiting! The waiting time was not bad at all. The technician was very polite and professional. She was very gentle and caring! I was surprised that she didn't brush the buttons that are in my jaw lines! But if she was happy, then so was I. I would definitely recommend Dental Arts for your complete dental care!

Experiencia fantástica: Been a patient of Dr. David Smith for over 40 years. The office and staff has changed alot, but he is still my top rated dentist.

Experiencia negativa: Nice enough staff and convenient location but be sure to 1) price shop the area, and 2) review submitted clams and your EOBs closely. I found locations in oak ridge to be generally lower priced for the same service and charges did not match EOB. Additionally, they somehow managed to link my account to my spouse who began receiving my notification. Overall . . . expensive and generally messy from an administrative standpoint in my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere is relaxed but professional, and they really prioritize the patient’s comfort. I’m grateful to have found this dental practice.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr Shipp, Jennifer and Lindsey are wonderful. They take great care in cleaning and examining your teeth. It feels more like a visit than a routine cleaning. Everyone works together very well.

Experiencia fantástica: This was a good experience for someone who has great anxiety regarding dental treatment. Everyone was very kind and took time to explain things and reassure me at each stage. I will go back!

Experiencia positiva: Everyone there are so nice and very professional. Their work is exceptional! Would highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Always professional and courteous. Great care for your dental needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Like most, I am incredibly uncomfortable even walking into a dentist office. The staff was amazing though, and put me more at ease than I have been in a long time when dealing with dental issues. It will be a lot easier to walk in next time.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice facility, very clean, modern equipment, excellent staff

Experiencia negativa: I have been a patient of Dr Daniel for several years but my recent experience has left me VERY unhappy with him. I went in for a filling, just one filling, a week ago. While injecting the novacaine he hit a blood vessel in my cheek. I flinched, not effecting the injection, but should have been noticed by Dr Daniel, at which time he did not check to see if he got blood return. It was very painful from that injection. After the filling, upon being returned to sitting position, he pointed out that my cheek was swelling and I would have bruising and I would have swelling for about 7 days. Today is the 7th day and swelling has not diminished and pain is still severe. Upon calling his office this morning, per their request, they offered an appointment but also said there wasn't anything he could do, so what's the use. Now Im left with a swollen and very painful jaw from a filling! Will not be returning to this office for the lack of care toward me. Per the web, it should be drained and upon asking about drainage was denied. Does this sound like proper care to you??

Experiencia fantástica: Brittany is an excellent dental assistant! Very pleased with my cleaning and all her expert/tips dental care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience there yesterday. Treated professionally and with TLC

Experiencia fantástica: My hygienist, Brittany, always makes visiting the dentist such a positive experience. My teeth not only gleam ✨ but they feel so smooth and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience was wonderful and very informative. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and at ease with all procedures. Everyone was so friendly and made going to the dentist fun. I was covered with a blanket because I was cold even the little things mattered to them. I will have a dentist forever with Dental Arts.

Experiencia fantástica: I have always had a wonderful experience with the team there. They speak to me like they have known me forever. LOL. Explain to me in away I understand what treatment is needed. And for the Record Lindsey is Wonderful.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to have a tooth extracted and was scared. Dr. Shipp and Jessica were so understanding and kind and it went really well. I truly appreciate their kindness.

Experiencia fantástica: It was great everyone is so good to Jackson I am very pleased.

Experiencia negativa: My sons appointment was at 2:30, he was taken back and numbed for filling then doc did not come see him until 3:50! We finally made it out at 4:30- absolutely horrible schd planning and time management

Experiencia fantástica: Great dental care. knowledgeable staff, and great at what they do. Would highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Daniel Smith and staff are top notch, first class!

Experiencia fantástica: Appointments are kept on time with minimal waiting. We have been patients with this practice for 40 years, and always appreciate their friendly and trustworthy service. The dentists are excellent and patient-centered.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Daniel Smith and his staff went above and beyond what I could have ever asked to help rebuild and repair my front tooth. I could not be happier with the time, and care they took to ensure I was not in pain and the detail to make sure my tooth looked perfect. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Smith and his staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice! Will answer any questions you have and explains everything they are doing!

Experiencia fantástica: Nurse Jessica and Dr. Shipp were amazing to have my dental work done with. Very informative, caring and made me feel at ease. They explained everything to me and comforted me when I was nervous in the beginning. I’ve always been nervous to go to the dentist and they made it so much better in their care. I felt no pain the next day and was able to enjoy the rest of fall break with my family. I look forward to my next visit with them. Thank y’all so much for all y’all did.

Experiencia positiva: Dentist and hygienists are always amazing. Front office and their system is the issue. Appointments are cancelled and you are placed in back of line. Want you early every appointment even if you don't have additional paperwork. Come early, wait past my appointment time regularly.

Experiencia fantástica: I just moved to Tennessee and one of my fillings fell out and they were very nice to get me in short notice and fix it. So glad I found a new dentist.
